We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Harbor 360 in Seward. The rooms were comfy and clean. We would definitely go back. Their staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. We needed to store our bags before check-in time and after check-out, as well, and they were very accommodating. The free breakfast was very well done. It is a busy hotel, but they do everything right!

Perfect location- walking distance from train and cruise pier. They will transfer your luggage to/from both. Every staff member we dealt with was so helpful and friendly! Room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

WOW! What a great hotel, beautiful view on the Harbor side and convenient for their harbor and bay tours. They had an excellent buffet breakfast, and the rooms were very nice and made up every day. A wonderful experience!

Great location with stunning views! It’s conveniently close to restaurants and nearby attractions.

Breakfast was included in our stay and was actually quite good.

The rooms were decent — nothing fancy but comfortable enough. The pool is on the smaller side, so it’s just okay for a quick dip.

This was the perfect hotel for our needs and stay- loved the balcony room facing the marina! The complementary breakfast is solid and it was the perfect spot to stay as we had to meet in the lobby quite early for our Major Marine cruise - we didn't have to leave the premise and could enjoy breakfast while we waited to board. It is a bit further from "downtown" but there is a free shuttle during the day. It is otherwise walkable and there are great restaurants and shops within immediate walking distance. Definitely would stay again!

We took the 7 1/2 hour boat tour on the hotel’s affiliate Spirit of Adventure. Weather didn’t cooperate — rained all day and water was a little rough for many of the passengers. Saw some wildlife (close-up of 2 Orcas, a few dolphins, many seals and Puffins). Boat staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Good lunch. Brownies for dessert were very good and the staff back at the hotel was able to secure some more for me to satiate my chocolate habit! Thank you!

Conveniently located right on the harbor. The Major Marine Boat Tours office is located in the lobby, so that’s as far as we got. The staff seemed nice and there is ample parking just across the street. Beautiful views from the docks behind the hotel.

Harbor 360 was my favorite hotel during our trip to Alaska. It was right next to the train depot and small boat harbor so very convenient for the activities we had planned. We had a mountain-side view, but it was still lovely - just not as lovely as that wonderful harbor. The breakfast buffet was superb, plentiful, and hot. It was convenient to have the harbor tour desk right in the front lobby and we appreciated the gift shop with extra amenities like toiletries, etc. The room was very clean and every staff member was friendly and seemed happy to be there (housekeeping, front desk, dining, gift shop). The only thing we noticed is that the rooms have no soundproofing the second night there we had a very loud group partying above us and we could hear their entire conversation. They were mostly quiet after 10 PM though so we didn't feel the need to address it with staff since partying while on vacation during reasonable hours is to be expected.

Feels like a motel and is priced as a luxury hotel. Simple rooms, busy, very small waiting area. Good location for boat tours and across from the train station. Close to a couple of restaurants but far from downtown Seaward, aprox 1.5 miles. You can check in your luggage at the reception in the morning for the train ride in the evening to Anchorage. Have the whole day without worrying about your language, pick it all the way in Anchorage train station.
