Very great. Comfortable, spacious, great location and great value for money. I'm so satisfied! (It's near 7-eleven and MacDonald, which makes it even better a location.)

As we all know, hotel inflation is dramatic. Finding a simple clean room near a major airport in the USA is not a fun experience. Phoenix is no exception. EZ 8 is a big property and about $16 by taxi TOO Sky Harbor.  Convenient for a 7-11 and a McDonald’s nearby.  The rooms were ok and the Price $67 was the best I could do. The choices are limited.

It was super sketchy. I had to wait outside to check in and they made me walk all the way around to the other side of the building to check in. I did not feel safe.

The room was clean comsidering the quality of the place. It's a little run down but that is to be expected when you pay these prices for a room.

As soon as we got to the room, the room smelled liked cigarettes. The floor and the walls not cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned, did not feel comfortable showering in. And the mattress was the worst. So dirty it did gross me out. I did not felt comfortable staying in that hotel. I did ask for refund, but for half of what I payed. Staff was nice.

The girl that checked us in seemed a little stressed and not real sure what she was doing and several people had to come back and have their keys redone because they couldn't get in the room and I was one of them. The guy who took care of the checkout in the morning so they were working on remodeling and really cleaning up and changing cuz I asked about a couple things but the mattress was good I checked for bed bugs and they were cool with that they were none so I'll give them credit for trying

If you just want to stay, it's fine. However, if you want something extra, you'll be disappointed.
