Room condition is terrible, not well taken care of or cleaned. Beds are hard and pillows were flat. Room had a gas heater that got too hot while another room had electric unit that didn’t warm properly. Refrigerator would not stay on, the plug was loose and kept coming out of the socket and would keep turning off and on throughout the night. Was not a good nights sleep.

Honest review of the hotel for one night stay it’s nice. The room itself is a little rundown, but overall quiet and clean. The picture of the room before booking is deceiving. The room in person doesn’t look that but it’s clean. Beds have bedbug covers and it’s nice.

Parking was easy. Checkin was seamless. Decent property and VERY good bang for the buck. Restaurants and coffee type places within a short walk. Basically across the street from the North end of Northern Arizona University, and only 1/2 mile to historic Downtown Flagstaff

Staff was excellent. Exceptional value. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot. Would definitely recommend.

Everything in the hotel was very good, clean and the people who were in the hotel were also very friendly, but their breakfast was not that good. Even then, I would say that I would give the breakfast a five out of ten because the breakfast does not have so many items, but I liked it. The location of the hotel is not in such a good place, but the airport is very close from here.

Towels and bathroom were very stained and thin seemed very old.
The pillows were paper, thin. One of our beds had sand in it so I had to sleep on top.

Poor quality. Door frame so busted I didn't feel like the door securly closed. Not safe!
The bathroom was nasty with old rot and stains, made my skin crawl. AC in room would shut completely off after about an hour. Had to be turned back on every time. Ice machine was off, however upon request they turned it on. Staff was very nice. Property was just BAD.

Service was bad and the food is meh. Waited a really long time for the food. Expensive and not worth it.

We had friends recommend this place to us so we gave it a try. The burger was pretty good, but for $13 I can get a much better one at Diablo burger and there's has no antibiotics and no growth hormones. The portions were very small and the menu was way overpriced.

Always a great selection of craft beers on tap and an innovative menu with fresh flavorful items! This is an establishment with a truly unique fare for a reasonable price, I try to eat here everyti.e I'm in Flagstaff! I come here regularly from Vegas and am never sisappointed. The service is always great and you can tell the staff really believes in the food they're serving.

what a great find! food was so great it is a can't miss place. Ryan Bitter was singing it was such a great finish for a great day thank you. our waiter Zack was great. couldn't believe we didn't need reservations...

Good place for quick stop if you're on the go. Limited parking but enough for small trucks and Rvs. Good for small or large families. Food is affordable and takes time for being deliver. Clean and handicapped friendly. Want ice cream? DQ across the street!
