Lovely hotel and staff are amazing. Have stayed here before and would do again. Only negative is room 445 the air con was not effective at all and room was very hot. Workers up in the night s we were warm.
no parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In...
most amazing hotel! beautiful inside and out and check in/checkout was quick and easy! Amazing stay thank you
We had a fabulous stay at The Midland. It had a luxurious feel straight from the lobby with flavoured water, diffusers and welcoming staff. Our room was beautiful and we had complimentary turn down each day. We would come back!
Staff were really helpful, and the reception, bar area looks so pretty with the lights everywhere. The bedroom doors were very tired looking and didn't live up to the rest of the hotel. Our AC didn't work, and you couldn't open the window, we did call down to reception and the lady said she could control it but it didn't change and was very hot.
Excellent hotel, booked a superior room but not items listed in room were present. Still a great stay though, booking staff were very helpful

The Breakfast was Amazing, very happy with the cleanest of the hotel, swimming pool and jacuzzi was nice, the bed was comfortable, we had our dinner at the restaurant was amazing too.I really enjoyed our time there
The food selection at breakfast was superb. All the staff were lovely and helpful, especially at breakfast. The swimming pool was always clean and tidy, nothing broken or dirty. Only thing that could have made our stay better was if the pool were open longer
Great experience at Manchester deangate. Thank you.
Very nice hotel with great views , has a nice swimming pool and hot tub with saunas as well , even has a 24/7 gym !! Great for couples
The hotel's location is excellent; it's not too noisy and very convenient for getting around. The view from the window is great, especially at night. The breakfast spread is ample and tastes pretty good. The restaurant's overall design is quite unique; you wouldn't guess how many people are dining inside from the outside.

Disappointing stay, quite large room but poor furniture (no luggage wrack, just one side small piece of furniture for 2 beds. Average breakfast. On the f9rst day, freezing cold breakfast room as.heating was.off, coffee machines with missing keys hence coffees arrived 20 min later
We had a wonderful sty at the Crowne Plaza. All staff made us feel us so welcome. They were so helpful and friendly. The rooms was spacious and lovely and even had a bath! Very happy and will return.
We have booked 3 rooms however one of the bathroom hot water is not adjustable. Except this we hv enjoyed a wonderful stay and breakfast.
The location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities are satisfactory. The room is not very spacious but good enough. Would be back again if the quality can be kept.

Overall, the hotel is great. There are Chinese restaurants nearby, and the University of Manchester is close by.
There's a Chinese-speaking receptionist available, and the room is spacious and clean. I had a very comfortable stay.
Great hotel to visit Manchester for football and shopping, well connected to public transportation and close to Oxford road station
We had a really nice stay. The hotel looks great inside and the room was very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and the location is convenient for getting around. The only downside was that the reception staff weren’t very welcoming. Overall, still a great experience and I would recommend it.
We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Manchester, and it was an excellent choice for me and my son. The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom stood out with its sleek design, spacious shower, and quality amenities, making it both practical and stylish. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, which...
The location is quiet, situated near Manchester University, with some excellent restaurants nearby. I will definitely return for a Manchester United football match.

Ok hotel but expensive for what you get. The bed was very comfortable
We arrived to a friendly front desk and super quick check-in process. Our room was spacious and very comfortable for our 1 night stay, with complimentary drinks in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again!
Staff were pleasant and the hotel looks very nice but I wouldn't really class it as a 4 star. Considering the price, the bed was like sleeping on a slab of stone and the pillows were very thin - I've had much more comfortable sleeping arrangements at a premier inn for half the price. We did not receive a bathrobe or slippers as advertised, and the open plan bathroom layout is just a terrible idea...
We stay here frequently and find its location great. This time Igor welcomed us. He recognised us as regular guests and it makes SUCH a difference and makes you feel valued. The staff have always been pleasant but don’t really make us feel valued. Igor is interested in you without being patronising or intrusive. He’s a great asset to your organisation. In spirit of constructive feedback…….we find the...
The very first impression was made by Ian who was there on Wednesday evening to greet me, Ian was so welcoming, warm and helpful he made a difference so thanks Ian. Beyond this experience the room was spacious and well equipped. The food from the Gino Di Campo restaurant was lovely, well presented and supported with fantastic hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good too. Thanks guys 😎🤛
Had a superb stay at InnSide - I’m struggling to really find a fault with it. Excellent value for what you get. And what you get is a modern, trendy, comfortable hotel in a great central location (perfect for the convention centre). The fact there’s a fitness centre and sauna and steam room included makes this place almost too good to be true. On my stay, the sauna could have been a bit hotter, and...

