The room very clean and space.
All was perfect except I booked it for the ****** which was closed on Monday and Tuesday.
The room itself was very modern, neat and tidy. They provided bottled water for the coffee machine but not enough creamer/coffee pods to last me through the morning. Food is good but very, very expensive. Service at the bars/restaurants is slow, and again, very expensive. The odds at the ****** suck. As in, don't plan on being able to play slots for long,bc payouts/bonuses are lowsy. I encountered...
Super clean rooms and very polite staff. Highly recommended!!
Will echo how clean these rooms are!! They have air purifiers in the rooms and the remote and in bags. Love it!. Parking was ample with valet available. Location is right off interstate. The space is very pretty. We just stayed one night. We did try to get midnight ice cream from the snack shop downstairs and it was closed for unknow reason. That was a bummer. The pool was very nice, big and...
Fun place to come gamble and/or stay. The hotel rooms are clean and big. Room prices are better than those found in Flagstaff proper. The Zenith Steakhouse is excellent. It’s closed Mon & Tues.

centrally located in Flagstaff, convenient parking, good rooms and nice breakfast and complementary afternoon drinks!
I was pleasantly surprised with our stay here. Our room was super clean, updated and a great size. The bathroom was large. The so called appetizer hour was more like dinner and the 3 free drinks was plenty. The staff were amazing. Breakfast was awesome and had everything you could imagine. I would definitely recommend this to someone amd i would definitely stay here again. Best part it is dog friendly...
This is going to be our hotel spot anytime we are in Flagstaff from now on!! The staff is attentive and eager to assist. We have trouble sleeping without a fan so they provided us with a box fan. They also have early check in 10am for a minimal $15 upgrade. The common sitting areas are welcoming. There are plenty of little nooks to sit with your group in privacy. The hotel was.very clean. The only...
My wife and I loved our experience here! Can’t say enough good things about the staff. Incredibly friendly and professional. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and dinner every night is delicious. You feel like you are eating a home cooked feast twice a day! Plus 3 complimentary cocktails 🍹 each night of your stay?!🤯 Now you’re talking! Very reasonably priced. It...
The staff was all very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, as was the evening kickback. The pool area was beautiful, the entire hotel was nice and clean. The nourish spa line they have for the Shampoo conditioner and soap, I literally have no words. It is just that good. The bed is probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. I never want to stay anywhere else again, anywhere I go...
The staff here is excellent. I love that they offer a breakfast and what they call "heavy appetizers" which is basically a quick dinner. The rooms were nice but I did get some dirty pillowcases and there was some hair on bathroom towels. Other than that the room was very comfortable. There is a sink, microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge which is nice. The location is great. It's very close to food...

It's was a pleasant stay, no complaints here.
I liked the updated decor in my room. It was fresh, modern, and clean. The bed was comfortable and the noise from other rooms was almost nonexistent. It's been awhile since I stayed in a Motel 6 and I was pleasantly surprised at the nicer feel to it. It was a basic room, but also at a very affordable price. At this location, the staff was friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay here...
The biggest strength is the STAFF. Friendly, helpful front desk, friendly housekeeping. The room was clean, except the floor hadn't been swept....which on linoleum is disturbing. And I suppose once a person planned on the spartan accommodations, it's not a big deal to not have shampoo, hair drier, coffee maker, wifi. Hotel was quiet at night (a HUGE plus...no train noise.)
I travel a lot, and one thing I always look forward to is a great front desk staff, and y’all definitely had it at this one. Friendly staff, they were able to get us checked in around 1 am-ish .. checking out at noon was a huge plus since we were driving all day. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. I’d definitely stay again next time that I’m visiting, will even keep them in mind for my...
After numerous attempts to check into another motel chain it was getting very late and the weather was not promising. I reserved a room at Motel 6 the check in was quick and friendly. I had a whole day of meeting 100 miles out and scheduled for another meeting locally the next day. I am very happy and please with the staff the three young ladies one at the check in and the others at the check out ...
Location is excellent. Motel very well lit, felt safe taking dogs out at night and in early morning. Doors have excellent locks. Heat works well. Room clean . Linen and towels clean. Love that pets are allowed and areas available to walk them, garbage cans right near by. The rooms should have WARM comforters on beds. Very flimsy and very cold unless one brings their own , which I do. Flagstaff...

