Kimpton Clocktower by IHG, Manchester1 / 30

Manchester, Oxford Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Absolute 10/10 experience! The location is unbeatable, but the real star is the building as the design inside is gorgeous. We loved our room, especially the lovely bath, which felt like a real luxury. The complimentary happy hour was such a fantastic bonus and a great way to start the evening. Easily one of the best hotels in Manchester!
Stayed at kimpton many times always loved it when in in Manchester close to Oxford train station, great location for getting around Manchester. Sadly this visit we were a little disappointed as our room was close to a cupboard that room service use for dirty dishes and left over food we reported 3 times as it was smelling, it was definitely there from Saturday morning if not before but it was still...
surprisingly large room very comfortable design and lovely staff the breakfast is amazing worth to pay a visit even not stay at the hotel nevertheless it's an very interesting historical building
If you’re looking to unwind as a couple, this is the place. The spa facilities were top-notch, and the couples' massage was the highlight of our trip. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the breakfast in bed was a wonderful treat. Pure relaxation
Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The staff check in to see if you need anything and our room was spacious and had some really stunning features. We travelled by train from London via Sheffield the journey was horrendous. Over crowded, delayed most of the stations lifts were out of order would never travel by train again !
Amazing stay with family nice location and in centre parking is also very easy

Everything was so perfect. Excellent room, staff service. Everything i would wish for
Beautiful clean hotel, staff are extremely helpful.
We had a truly wonderful Christmas Eve stay at The Lowry Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. Our room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, stylish, and perfectly prepared for a festive getaway. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, with plenty of choice and great quality throughout. It was the perfect way to start Christmas Day. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our...
The room and breakfast were both quite good, the service was also good, and the hotel's location was great. The only downside was the slightly expensive parking fee. Overall, I was quite satisfied.
I don't want to say too much, the service is average, the equipment is not very good... @The girl who is interested in technology will see yours and wait for you to get home to start 28383! dndjdjdnd
beautiful hotel but location was not near the lowry theatre or media city. Still within a good location if you are wanting to experience the city of manchester which is a 5 min walk.

Enjoyed our stay overall. The location was excellent, with everything conveniently within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, although we had expected a king-sized bed rather than a queen given we booked an Executive King Room. Breakfast was decent, but the options felt limited and there could have been more variety. Unfortunately, the QR code for room service did not work, so we were unable...
Great hotel, only downside was the room was on the smaller size, had to shuffle around the bed! Other than that we had a great stay
Never like their tiger pattern bed cover as it’s not clean. Desk not clean. Carpet dirty. Only up side is its location as it’s next to office. If you checkin, you must first go to top floor (6/F) to check in, get your key then go to your room, same logistic for the check out which is so inconvenient.
the hotel gave away the room to other guest as we check in late. but it was all good. managed to provide a room. after all the experience was great.
An amazing hotel with amazing staff. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
It’s showing a little wear and tear such as water damage to woodwork in bathroom.  Dusting could be better and polishing of reception desk and lifts needs to be maintained better.  Downstairs looks messy    Just doesn’t feel 5* or luxurious anymore.   Room service was hit and miss, basics overlooked.  Did not feel like you were in a special hotel now

Lovely room and staff. Only issue was we’d booked a table and the table hadn’t been booked so we ended up in a fast food place as it was just before Christmas.
Staff were amazing and the room was outstanding Thank you for making our stay much more enjoyable

Everything is good. But just too noisy for my room from outside the window.
The hotel room was quite small and not ventilated well. The staff were quite hospitable and nice. I booked this hotel after a very nice stay last year for my sisters birthday and expected same experience, However this time, room was a lot smaller and no effort to make it special like last time. Overall okay stay and breakfast was nice and healthy!
The room was great, spacious, and had a nice view. The hotel is very close to Chinatown, with many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was also good, offering vegetarian options. The cleanliness was spot on, with daily cleaning service.
I stayed at the Clayton Hotel recently and found the hotel itself to be comfortable, with clean rooms and friendly staff. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was decent, offering a reasonable selection. Public transport options are limited, so you may need to rely on taxis or long walks if you don’t have your own transport. This hotel is better suited for those attending events nearby or travelling...

no parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. most amazing hotel! beautiful inside and out and check in/checkout was quick and easy! Amazing stay thank you
We had a fabulous stay at The Midland. It had a luxurious feel straight from the lobby with flavoured water, diffusers and welcoming staff. Our room was beautiful and we had complimentary turn down each day. We would come back!
Staff were really helpful, and the reception, bar area looks so pretty with the lights everywhere. The bedroom doors were very tired looking and didn't live up to the rest of the hotel. Our AC didn't work, and you couldn't open the window, we did call down to reception and the lady said she could control it but it didn't change and was very hot.

