Very basic but thats what you pay for (or no aptly dont), limited in room facilities no kettle, no hairdryers. It wqs quiet and being above a carpark makes for a handy stop if travelling through. Staff at front desk were freindly but the place is quite rough outside the rooms particularly downstairs is all under renovation and only one lift in service was quite frustrating. If you need cheap this was alright, if you can afford more i would probably not return.

The hotel is within 30 minutes from city centre. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful!

This is quite far from the station, about a 20-30 minute walk to the building. It's old, they're still fixing that time, but I appreciate coz they do have spare UK adaptors that I used. Nice room but the location is far from the station.

The room was freezing, the location just seemed so remote after a long day travelling. No plug sockets anywhere near the bed. Basic and cheap but the staff were lovely, it’s fine if all you want is a bed for the night

Hi have negotiated with hotel who have agreed a full refund due to there being no heating,they say I have to contact you as it was you that I paid and as soon as you contact them they will refund immediately.

Great hotel friendly staff great location room was a decent size toilet and shower was clean and suitable size.TV was decent a lot of channels hotel was quiet so slept very well.Wpuld recommend this hotel to family/friends certainly stay here again next time I visit Glasgow.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I'd read some reviews mentioning a dangerous route with stairs through a parking lot, but that seems to be a shortcut only if you're coming via subway. If you're driving or taking a taxi, you'll discover a surprisingly bustling area nearby with a cinema and a Nando's. The room itself was a typical Ibis room, and the card-access system for the elevators and floors made me feel very secure.

Absolutely loved the fact we could include our dog with us, staff were friendly and hotel was very clean, given plenty of clean towels and shower was nice and hot wish the water pressure was better but not really a complaint just a preference but couldn’t recommend here enough so much around the area to do without travelling out and easy to get too

Not a nice dining experience at all. Staff were not welcoming and all three members we came across were rude and unprofessional. The food was terrible, five of us eating and not one of us enjoyed our meal. We tried to raise the food issue with the staff but they weren't interested. I for sure won't be back.

Took me a good few years to try this place out, will probably be a good few more before I go back... The facilities and choice of eateries aren't a patch on the likes of Silverburn and Braehead.

We were in for lunch today and our waitress Lizi was very helpful in explaining the menu, we used the early bird menu and it was great value for £5.99. With unlimited salad. Well worth a visit and we will be back. ?

Good sized restaurant. Good parking. Handy location near to Glasgow with nice views over the River Clyde. Understaffed at busy times. Prices reasonable for this type of restaurant in this location.
