Absolute 10/10 experience! The location is unbeatable, but the real star is the building as the design inside is gorgeous. We loved our room, especially the lovely bath, which felt like a real luxury. The complimentary happy hour was such a fantastic bonus and a great way to start the evening. Stayed at kimpton many times always loved it when in in Manchester close to Oxford train station, great location for getting around Manchester. Sadly this visit we were a little disappointed as our room was close to a cupboard that room service use for dirty dishes and left over food we reported 3 times as it was smelling, it was definitely there from Saturday morning if not before but it was still...

surprisingly large room very comfortable design and lovely staff the breakfast is amazing worth to pay a visit even not stay at the hotel nevertheless it's an very interesting historical building

If you’re looking to unwind as a couple, this is the place. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the couples' massage was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the breakfast in bed was a wonderful treat. Pure relaxation

Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The staff check in to see if you need anything and our room was spacious and had some really stunning features. We travelled by train from London via Sheffield the journey was horrendous. Over crowded, delayed most of the stations lifts were out of order would never travel by train again !

Amazing stay with family nice location and in centre parking is also very easy

Nice location, bed too soft , staff not attentive at check in , nice free bottle of water and nespresso.

The all-inclusive room service breakfast was amazing. Spa facilities were incredibly clean with very comfortable beds. Rooms were well stocked with extras and housekeeping replenished such. Minor issue with the lifts, may be a little inconvenient to those in a rush, but not an issue for us. Great experience

It was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself. Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and...

The hotel is very new, the room is super spacious, and the facilities are also excellent.

The only downside is the price, but that's not really the hotel's fault. Cleanliness: Spotless Service: The front desk staff (especially the lady) was super nice. Environment: Excellent location. Facilities: Beautiful. I've already highly recommended it to my family, friends, and classmates. I will definitely stay here again.

The room and breakfast were both quite good, the service was also good, and the hotel's location was great. The only downside was the slightly expensive parking fee. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

beautiful hotel but location was not near the lowry theatre or media city. Still within a good location if you are wanting to experience the city of manchester which is a 5 min walk.

Never like their tiger pattern bed cover as it’s not clean. Desk not clean. Carpet dirty. Only up side is its location as it’s next to office. If you checkin, you must first go to top floor (6/F) to check in, get your key then go to your room, same logistic for the check out which is so inconvenient.

the hotel gave away the room to other guest as we check in late. but it was all good. managed to provide a room. after all the experience was great.

An amazing hotel with amazing staff. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

It’s showing a little wear and tear such as water damage to woodwork in bathroom. Dusting could be better and polishing of reception desk and lifts needs to be maintained better. Downstairs looks messy Just doesn’t feel 5* or luxurious anymore. Room service was hit and miss, basics overlooked. Did not feel like you were in a special hotel now