Great location, only a five-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient. The breakfast had a decent variety, especially considering British breakfasts usually offer the same few things every day... I had my fill after two days.
An absolute gem in the heart of Manchester!" I had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn City Centre. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Piccadilly Station and close to all the main attractions. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly quiet for a city hotel. A huge shoutout to the staff who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Whether you’re here for business or leisure...
The hotel's best feature is its location, just a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly Station. The beds are large and the rooms are very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. Highly recommended!
Standard hotel closer to a 3 star like an ibis hotel. You get nothing in the room except 2 towels. Close to Piccadilly
The hotel room was clean with a modern bathroom/shower, the staff were friendly. One negative/annoying thing was that they changed their WiFi set up before our stay which mean that we weren't able to use Netflix or other streaming apps on the TV in the bedroom. If they sort this out then I would recommend staying here.
Hotel is nice and new, but parking not at the same building need to drive to public car park; no body lotion provide need to purchase from reception

We stayed at the hotel on New Year’s Eve and were disappointed given the price. Although the hotel offers on-site parking, it was full, and we had to park on the street near the train station, which felt unsafe. By itself it is a nice hotel. I was just unlucky because there was a fire alarm. Getting down from level 10 is a lot. Also getting up again as the elevators were still blocked. Parking needs to be paid at entry. This needs to be done with an app that cannot be installed when you are not in the UK app store!
Location=⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great location, nice bar and great breakfast . However, very over priced, and a little busy / loud, especially when they are hosting conferences.

Staff were pleasant and the hotel looks very nice but I wouldn't really class it as a 4 star. Considering the price, the bed was like sleeping on a slab of stone and the pillows were very thin - I've had much more comfortable sleeping arrangements at a premier inn for half the price. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)
The bedrooms are clean and bright. Beds are very comfortable. Staff are helpful. The downside is that the bar/restaurant area is soulless. It reminded me of a school cafeteria. This was the only hotel out of ten in the UK that required a deposit, £50 to be exact, and they didn't accept cash – only credit card or Apple Pay. It's conveniently located right across from the Football Museum and very close to the city center.
Very good, a super stylish hotel! It's a bit far from the train station though; a taxi ride cost around five pounds, but luckily that's not too expensive. The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided disposable toothbrushes, but there were no slippers. The place was clean, and the restaurant food was really good. Recommended!
A little far from Piccadilly station but a relatively easy walk and it's walkable to many neighborhoods. The original room's air conditioner was not working but were quickly moved to another room. The new room was missing a luggage rack had to call front desk but no one picked up the phone. Ended up having to go down to reception to ask for it.

Very good comfortable stay. Quay facing room was quiet with a nice view. Good WiFi.
My stay was very enjoyable. A spacious room with a comfortable bed with all your needed amenities in the room. Price was reasonable over New Year’s Eve / New Years Day. We had a room overlooking the main road but the rooms on the other side overlook the quay which is a good walk for anyone visiting Manchester.
The value for money is great, but the front desk staff's attitude needs improvement.
It was a good place to stay. The only thing not good is the shower, No bath math no hair dryer.  But overall it was a good stay.

Lovey hotel. Service could have been better during brunch time. Staff weren’t always visible. But in general a lovely hotel.
Excellent service and good quality of atmosphere! They always wear smiling face and polite ☺️
Perfect hotel for a city break getaway, all the staff here were amazing.
We had a great time, no extractor fan in bathroom
Flawless experience, excellent service. The coffee at the bar downstairs was delicious.
Nothing too noteworthy. You get what you paid for. It is as advertised.

Excellent friendly service by reception staff
Great hotel. A bit dated in places. Location spot on for the tram into the city. Plenty of parking.
The location and price of this accommodation were definitely great and very convenient for getting around. However, the overall condition of the room could use some improvement. The amenities and furniture felt rather old and worn, which affected the comfort of our stay. In addition, part of the curtain was spoilt and we were unable to close it fully, which impacted privacy and light control. With...
I had a delay getting to the hotel, I sent a note and my partner was attended to promptly
Hotel is good but there isn't much amenities in the room.
In the heart of Media city, the hotel is ideal if you're visiting the tv studios or The Lowry theatre. The rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity. Reception are only too pleased to provide additional tea, coffee & milk. The standard of cleanliness is high and the bed is extremely comfy. Without exception, the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
