Stayed here on numerous occasions and it is called the Grand for a reason.. Rooms are stunning and the service is great too but it’s the location of the hotel itself..

Perfect hotel! My room on the 7th floor was spacious with modern amenities. It had three windows facing the sea, ideal for anyone who loves just staying in and gazing at the ocean (like me, haha). The room is fully equipped, comfortable, cozy, and luxurious, with excellent cleanliness. Snacks are well-stocked, and it offers a great sea view. Breakfast is rich and varied, with plenty of choices.

The sea view from the room was magnificent, though the isolation from wind and sounds not the best. The pillows can be improved. The staff were the best, very professional and friendly. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely come back.

We stayed for a night and we got a very good costumer service from Eric at the reception.

Everything was perfect except the check-in time. 4 pm, even if it’s written in the ad, is NOT acceptable. Everybody should refuse that. It’s too late. No hotel in the world should allow you to check in so late.

It was mums 60th birthday who I came with and the staff had sorted 2 drinks vouchers to use in the bar and we came back into the room with a slice of cake with a birthday note! Honestly so perfect and it being right on the seafront is stunning too :)

Service was superb, staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Very close to station and plenty of shops around for food and amenities, abit of a walk to the seafront and attractions but overall, good location. Highly recommended!

Overall, it's a very new hotel, and it even has a sauna and a pool. They're a bit small, but perfect for a quick dip or relaxation.

Last minute visit to Brighton & needed an overnight stay. The Holiday Inn is ideal as it is in a great location overlooking the beach and walking distance to shops & restaurants. Brighton is a beautiful coastal city with clear water and friendly local residents. Unfortunately, I didn't choose the right hotel this time. The service was cold and the room was very small! The facilities were old! The elevator could only accommodate 2-3 people. The price-performance ratio was too low. Clean, friendly stay and great location!

Nice hotel in a good location. Great for free parking which is very rare to find in Brighton. £13 for an Uber into town or a nice 30 minute walk along the seafront. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay, starting with a warm welcome from the young lady at the desk. We decided to get sandwiches from the bar menu for a late lunch which were really tasty, reasonably priced and of generous size. We had a large, comfortable, quiet room, which meant we slept really well. Overall, another perfect stay. Thank you Malmaison.

Stay was lovely until I got talked to rudely and dismissively by the barman. Spoiled a lovely stay. Rest of staff were very nice, esp reception.

First room we were allocated was freezing and had only 2 small plug in radiators for us to try and warm the room up. However the receptionist kindly found us another room of the same standard but which was far nicer (& warmer)!

A great stay at one of our favourite hotels in Brighton. Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming. Nice touches like curly wurly chocolate with the tea and cofffee and very quirky and unusual. Great location too.

First, and foremost, the staff are exceptional, as they can often make or break a stay. The hotel is very nice. We stayed in Room 8, the “Pin-Up” room and had an ocean view. It was nicely sized, comfortable, and clean. Nice down comforter and pillows. Breakfast is wonderful … lots of options. It’s on our “stay again” list.

A real gem What a wonderful eclectic hotel with a strong punk/ sex positive vibe. If you are looking for a 'normal' experience don't go. If you want something truly special where every item of decoration feels perfect in place. Where the staff are genuinely friendly and warm and treat you truly as guests I could not recommend more strongly.

It was a particularly cold period while we were there, and although the radiator was on, it did switch off during the evening. I couldn't get a room at the Ocean Wave Hotel without any explanation. The hotel owner temporarily moved me to a neighboring hotel, which was in a basement. It wasn't very convenient to carry my luggage down the stairs. There were no windows, so the ventilation and lighting were poor.

Room was spacious, bed was super comfy, street was quiet. There are very few things I could mention as everything was really good. I decided not to drive and took the train. Glad I did - traffic and parking in Brighton is a nightmare. Would be happy to book again if I come to Brighton.

Room was quirky but great view and very comfortable. Do not bother getting breakfast. It took 50 mts for toast and one hour for bacon & eggs. Not busy enough to warrant this. Other people were waiting over an hour. When this was mentioned at reception. Their response was it’s not our company!

Convenient Hotel was only about a 10 minute walk away from The Brighton Centre which is why we stayed here. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, room 6 does not have a city view. It does not have any view!!!

Absolutely raved over the quirky, stylish, imaginative & original concept at this Guesthouse in Kemptown, Brighton. Everything about this venture drips quality and care in providing accommodation in Brighton. Each room is different, pictures, adverts from the late '50s, old style (not working) telephone hanging in our room (number 7) LOVED IT!!!

A friend and I stayed in rooms 2 & 6. We both loved the funky retro decor. Rooms very clean. Tony the owner is really friendly and helpful. Got parked a street away no problem with a permit from Tony, £10 for 24hrs - in Brighton that's good!! Would definitely stay again here!

This was about my tenth stay at Snooze which says it all! The coolest decor, a comfy, large bed and thoughtful touches. Friendly and helpful hosts and it’s sparkling clean too. I cannot recommend it enough.

Our 2nd stay at snooze and we had a lovely stay. We love kemptown and snooze is just the best hotel. The rooms are so well designed and to such a high spec! We stayed in room 1 this time and it was spotless and the bed was super comfy, the room lovely and warm as was a chilly windy day in December! Lots of extra touches and the hosts are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend...

Excellent place with few recommendations (for which I kept a star myself) It is absolutely at a great location for which it's occupancy is almost always full. It's four star BnB guest house/hotel. The rooms are exactly for TWO adults. It has a nice small bathroom with all necessary hardwares(no comments)with enough towels and the usual tineast toilet shop! The floors of the bathroom are bit noisy...

The staff were even so kind as to offer me paracetamol and didn't bat an eye when I threw up all over the room!