This was an excellent spot for base camp and exploring Flagstaff and surrounding areas. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the features you'd want for a family. The hot tub was a bonus.
Amazing get away to spend with family. The location in itself is serene and relaxing. There’s a lot of opportunities for family time. There is a mini golf course for kids and recreational amenities ( swimming pool, volley ball and badminton court with nets provided). It's an hour away from Grand Canyon. Definitely coming back here😉
We booked through AirBnb for a two night stay to use it as a base for nearby attractions. The club offers many amenities and it is very convenient and economical for a family or a group of friends. The staff is very welcoming. The only minus to our experience is the overall feel of the apartment, which looked out of date in decor, and the intermittent wifi. Yes, the apartment is overloaded with...
After having to move twice we decided to take a well deserved vacation. We made reservations with Wyndham club for April. We arrived here and we were greeted by smiling faces and wonderful staff. We received our keys and we went to our suite and we were very delighted with the space and all that it had to offer for our stay. We had deer in the back yard in the morning and evening. Staff was very informative and polite. Location was quiet. Loved the privacy!
Absolutely beautiful rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. Great view from our front porch. The grounds keepers were on top of the snow and ice keeping steps and parking lots cleared. We had a smart TV in the living room! It's close to the mall and downtown, 10 minutes.

My favorite amenity was the fitness center because of the ample space. There were three other people in the gym with me last night and we all had plenty of space to workout without interference. Obviously this Hampton Inn is relatively new because of the nice walk-in showers with glass...
Great hotel, great staff! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional! The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, but not so close that traffic noise keeps you up at night (noise was not even noticeable). There's a gas station and a restaurant nearby, as well. All told, it's a great place to stay!
Great place to stay, except for the fact that the air outside sometimes wreaks of Purina Kibble, especially in the morning. The rooms look and are amazing. Pool could be a bit bigger, but they make up for it with a large breakfast included.
Wonderful location and service. This is a newer hotel and still has that "new hotel smell" and look. Great welcome by the front desk and smiles throughout our stay. Conveniently located just off the interstate with plenty of eating and activities near by.
Stayed here for a couple days during a work trip and it was great. My room was large and spacious - very clean! They serve breakfast each morning and front staff was super helpful.

Room was good but not d bath towels it had lots of lints on it. New thin towels n was not washed.
Quick trip. It was a quick trip. It’s was clean and quiet. Beds a little hard but nothing special or nothing bad.
We got stuck in a bad winter storm coming into Flagstaff. The freeway was shutdown so we had no choice but to stay. Due to having dogs we choose motel 6. I was a little bit worried aboht the quality of the motel. But to my surprise everything was really nice. Atagf was so friendly and helpful.
Old looking room but clean, no hairdryer. Slightly high for the price they ask. For 1-2 nights its good. Will probably try out a different place next time.
I was checking in very late. The person that was at the counter. at that moment. Was extremely nice to me. My room was extremely clean. The heat was up. Nice and warm. I didn't have to go in and wait for it to warm up. It was already to a great temperature thank you
Ok let me start off with saying the beds are clean with NO bed bugs. The room is really clean and that makes the wife happy. The ONLY complaint we have is the air really does not work. It is cooler outside then what the air is pushing out inside. They are small rooms so it should cool down fast but it is not. Other than that it's a great place.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Elev8 and I was pleasantly surprised. I just needed a place to sleep after a long trip and this was perfect. Every staff member I encountered was super friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and inviting. Shower was clean, hot water was solid and water pressure was great. Only complaint would be that the walls are a bit thin but it wasn't too noisy...
Had a great 4 night stay here. Staff are great, rooms are clean and well stocked, wifi is good, hot tub is nice, and prices are reasonable, better if you book directly. My only hang up was that I had to request a room switch at 3:30 am. After looking at many reviews for hotels- I chose this hotel. Once we arrive and walked inside to check in- Ian was very kind and very personable - made this whole experience start out great, very customer service friendly. We were in room 233. This place was absolutely amazing, and I can stay the staff was the best part. It was my partner and I anniversary. We are frequent visitors to Flagstaff for fun and this time we just needed one night. This is our first time at Elev8 and we will be happy to return. Now, you have to see that they are still gearing up so there are...
The construction didn't bother us. Just the guests next door. Walls are paper thin and they argued all night long and they slammed doors, they argued out in the hallway. We had a wonderful stay !! The beds where just right, pillows new and soft. It was quiet luckily and our stuff was safe. Breakfast was adequate for being fly food. They provided cereals milks boiled eggs oatmeal cereal bars and apple sauce. My daughter and I felt a lil silly not understanding how the shower worked but they quickly sent help to show us. We will be back !
Crossing town when a snow storm hit and had to pull over and stay in. The front desk was awesome with accommodating my needs with early check in. personality is everything at a time like this and I was real happy that the young lady was nice and friendly.. The night receptionist Jeannie was very friendly and accommodating. She was helpful and the common areas were very clean. We had some minor things needed and she was able to bring them to our room each time with a smile. Thank you Jeannie! Overall the staff is very friendly and welcoming from the moment tou check in. Definitely one of the better hotels in the area.
First place I’ve stayed alone and it was pretty good! The room was cleaned and the bed was made☺️. It’s an amazing location there’s plenty of food options walking distance. It’s not noisy at all morning and night. After taking a nice hot shower and getting into the amazing bed it was super easy to go sleep! I would definitely recommend!
Comfortable, clean, and a great staff! Their breakfast is good considering covid. Nice big lobby with lots of really cool art, couple of pool tables at $1.00 a game. There was a TV in the lobby too. Their pool looked very nice, water was a little chilly for me. The area was nice, table and chairs and a gas bbq for your use if you wanted. Microwave and small fridge in our room was good.
Good area close to shopping plaza. Lobby felt dark and gloomy. Gym was uninviting. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Fast and easy check in. Facility was very clean and staff was great. Would stay here again. The free breakfast was also great.
Staff/front desk was really nice. Breakfast has good options. I would book here again in the future.
We were on the first floor and it was very noisy both from the housekeeping staff on the floor and from the guests in the room above us. Also, there was a homeless man sleeping inside on a cart just inside of the side door.
The customer service was great. Our room had a funny odor. The bathroom door did not latch and was dirty with something splashed on it. The beds were comfy. I would highly recommend getting a 2nd story room as the people above us were very, very noisy pacing ba k and forth. Keeping us up most of the night.
Nice stay Had a great stay here and enjoyed the spa and heated pool. Nice breakfast selection as well.

