I had a cosy little room with everything I needed and a comfortable bed, very good location in the city and a courteous, helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay and the delicious coffee.

Third time stayed in this hotel. It is centrally situated and although surrounded by lots of pubs and nightlife in Belmont Street, no noise was heard at all in my room.
Friendly, helpful staff check-in and out. I was able to leave my small case in a locked room in bar to go Christmas shopping.
Room immaculately clean, lovely Scottish bottles of hand soap, hair/body wash and conditioner.
I will definitely stay here again

29.11.2025 Jason

Great location in city centre. Easy to get to. Loved the jacuzzi bath that was awesome.

14.11.2025 Sandra

Yes clean and comfortable.

Perfect location as minutes to Aberdeen Art Gallery, Theatre, Restaurants and Shopping.

me and my wife have been using this hotel when we want to get away from peterhead just for a treat and the staff and the rooms are Perfect location and size and cleanliness

24.10.2025 Anne

Every thing was good, clean really nice room. Quiet.
Only thing is bed was not very comfy. Maybe needs new mattress.

20.10.2025 Holly

The air con was down so it was absolutely roasting. Otherwise, room was clean and staff were kind. I would definitely stay here again.

11.10.2025 Lesley

Great location, room immaculate, great air con as I was in room 8 which is down several floors and so hot when I arrived. Was braw and cool very quickly. Check in and check out staff really lovely. Can remotely check out, leaving door cards but I went into the bar to check out, as they let you leave your luggage; which is fab as I went shopping. Have a further 2 stays booked here. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and made stay lovely . The room was good cost , pillows exceptionally comfortable. Nearby amenities very good

20.09.2025 Guest

Excellent location. We barely walked more than 40 yards from the hotel to go to the 4 venues we were going to that night and lots of other bars and restaurants nearby. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly(we lost our keys and they replaced them). The communal coffee area in the hotel is superb for an early morning coffee/hot chocolate. The room was mostly lovely with great bed, shower and lots of towels. The only reason for my review score of 4 and not 5 is the damp smell in the rooms. It’s totally understandable as the rooms are downstairs and get very little ventilation, so not sure how they could resolve this. Even with this, we will definitely stay again. Thank you to all the staff.

Takeaway- Poor value for money
Food was absolutely awful and uncooked chicken throughout
All dishes were slimy and unnecessarily greasy, I feel like someone has just puked in mouth and rubbed oil all over my insides, would throughly avoid this, the whole order is in the bin as unedible.
Now I feel like I need a McDonald's to feel better, what is that.
Put me off Chinese for life.
Can't give 0/5 because Google won't let me.

01.12.2017 Garry

Excellent service as well as excellent food

20.11.2017 Bruce

Quick stop early on a Friday Evening. Service was spot on. My food was Amazing. Would recommend and definetly will be returning.

24.10.2017 Grant

The starters are overpriced for the portion size.
The food was good. I just felt that for the amount it wasn't value for money.

11.10.2017 Miya

Food tasted horrible, vegetables from the can. The soup I've ordered was sticky, just disgusting. The salad was rotten already.
I would only recommend this place to my enemy.

The service here used to be 1st class.
Buttons on keypad for payment are not legible.Pointed this out to staff 4 times over past 2 months.
Really poor service today .

Good coffee, busy location.

19.04.2017 Wilma

Latte was fine but not well made. Daughter asked for a strawberry and cream Costa ice and was given a chocolate one. Went back to counter to get it changed only for the original server to be very rude and say my daughter had ordered it wrongly. Oh also had to ask for my change back. Not a great experience.
