Clean room, loved that!
Staff, for sure!
Location! Loved the peace and quiet the trees.
Loved the open lobby with high ceilings and ceiling fans.
Convenient location walking distance from Safeway and the Dollar Store.

We stayed at Motel 6 Williams, AZ – West – Grand Canyon. Check-in took over 30 minutes. Amenities were limited to coffee only—no real breakfast options. At 4:00 a.m. a loud freight train passed by, and the AC was noisy while the room stayed warm. The location is convenient for the Grand Canyon and parking is easy, but the noise and comfort issues would make us consider other options next time. Tip: request a room away from the tracks and bring earplugs.

Bugs in the light fixture and bathrooms are old could use a refresh. Second time pool has been closed

The property does not include basic amenities like a microwave or a fridge. Furnitures are of poor quality. I will not recommend this property to anyone.

The staff was rude, not only to us but several other incidents I witnessed with other guests. Not all amenities were as advertised. Charges did not match advertised pricing and refusal to refund TJ match my booking price.

It was difficult to haul our luggage and stuff to the second floor without an elevator. There was no elevator in the building. The indoor pool and spa were out of order, which was a disappointment for the kids. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Many of the outlets need to be replaced as I couldn't keep my wall chargers in them. I guess you get what you paid for; it was a very basic room, but pretty clean and spacious though.

NO refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, dresser, etc. Things you expect at any motel.
Only coffee for breakfast.
Extra taxes and fees that I didn't know about. So-called "environmental fee"???

Front desk woman who checked me in was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Staff is great, room was clean and great location walking distance to Safeway grocery store and everything in Williams. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was very good.
Because it's a motel, the facilities are slightly inferior to a hotel, but the staff were very friendly and I had a comfortable stay.

It also seems that dogs are allowed to stay.
There was no unpleasant smell at all.