We needed an inexpensive room for a convention. It was certainly that. The bed was remarkably comfortable, but there's a gap around the door, the bathroom light is so dim as to be useless at night, there's no hairdryer in the room, there were weird splooshes on the tv and mirror, the coffee maker was 1) missing the top and 2) leaked terribly, and there's a little hole in the curtains. The fridge and...
Fairly clean. Very loud-the train and highway are very noticeable at night. Door chair lock was broken (coming off the cracked frame) but still usable. The only outlet I could find was an extension cord behind the TV, resting on an unprotected outlet. Not the safest and pretty run down. Staff were friendly though.
Old and kind of run down hotel, but on par with the rest of the immediate area. We felt safe enough, but why do all the doors have major dents and dings on them? Room was clean enough overall, but definitely worn and not cared for overall. Parking was poor and seemed insufficient for the number of rooms. The included breakfast was limited but fine. In the end it is just a place to spend the night...
You get what you pay for. Clean room, friendly, pretty basic. If you just need to get off the road, I'd recommend this place. Also an assortment of restaurants around the area.
Decent place for the cheap price. Everything was very clean and simple. The bed was comfortable if lacking a few top sheets, I like being under a lot of covers. The cooling and heating work fine, not too loud. It covers up the train noises since the train tracks are right across the street. All amenities are standard. Breakfast consists of cereal, toast, english muffins, donuts, juice, and coffee....
Was great place we slept amazingly! Didnt hear train. Bed was great. Pillows were great. Best sleep we have ever gotten at hotel. The bathroom was super cold to step into and the towel holder fell off the wall but otherwise this place was awesome!