Beautiful clean hotel, staff are extremely helpful.
We had a truly wonderful Christmas Eve stay at The Lowry Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The room and breakfast were both quite good, the service was also good, and the hotel's location was great. The only downside was the slightly expensive parking fee. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to transportation, and fully equipped with amenities.
The location is good. Room mmets expectations, but not the front desk staff. Tired or not? Totally no smile. Seems not whole-heartwdly to serve... First impression is quite important for a hotel stay. The long face was just like the officer's in customs.
They need to provide the slippers for the toilet and shower and also the shaving kit and tooth brushes with tooth paste. The breakfast was very awesome and we enjoy it very well. A small refrigerator for the room we were having a baby 3 months old and we need to save her milk in the refrigerator
Amazing! Nothing much to say. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Beds could be better though as mine was very springy, noisy and uncomfortable when moving in bed.
I found my stay to be excellent value for money and staff were quick to respond considering the volume of incoming visitors as we all seem to arive at same time... Lovely boutique type atmosphere in the heart of Manchester. In a gorgeous setting on the riverside.
The hotel is usually very good we attend often. It as my husbands birthday and a good room however early morning we were woken by drilling and banding above our room such a shame as our day off - we left as it was not pleasant to hear or to stay in our room sadly.
Stayed many times. Cant go wrong with The Marriot really can you. In my opinion. Love it

Nice location, bed too soft , staff not attentive at check in , nice free bottle of water and nespresso.
The all-inclusive room service breakfast was amazing. Spa facilities were incredibly clean with very comfortable beds. Rooms were well stocked with extras and housekeeping replenished such. Minor issue with the lifts, may be a little inconvenient to those in a rush, but not an issue for us. Great experience
It was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself. Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and...

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Football 🏟️ The location is unbeatable if you’re a football fan — literally overlooking Old Trafford with incredible views from the room. Perfect view for Manchester United fans!!!
As a Manchester United supporter for 24 years, staying here was a true pilgrimage. Imagine waking up and falling asleep with the Theatre of Dreams right outside your window—it was surreal. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spotless and incredibly spacious, but the highlight was "Heaven," the rooftop football pitch. Facilities: The room decor can't compare to hotels back home, but it's simple and clean. The drinks and snacks in the fridge are all complimentary (though not very tasty...). So no issues with the staff down at the reception area at all, doing a smashing job representing the hotel, telling us about the app too upon arrival... check in the hotel earlier with app very cool, very nice, also the reception area is where the big bosses of this hotel choose to spend most of their budget as when you get to the rooms it does show. Cleaning staff - now what are they doing? Because...
Great location, reasonable price, good breakfast. We’ll be back. Perfect for FUMO.
This hotel is pretty average. The location isn't too far from Oxford Road Station, about a 10-minute walk. The main issue for me was that I was there to watch a football match and couldn't check in early; check-in was only after 3 PM. This really put it behind other hotels, where you can usually check in as soon as you arrive! The room environment was also just okay. There were no tissues provided...
The hotel's location is excellent, close to two train stations and Manchester University, as well as nearby attractions like the Museum of Science and Industry, which you can reach by free bus. The room size was good, and it was very quiet, with a hairdryer provided. The hot water was great, and the self-service breakfast had plenty of options. They also have a water dispenser for guests to refill...
I was very satisfied with my stay, as it was close to the city center, included breakfast, and was very affordable. My flight was cancelled, so I had to book last minute, but the hotel was incredibly helpful. They let me store my luggage before check-in, I ordered room service for dinner, and they even accommodated my request to extend my stay.
The facilities, hygiene, environment, and transportation are all good. The male staff at the front desk was also very nice. However, the female cleaning staff had a terrible attitude.

Didn’t realise the shower was only separated from the bedroom with a barely opaque frosted door. also you have to pay if you want a kettle and tea, but they give you cups and the room was so cheap, can’t complain with that.
I didn’t expect much from my triple room, especially as I paid just over £100 for three nights, but I was pleasantly surprised.
