Had 3 nights at this fabulous quiky hotel.tony was very nice and very helpful. He upgraded us to room 3. the room was very funky.large. very cumphy bed. quite so had a good nights sleep. great shower room.in Kemptown on a quite road. We Managed to park outside. Tony sorted our parking permits.£12.50 a day. tony recommended egg and spoon cafe which we went twice for breakfast. Just slightly...
Absolutely raved over the quirky, stylish, imaginative & original concept at this Guesthouse in Kemptown, Brighton. Everything about this venture drips quality and care in providing accommodation in Brighton. Each room is different, pictures, adverts from the late '50s, old style (not working) telephone hanging in our room (number 7) LOVED IT!!!
A friend and I stayed in rooms 2 & 6. We both loved the funky retro decor. Rooms very clean. Tony the owner is really friendly and helpful. Got parked a street away no problem with a permit from Tony, £10 for 24hrs - in Brighton that's good!! Would definitely stay again here!
This was about my tenth stay at Snooze which says it all! The coolest decor, a comfy, large bed and thoughtful touches. Friendly and helpful hosts and it’s sparkling clean too. I cannot recommend it enough.
Our 2nd stay at snooze and we had a lovely stay. We love kemptown and snooze is just the best hotel. The rooms are so well designed and to such a high spec! We stayed in room 1 this time and it was spotless and the bed was super comfy, the room lovely and warm as was a chilly windy day in December! Lots of extra touches and the hosts are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend...
Stayed at this wonderful hotel recently What a beautiful place The rooms are each individually decorated ours was retro 1970 s Extremely Clean So very clean Very very comfortable 2 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from town centre The owners very friendly Would definitely recommend

Good location friendly staff. Good.price would stay again
The location of the hotel is extraordinary, seafront in front of two attractions (i360 and upside down house) and a few minutes from the center The first visual impression of the hotel was disappointing. One area was run-down and made me think the hotel was closed and abandoned. The room, on the other hand, was spacious and tidy. cleaning could be improved
Good hotel and great location.
Some of the corridors smelt like urine and had a very unpleasant smell.
Overall enjoyed the stay though!
Very nice and clean, roomy, convenient if you are visiting the Brighton centre for concerts and close to the beach apparently. Warmly welcomed at the reception and was offered all the help I needed. Sure to stay with them next time I visit! (If you needed to call a taxi you could just ask at the reception. WiFi password is in the room. Plenty of teabags and coffee sachets, got hairdryer, kettle)
My stay here was comfortable, and the overall experience was very pleasant.
We booked a standard room as we were on a budget and it was simple, enjoyable and did the job.
We wouldve loved a tv in the room but maybe thats for more expensive rooms.
Comfy double bed, warm spacious rooms (it was 1 degrees), good bathrooms, nice views, kettle and cups.
Nothing fancy but had what we needed.
Quirky beachfront vibes.
Front reception were excellent - our first room had a cold...

Had an amazing time at the Granville lived it. Going again in August can't wait.
My Husband and I had a reservation for last Friday until Monday but unfortunately due to the snow we couldn't make it so we travelled up on the Saturday. When we arrived at the hotel and explained our predicament they kindly arranged for us to stay Monday evening for free to make sure that we fulfilled our three nights. Our room was amazing, spacious and sea views in abundance. Breakfast was excellent...
I stayed here with my girlfriend over valentines, the staff where amazing so helpful and friendly, our room was the Beardsley we enjoyed the decor and the huge bath tub big enough to two people easily. There was a great choice of breakfast (we are vegetarians) fry up and pancakes where delicious. We would certainly stay again! Terrific value for money, thank you!
Lovely place to stay. A refreshing change from the corporate chains of hotels... with individually styled rooms, the luxury of a sea view and a jacuzzi in most, an excellent choice for a delicious breakfast!!

The room was very tiny, with limited space everywhere. The bed was clean, the location was near the beach, and the staff was friendly. Finding parking was a bit of a hit-or-miss experience. The entire trip was a positive experience. Thank you!
Very nice place good price and a comfy bed me y thanks to the staff for being so friendly
Simpel, friendly, clean and a very fair price.
Great location. Basic but cosy room.
Problems when we arrived - Toilet has been used and not flushed. Bathroom door handle didn’t work so bathroom door couldn’t be closed. Shelf in the bathroom cabinet fell off when I opened it. Later that day I also reported toilet being blocked. Toilet was unblocked however none of the other issues were fixed during our stay. Also bathroom ventilator didn’t work...
The shower room needs to be improved! Everything else is good 👍

A one man show... Leo can be friendly and social, thence tired, cranky. Best not catch him when he's closed early and gone to bed. 11pm or before. Hotel is early days reniv, but to be done..it is a tired, quaint building. C- for my book. Thanks for the experience, won't be seeing Youz again. Capt M Hayward ACP Babcock Nafrica
Great location, very clean, stairs can be challenging if mobility is not good but worth the view. Had breakfast on first day, poor quality sausage and bacon, within 2 hours of checking out I realised I had left my earrings in room but was told they had not been found so a sad end to our lovely break
Excellent hotel very clean and quiet The stairs are very steep something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues Can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel The room was on the small side with a bed pushed against the wall which I’m not overly keen on but it didn’t spoil my stay The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless Maybe for the price breakfast could have...
What a beautiful place to stay. Great view of the sea and pier, 2 min walk to pier and beach. Stayed in room 7 which had a great view (although lots of stairs and no lift, just FYI). Breakfast was tasty and lots of it. Ordered the full english and still got given toast and jam. Leo was so friendly and chatty and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Comfy bed with...
Please show pictures of All the rooms not just larger rooms so people can choose if they wish a small or larger room, and we didn't understand why paper cups in room, we had a small double with only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed, other than this the view was brilliant onto seafront, the room was very clean, breakfast was very good and Leo was very professional
Lovely little hotel ran by Leo very central to everything. No parking but not a problem for us. Our room was on the top floor, the stairs were a bit of a killer. As other reviewers have commented the bathrooms are very compact but do the job with plenty of hot water available. My only nitpick would be the over bed lights being poorly positioned being directly over the bed not to the side, so made sitting...

