The owner or manager is very kind. I can't recall her name. Conventially near by Bearpaw, Starbucks, and Verizon store. The gym and pool are cool amenities. There was a delay in getting my key card to my room despite checking in at 11:30am, they had technical malfunctions and it took me going downstairs to ask for the update regarding the key. At 4:30pm, a maintenance technician had replaced it. The check in lady, Emily was rude. She had an unnecessary attitude and would raise her voice at times. The check in guy, I don't remember his name he was nice. As well as the maintenence technician. Housekeeping showed up knocking on the room door an hour before I had checked out. During the two times that I went downstairs to grab food and get an update on the card. There was no one to be found at the front desk, kitchen, or waiting lobby at times. It was very inconvenient not being able to lock the door or let myself in, considering I had to wait five hours. I did not feel comfortable leaving my items in the unsecured room. One nice thing was the lady who an attitude, she would give me a water bottle per my request. Nice amenities, however there is better service and way smoother check in / check out at Sheraton Hotel, Captain Cook, and Lakefront Inn. Also kind of noisy as they were doing some work and the heater randomly gets loud.

TV wasn't working at check in, called front desk, nobody came. Next morning, 2 men came and were in my room for an hour working on the MAC address w/tech support. I was unable to shower or take care of business and it was a HUGE Disruption. I tried reaching the manager and she magically wasn't available. Tried working the issue w/Travelocity and they ****** also.

Our stay in overall was good. Only problem was handicap shower screw cover was loose and it was put back in its place by us.

Awful Hotel! We stayed there for a Hockey minor league game, did not know it was under construction, it was very unsafe and the elevators was very dangerous, not sure how OCSEA approved that, we were required to move to another Hilton for safety and this hotel refuses to give us a refund/credit. It has been 1 year trying to get them to refund us. Absolutely poor HILTON service.

Had a wonderful stay of roughly 10 days at the Hilton Garden Inn in Anchorage, Alaska. Nice room, bedding, & pillows. Helpful staff. Great parking.

The entry was warm and friendly. The staff were attentive and very nice. We were glad we could have our pup with us. The room was very clean and quiet.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy.
The service for breakfast was great.
There was an upgrade and new tv installed in the room while we were there.
There was automatic deactivation of all personal accounts on the tv at time of check-out which was nice.

The breakfast menu was great. We stayed there last year and was so happy to see the same staff. I wrote a review then and talked highly of all of them and It's still the same. Like I said before, these folks should get a raise. We'll always stay there and it's because of the staff.

We had a fine stay, until our truck was broken into.
While I understand the hotel is not responsible for theft - the interaction we had with the front desk regarding that situation left a lot to be desired. No apology or empathy was extended to us when we informed the staff and it must be a regual occurrence because the lady was totally unfazed.

We would not recommend this property to anyone who values their safety or security of their vehicle or wants true service/support if an issue arises.

The only place that was open on christmas. Happy hour between 4-7pm gives you appetizers for half price, which is an awesome deal

Dinner was fantastic! Despite coming in close to closing for dinner food options, we were served with happy faces, and speed. Only downside to the meal was the portion size of the Bourbon Barrel Chicken, because a $13 meal should fill you to the brim. Cute waitress Briana 10/10 would eat there again if she served me!

Typical chain bar and restaurant. Food is okay, limited selection of beers on tap. Prices are above average except for happy hour appetizers. Service is average.

Heard about Jack Daniels Rib special on Thursdays for $15. Large delicious very tender fall off the bone meat without being buried in sauce. Fries and coleslaw also good with ribs. Went back with friends who also enjoyed ribs and beers on tap. Highly recommend for now to check it out.
