Good location Lovely hotel We had a queen size room which was cozy but big enough Decorated lovely Didn’t seem to hear much noise during the night Downsides -No mini fridge in room -Only one towel hook in bathroom for wet towels -Only seemed to be shared changing areas for swimming pool -one for males one for females- I feel a couple of private changing rooms could be added for privacy
We had a great experience at this hotel! The welcome cookie was delicious and just what we needed after a long drive down from London
We stayed for a night and we got a very good costumer service from Eric at the reception.
We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026! Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab! There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i3...
Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, could not fault at all! It was mums 60th birthday who I came with and the staff had sorted 2 drinks vouchers to use in the bar and we came back into the room with a slice of cake with a birthday note! Honestly so perfect and it being right on the seafront is stunning too :)
The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on

I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel was in very good location , hotel was lovely and the massive selling point is the pool and spa , excellent facilities and friendly staff Only downside was the breakfast didn’t provide many vegan or allergen friendly items and that the heating wasn’t very regulated and felt a little ill front being too overheated in the room and no ventilation That being said...
Overall, it's a very new hotel, and it even has a sauna and a pool. They're a bit small, but perfect for a quick dip or relaxation.
We were given a lovely gift which was so kind and thoughtful and really made our stay extra special. The room was large, with a seating area and a very huge comfy bed. Everything we needed for a relaxing night away
This made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy and convenient. The staff were a particular standout. From the moment we checked in, the front desk team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful
The location was on the right in front of the sea and also had a quick access to the Main Street from the rear entrance. We had a spacious room big enough for 2 bikes and good cooked breakfast in the morning
Review of a Fictional Hotel Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5 stars) Title: A Pleasant Stay with a Few Minor Hiccups My recent stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton was, on the whole, a very pleasant experience

The service was beautiful, the vicinity is amazing with the beach Infront of the hotel which makes it splendid with the staffs are all heart warming
I have been at the Queens a few times and still love the place - rooms are always clean and they give excellent customer service as always.
Was a nice night away with it only being a short walk to the town centre, along the beach front
My son enjoyed the indoor pool as well since he couldn’t swim in the beach due to the bad weather. Over all, my family had a pleasant stay in this hotel
For the price, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and a great location. It’s the perfect choice if you want comfort without overspending.
A stay with my adult daughter for passing her Degree. At a lucky request gave me a partial sea view which was in fact excellent large room, comfy bed a with a gorgeous bay with full view sun

Broken hydropool - so not best value for money. And sauna slots with limited time. But it was romantic place though.
Was nice ! good location great facilities
Clean, friendly stay and great location!
If we book direct to the harbor hotel's website, we can get a free entry to the spa, but since we booked in trip. com, we were charged £10 each by the hotel. com make it free for us to use the hotel's spa?
The service was cold and the room was very small! The facilities were old! The elevator could only accommodate 2-3 people. The price-performance ratio was too low
Brighton is a beautiful coastal city with clear water and friendly local residents. Unfortunately, I didn't choose the right hotel this time

We had a large, comfortable, quiet room, which meant we slept really well. Overall, another perfect stay
The room was spotless and very comfortable . The restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful
Everything at this hotel was top class!
The location is very convenient, but the entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. Also, the lighting in the room is very dark, making it almost impossible to read or work. I hope it can be improved~~~~~~~~
Nice hotel in a good location. Great for free parking which is very rare to find in Brighton. £13 for an Uber into town or a nice 30 minute walk along the seafront. Would definitely stay again.
We had a lovely stay, starting with a warm welcome from the young lady at the desk. We decided to get sandwiches from the bar menu for a late lunch which were really tasty, reasonably priced and of generous size

We called the night porter, who was very kind and helpful and turned the heating back on straight away. We also discovered there was an electric blanket, which made things perfectly comfortable
The room was small but beautifully decorated, especially the bathroom, which was exceptionally clean and bright, with no mold at all. There was also a tiny balcony for enjoying tea
Room was spacious, bed was super comfy, street was quiet. There are very few things I could mention as everything was really good. I decided not to drive and took the train
We stayed in a family room from October 1st to 7th, 2025. The view was stunning, and there were plenty of supermarkets nearby, with easy access to public transportation
We had a sea view, which was genuinely lovely and added a lot to the stay. Overall, it was a great experience and somewhere we would happily return to
It was a particularly cold period while we were there, and although the radiator was on, it did switch off during the evening

Have stayed there couple of times. Always good. Excellent location ,clean and affordable, with breakfast included in the price. Recommend it
Excellent location and very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast adequate. Only downside, no air con in dining area, but then we were there during the "heatwave".
Great hotel option with amazing staff and a good cooked breakfast. Hotel location is ideal for anything you choose do do in Brighton
Very good experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful in all moment. I will to repeat very soon.
Great hotel. Situated in the centre of Brighton. 10 min walk to seafront. Great breakfast choice too.