Stayed the work week for an area project, after originally booking only two nights. At first I was put off by the wear and tear and bare bones room. Housekeeping staff was also very polite in passing. Breakfast had waffle makers with a variety of topping options. Overall a very pleasant stay.
They booking experience was easy and pleasant. The check in was quick and hassle free as well as the check out. Free continental breakfast was good. Our linens were crisp and clean. I've stayed at a lot of motel 6 and they're usually standard for what you pay to get a quick night sleep, but this one needs quite a bit of work. Bed extremely squeaky, tub in desperate need or replacement, and a little more attention to cleaning would be good. But we still slept ok. At least it doesn't have carpet!
It was a nice stay at motel 6. They were nice, polite, and helpful when you would ask a question about the area. The rooms are clean and cozy. The area around the motel is well managed and clean.
Location is in a good spot, room service is also nice, comes once every day, very helpful. At night, it might get a little noisy due to cars on the road, but overall a pleasant experience for the money involved. The lights in the rooms were unplugged, so we had to plug them in. Shower is under average, you are only provided with a small bar of soap. Overall, a decent experience.
This Lucky Lane Flagstaff location has become my home away from home when working in the north country of Arizona. Front desk is always friendly, courteous and proficient. Room is always clean. I have a choice of any hotel in Flagstaff, but this Motel 6 satisfies all my needs at very reasonable price. The location is close to I-40 freeway, old rte 66 highway. Quick check in, quick check out, friendly staff. The room was clean but only had bars of soap didnt have any shampoo so we had to go buy some. You have to pay for ice if you want any though so it's stupid. But it was a nice weekend away. Could be better for the price but stil was half decent
I would give 5 stars, but the supposed breakfast was toast and coffee. Otherwise, it is a clean, charming retro motel on the Route 66 and we loved our stay here. We will stay again when we pass through Flagstaff for the night in a week.
I don't need overpriced fancy hotels. I typically sleep just as well as one than at the other. Knights inn wasn't anything special. It was cheap, and gave you everything you'd expect from a value hotel.
The location was convenient and easy to find. The rooms were ok. When we left, we checked under the bed in case any of our things happened to get under there (we always check carefully to make sure we don't leave anything behind). There were beverage bottles under each bed that weren't ours, so it seems like housekeeping could use a little more attention to detail. The staff was friendly though. The...

Best outdoor room entrance stay I’ve ever had. Rooms were newly renovated, and so cute. Really great customer service. My cell service wasn’t the greatest (totally not their responsibility), but they do have wifi. I had people staying on both sides of me, but didn’t hear either one.
This cute, traditional Route 66 motel has a new owner and is under major renovations. Rooms are renovated-comfortable beds, great linens and pillows. Decor is decent. Bathroom is a little small but it is a 50’s type motel so not surprising. It is on a major road so there is pretty constant road noise but all in all and clean, nice place to stay-within walking distance of many restaurants and university...
For the price, not bad at all. Pet fee (for non service animals) isn't outrageous, and I'd stay here again. I agree with others, some improvements to update the bathroom, etc., would be nice. And they don't offer breakfast any more... that should be removed from the description. Great location for anyone passing through. Plenty of pharmacies, convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars...
I had a great stay here, just as when I stay in other nicer hotels. You can say the traffic outside is a bit noisy but I don’t ever notice it since I travel with an air purifier everywhere I go, which drowns out the outside noise. Everyone should have one of these. Overall I had a great time staying at this motel. The welcoming is very good. Bed are comfortable as you'd expect, you still get some noise from the near road but nothing too disturbing. Good Hotel. Good Environment, Good service, and Good meals.
Nice selection of food. The hotel restaurant is awesome even if you don't have a room. The service station has a nice crab salad, slaw, potato salad. The canned products are a bit pricey but they are awesome. Lots of big truck parking. To go restaurant inside with decent food choices, and of course the ice cream.

The service is warm, we booked two rooms, she gave a suite, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a microwave. Very suitable for Chinese needs.
Menu items were cold I think because the room was cold. Staff could have used some support in getting the food items out when food was empty. More whole grain options please.
Check in was fine, checked in early with A 20early fee. Our room was clean for the most part, our bathroom shower wasn’t sparking and there was still mud on the floor in the bathroom. Our hallway to the room smelt like dog pee. The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve ever had to use. We stayed multiple nights, definitely not again more than one night.

I was amazed at how friendly the staff was at breakfast and the the breakfast was great, too! Had many options. The room was small, but so comfortable and had all we needed. Thank you!
The hotel is good in every aspect. It also has a self-service laundry, which is very convenient for travelers. The breakfast buffet is also pretty good.
I liked the room because it was clean, but it's a shame to get a parking fee
The beds were very comfortable, the front desk staff were exceptional- very nice, informative and prepared for a sold out night. The front desk over night person also helped quiet down some gentlemen who were sitting out back talking like it was daytime, even though it was 2:00 AM.
Rooms are very clean and adequate. Close to several restaurants. Debbie is fantastic at customer service and very hospitable. Always makes me feel very welcome. As a frequent business traveler I appreciate that. I have been staying there for years. They now charge for parking and something called a sustainability fee? Which is disappointing, I have not received an explanation of what that even means...
Nice and cozy hotel. Even with renovations in the 5th floor, everything looks clean and stylist. Rooms well kept, comfortable and clean. Wish we stayed more days at that comfortable rooms. Ample Breakfast options from pastry, fruit , pancake, omelette, bacon … a nice front desk lady walked to the breakfast area offering to provide detailed information about the place clients were planning to visit...