limited space in the room. bathroom is quite small. okay for a night stay.
This pub is very dated and needs a refurb, we took advantage of the half price roast they were offering on a soft launch, staff lovely on arrival, we went for 1 pork , I chicken, I beef and 1 veggie, pork was sliced loin , prefer belly but it was nice, crackling to hard to eat, potatoes were typical pub potatoes, nice but a few hard ones and not crispy, veg was nice, cauliflower cheese had mustard...
The front desk staff member was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. One side of the bed was firm, however the other side was extremely soft and uncomfortable.
Clean room, great food , great staff, lovey views. We were on the top floor and ceiling was very low. My 6’3 boyfriend had to crouch to walk around, something to potentially mention in the details.
Popped in on a random visit and had a mixed Sunday Roast beef and Pork roast. WOW! Exceptionally cooked meats and a lovely balance of the Veg. woth great roasties and Yorkshire pudding. What an unexpected surprise! Not many people around and the compelling right thing to do is to help be to get the word out! Wonderful relaxing environment and killer views out to see and lagoon. There may...
The hotel rooms need a lot of TLC. Mould in the bathroom ceiling, badly installed appliances, chipped and scraped walls, door of the toilet didn’t shut properly, and the worst of all, toilet roll locked behind a key lock which meant that when the dispenser became empty during the night we didn’t have any toilet paper in. No staff during the night or toilet rolls to use without the empty dispenser....

Hotel rooms were immaculate. Host is amazing and super friendly. Best value for money I have experienced in the UK so far. Will definately be back.
Lovely room with beautiful views! Felt so comfortable here and had such a warm welcome. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Brighton!
Wasn't a hotel, sadly more a run down guest house. Our room was SO small, nowhere to store any luggage or move freely. When we asked for a fan we were told we can "go and buy one ourselves". There was no ventilation, and we had to scale up multiple levels of stairs, with all our luggage. They are very narrow and difficult to manage, including with torn and loose bits of carpets.

Although I booked a sea view hotel, I didn't see the sea view. The sea is next to it, and there are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby. The boss was very welcoming, but the breakfast time was at 9:00 am, which was too late for me. I left Brighton and returned to London without enjoying breakfast.

Really good location, pretty close to all the hot spots and the room was nice, clean and comfortable
Good location and clean property.
Shower would flood immediately. The windows weren’t screwed properly so when there was wind it would always make a creek annoying noise. Sound proof is not great and you can hear everything from outside and other rooms.
I think it's pretty cheap for the area.
Nice clean room, the top floor is quite a climb and very narrow so not great for young kids but other wise a great simple stay.
The only inconvenience was that there was no toilet in the room. Other than that, it was average.

The location was brilliant, bang smack in the middle of everything. The bathroom was very clean as were the sheets and towels. The fridge, microwave, delf and cutlery were good to have since there is no food facility in the hotel. The sweets, eye masks and ear plugs were a nice touch. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the amount of dust on the faux plant walls was crazy and I was fearful of breathing...
Overall very positive! Right next to seafront, stylish room, clean, tidy, nice bathroom, cozy bed- best sleep I’ve had in years! Only negatives would be trouble finding parking nearby, could only find overnight stay car park which cost £25 unfortunately, as well as loud surroundings all night on a weekday but understandabley so, it’s a busy city. So the negatives were just location-based, not to do...

The experience was quite disappointing overall. The room wasn’t very clean and felt a bit outdated, with basic amenities not properly maintained. Staff response was slow, and service didn’t meet expectations. It’s an okay option if nothing else is available, but I wouldn’t choose it again.
Ive given our stay an average rating because its not possible to go any higher. Its a hotel which isnt looking for anything higher because if it did then it would make significant changes to the standard of the accomodation which it isnt likely to do anytime soon as it will cost them a fortune. The bed in 202 was good, the bathroom was clean and it was quiet. Exactly what we wanted and nothing more...
Dont listen to the reviews stayed in way worse places given better ratings. Check in is easy if you can follow basic instructions. Rooms clean and tidy and everything you need for a budget hotel in a great location in Brighton. Tim the housekeeper was so lovely and helpful and made sure we felt welcomed and at home and works very hard to make sure you have the best stay.
The extractor of the bathroom did not work from the very beginning and no maintenance had been arranged.
One of the towels was dirty and with visible dirt.
Great location. Warm and Clean. Free WiFi. Room itself was spacious. Bathroom was old and needs an update. A bit creaky as could hear other guests from their rooms. Overall a pleasant stay and great value for money.

Ground floor room was clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay. Could do with a touch up of paint and a deep clean of bathroom. Shower head could be replaced. Excellent place with few recommendations (for which I kept a star myself)
It is absolutely at a great location for which it's occupancy is almost always full. It's four star BnB guest house/hotel. The rooms are exactly for TWO adults. It has a nice small bathroom with all necessary hardwares(no comments)with enough towels and the usual tineast toilet shop! The floors of the bathroom are bit noisy...