Very nice place good price and a comfy bed me y thanks to the staff for being so friendly
Good room only place to stay with plenty of places to eat within walking distance, helpful staff, we stayed in a sea view room it had nice big windows with the sea to the right and gardens to the front.
The room was very tiny, with limited space everywhere. The bed was clean, the location was near the beach, and the staff was friendly. Finding parking was a bit of a hit-or-miss experience
Later that day I also reported toilet being blocked. Toilet was unblocked however none of the other issues were fixed during our stay
Also bathroom ventilator didn’t work as we noticed at night but I didn’t bother to report it
The shower room needs to be improved! Everything else is good 👍

Great function room downstairs ideal for parties. Felt safe as well with doorstafc posted to deal with any issues.
limited space in the room. bathroom is quite small. okay for a night stay.
This pub is very dated and needs a refurb, we took advantage of the half price roast they were offering on a soft launch, staff lovely on arrival, we went for 1 pork , I chicken, I beef and 1 veggie, pork was sliced loin , prefer belly but it was nice, crackling to hard to eat, potatoes were typical pub potatoes, nice but a few hard ones and not crispy, veg was nice, cauliflower cheese had mustard...
What an unexpected surprise! Not many people around and the compelling right thing to do is to help be to get the word out! Wonderful relaxing environment and killer views out to see and lagoon
There may be some trendier places around but for a Sunday roast cooked with excellence, generous in portions with no pretensions this has to be up there. Well done to the service team and chef
Popped in on a random visit and had a mixed Sunday Roast beef and Pork roast. WOW! Exceptionally cooked meats and a lovely balance of the Veg. woth great roasties and Yorkshire pudding

Beautiful clean rooms.comfy beds.close to everything.and fantastic owner couldn't do enough for you.
Away from the crowds but easy walk in to town
Thank you Sandra! Sandra the landlady is always very welcoming and a great host. Rooms are always clean, comfortable, spacious with thoughtful extras like plenty of towels and a fan!
I returned to my room at 2300 to sleep and there were still no towels, I was then chastised and told it was because I had arrived early, though I’d been away at the concert for some 10 hours by then so they had time to rectify
I arrived at 11:50 to be told I was “too early” but also my “room was ready “ There was no soap or towels and the free bottle of water and chocolate on arrival was nowhere to be seen and never offered
I chased for towels and chased for the WiFi details as the info was not readily available

Everything about Snooze is great. It's exceptionally clean, great hot shower, really comfy bed with quality bedding, thick fluffy white towels and a great breakfast.
Had 3 nights at this fabulous quiky hotel. tony was very nice and very helpful. quite so had a good nights sleep. Tony sorted our parking permits
tony recommended egg and spoon cafe which we went twice for breakfast. Just slightly up the road from the hotel. great vegetarian options if your a veggie
This was about my tenth stay at Snooze which says it all! The coolest decor, a comfy, large bed and thoughtful touches. Friendly and helpful hosts and it’s sparkling clean too. I cannot recommend it enough.
Each room is different, pictures, adverts from the late '50s, old style (not working) telephone hanging in our room (number 7) LOVED IT!!!
Got parked a street away no problem with a permit from Tony, £10 for 24hrs - in Brighton that's good!! Would definitely stay again here!

The Beach Hotel, Brighton1 / 30
7.6
Brighton, 1 - 4 Regency Square (in the centre) 🧭 Map

The staff were indeed friendly and helpful but the room is 'tired' looking and money needs to be spent on the rooms to make it more attractive for guests.
We arrived about 6ish my daughter had arrived 30mins before us, she warned us the guy on reception was rude. The hotel entry was light and modernish, and yes my daughter was right he clearly doesn't have job satisfaction
This was my second time staying at the beach hotel and I will certainly be returning again. It’s a fabulous hotel for the price charged. The staff are so friendly and helpful
There is an old lift with a metal gate that reminded me of my years nursing in an old hospital!!! Very convenient for the beach and walk into town to the Lanes and Brighton Pavillion which was amazing
Lots of restaurants and pubs in the street nextdoor. Good basic breakfast and two lovely ladies serve you. Overall a bit tired but good value for money and a great location
Lovely quaint hotel within an old regency building. Decoration and furniture a bit tired but went with the overall feel of the hotel

Brighton, 20 St. Georges Terrace (in the centre) 🧭 Map

Compact but well equipped room in a quiet but accessible location. Close to the seafront, cafes and bars. Comfortable bed and great wet room. Good value and easy, trouble free check-in.
Excellent accommodation. Compact room but brilliant use of space to provide needed facilities for a very pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean. Location is idle, loads of eating places nearby. Would highly recommend
A Kettle, with all that I needed to make hot drinks - teabags, hot chocolate milk and sugar sachets etc - was also provided and with the added bonus of a Cafetière and ground coffee which was greatly welcomed
Lots of lovely extras like bottled water, hot chocolate and even a pair of hair straightners !!!! Probably the biggest bed I have ever seen giving me a great night's sleep. Will 100% book this place again
move the bottled water away from the radiator as it was warm so I couldn't drink it. Also the vanity table area could do with a lamp as it was a little dark to do hair and makeup sat at it
It's a very well decorated and clean building and the room itself was perfect for me as it has a bath and underfloor heating as well as a very large and very comfortable bed

Grand Pier Guest House, Brighton1 / 19

Brighton, 11 Madeira Place (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Pool: Pool
Great location with nice view of the sea. Room was lovely and clean. Nice cooked breakfast made to order, which included a veggie option. Friendly staff. Really relaxed atmosphere. Recommended.
They also remembered our breakfast order and checked we wanted the same each day, consisting of 2 bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms, beans, toast, jam on the table and tea or coffee
Plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms. Daily cleaning was excellent, folded any clothes left out and put pyjamas in the bed. Overall, excellent stay with plenty to do in Brighton
Hosts are very receptive to requests - we asked for more butter one morning and then they gave us additional butter without us having to ask each subsequent morning
Good location near to the pier albeit no views in our room. Clean room with nice bed and good shower in the en suit
Comfortable room with excellent breakfast
