Rooms were clean but smelled musty. Complimentary breakfast was just ok, but it is complimentary 😊

The room was very good. However, during the stay there was some trash on the elevator floor (including a toothpick which I would not personally pick up). I told 2 maids and tow staff about it. but nothing was done for 24 hours. Then I told a man named Reggie who was cleaning a room. He immediately went to the elevator and picked up the trash. Give that man a raise!

The room was very clean and set up nicely however had a musty smell. We bought febreeze and a plug in however the smell still remained.

Hotel is old and run down a little but the room are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good for this type of hotel.

Honestly, I our stay could not have been better. Congrats to Comfort Suites for the quality of the staff and the property as a whole. We definitely will be returning the next time we're in town.

Check in was fast, staff was friendly and accommodating, our room was clean, the room temperature control was very good, and the location was excellent because most things we needed were within walking distance.

The front desk staff is not very
Attentive. We arrived back at our hotel room around midnight on both nights and there was no one sitting at the desk. This creates a security breakdown as anyone could just walk into the hotel. Also tried calling the front desk upon arriving to our room and was sent three times to voicemail. They need to train their staff better to be more aware of people entering the hotel and answering the front desk phone when people call or return their call back to their room.

Red Coach bus service to UF and other colleges/college towns literally right outside the parking lot. Mexican restaurants within walking distance on each side and an Olive Garden across the street. Less than 5 minutes to FSU. Lots of other restaurants and shopping within minutes by car. Decent breakfast that was replaced with fresh items right up until the ending time. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. When I went down to the lobby one night to get bedding for the pull out couch, Mae helped me with a big smile and a super friendly manner. Some nights were noisier than others, but that was a clientele issue, not anything due to the hotel location or staff.

Food was great!!! Service in bar was the worst . It wasn't busy, had the get the bar tender who had no cue of whatwas going on, to get our drinks.im sorry you people are under staffed and need to be better trained in serving the public. Where was your manager, she or he didn't notice any thing needed to be clean up on empty tables, or how guest were doing.

Very nice place to eat, friendly and helpful staff, great food and really nice set up in there. The dim lighting really gives this place a comfortable and relaxing environment! Waiting times were a bit unusual but they were busy, otherwise definitely recommended!

Went recently on a weekend because I had a gift card. It was dead so we were seated right away but the server took a long time bringing and doing everything. She seemed new so we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Had to ask for breadsticks many, many times because she only brought 3 at a time. It wasn't terrible but I'd rather pick a local place.

I've never been this disappointed with an Olive Garden. The wait for food was beyond reasonable. The server was very kind and apologetic however my daughter's food came out dry, cold, and incomplete. We sent it back and then it came out burnt after waiting another twenty minutes. We accepted it anyway because she was tired and hungry. It was far from crowded in there. The server compt'ed my daughter's meal but at no time did a manager come by and express their apologies. We were very disappointed with the food and the wait. I'm hoping this visit's experience is a fluke. The only reason why I have 3 stars was for the server and previous visits experiences.

So I just had lunch at the Olive Garden on Parkway and I must say it was fantastic. I had the unlimited pasta bowl for 9.99. Our server Alexis was so wonderful. She was very professional and the food was fresh and so good. I highly recommend going.

Essence of India is the only spot I know of with Indian food this good. I've never had chicken saag I liked better. From the moment you walk in the door the environment is so warm and cozy and the owners are friendly as well. Me and all my friends love this spot and will definitely be back to check out the weekend buffet!!

Went there to eat biryani but was given fried rice. Although they took it back and didn't charge me, I was not impressed with their staff. Very clumsy service and no where near authentic.

Although the regular, dinner menu may be pricy, Essence of India's weekend buffet is a great deal for great Indian cuisine. I stopped in with some friends soon after noon on a Saturday and the large seating space was sprinkled here and there with customers. No where near as packed as at dinner. But the server was friendly and got us seated, refilling drinks and clearing away plates from the buffet as needed. The buffet itself had a wide range of both meat and vegetable options, especially since Indian cuisine is largely vegetarian based, and everything was continuously being restocked, keeping even the rice fresh. It was surprising that the meat wasn't overcooked and dry, since that is a regular habit of buffets. The butter chicken may have been my favorite, but the lentil and chickpea dish with a nice and spicy kick wasn't far behind. This will definitely be my go-to place for Indian cuisine in the future!
