Staff can be more professional, not trying to be nosy so much, eg: followed me to the room, and was trying to come in, I'm like something I can help you with? Peering over my shoulders, "just seeing who was here. "

Very pleased with our accommodations at Aspen Suites Midtown Anchorage but the best part of our multiple stays in Anchorage was KiKi. When she was at the front desk we were always welcomed with a smile. She was also a tremendous source of information about local Alaska — a great concierge! She made our first experience in Alaska memorable.

Bed bugs in 311 i got a couple on my arm my grandson got the worse on his legs. Didn't notice til we. gor to airport. They need to go thru all rooms. If that room had them they all do. Never stay there again.

The front desk clerks, Mata and Nicole, provided exceptional service characterized by their warm welcome and kindness. I sincerely appreciate their efforts in making me feel at home during my check-in process. The room was exemplary, and I particularly enjoyed the amenities offered in the kitchen. The hotel was clean and maintained a quiet atmosphere, contributing to a pleasant stay.

The room was more than expected. It was ready for me to do all my own cooking, cleaning, had dinnerware clean and ready.
The service was impeccable - they left me alone! Quick and easy process to get the room, and though there could be more amenities, I was glad to be more self-sufficient.

Friendly staff. Quiet, safe, clean space for travelers. Very close to all amenities. Starbucks next door a bonus on some very snowy days. Able to walk there for breakfast while they plowed the streets. Highly recommend this hotel. Great value.

Homey. There are utensils, plates, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge in the unit. In the hotel, there's laundry room. They clean weekly, not daily. Location is good. Starbucks & TGIF beside it. 😊

Our room was clean and had everything we needed in it! The hotel staff were friendly and approachable, and the lobby area and halls were well kept! 10/10! My husband was very impressed! (which is hard to do lol)

Perfect spot for a hotel. Easy in and out to maximize time spent in the CITY. The price is right with a friendly staff and working crew. Rented the double queen option which proves comfortable and quiet. Keep up the great hospitality for up and coming customers.

Clean, convenient, warm, free parking, surprise its only 2 stars. Should be more. Complimentary coffee in the room. We only stayed 1 night but can see how great it would be for long stayers.

The only place that was open on christmas. Happy hour between 4-7pm gives you appetizers for half price, which is an awesome deal

Dinner was fantastic! Despite coming in close to closing for dinner food options, we were served with happy faces, and speed. Only downside to the meal was the portion size of the Bourbon Barrel Chicken, because a $13 meal should fill you to the brim. Cute waitress Briana 10/10 would eat there again if she served me!

Typical chain bar and restaurant. Food is okay, limited selection of beers on tap. Prices are above average except for happy hour appetizers. Service is average.

Heard about Jack Daniels Rib special on Thursdays for $15. Large delicious very tender fall off the bone meat without being buried in sauce. Fries and coleslaw also good with ribs. Went back with friends who also enjoyed ribs and beers on tap. Highly recommend for now to check it out.
