Absolutely FABULOUS! We stayed several days, the beds were very soft and your head literally just sank in the pillow. Absolutely 💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would definitely return and I'm more apt to use their other locations in other states if this visit was so top notch, like it was!

We had a great experience staying at this Holiday Inn, but what really made our visit memorable was the outstanding service from Raul, who served us breakfast each morning. He was incredibly polite, upbeat, and just a joy to be around. Raul went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, and he was absolutely amazing with our kids — making them laugh, remembering their favorite breakfast...

It was centrally located to all our destinations. Elevator doors could use a little work, but overall nice place

The front desk were super nice. The only problems were NO ICE MACHINE on our floor. And our room was really loud to the highway outside.

I liked the clean, well lit parking, conveniently located off the main traffic. Some outside noise came through and the building dated.

Nice tourney weekend. The stay was good. The rooms and location are ideal. The only issue I had was the noise from the close by freeway. My room was facing it and the noise bled into the room.

The Residence Inn was very clean and I love the the 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms and mini kitchen. I will definitely will book again at this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located across the tram. We took it to Chase field for a baseball game. Nice and fast ( 8 stops ). Area is very safe with lots of shopping and dining option. The roof top pool was a hit with the kids. Room was clean and very big. Parking in the garage adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. Will stay here again.

Nice and quiet. I stayed here for 10 days for work. My room was nice and clean. The pool was clean with lots of chairs and tables. Front desk people were nice and accommodating. Definitely stay here again.

Visited here for three days. Check in and out was smooth and painless. Rooms felt small and a bit cluttered compared to some other Hotels i have recently stayed in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice pool area with hot tube. A/C worked great...specially for a summer visit where temps average 110 for the duration of our trip.

Great day of golf for a player at any level! Staff is very polite and helpful as well. Grounds manager Eric Maldanado is really working hard to bring the course to a higher standard. Very nice course. Some holes was a little soggy. Mostly the course was dry. Very challenging but the fairway was wide so very forgiving. No indoor dinning due to covid. No carts allowed in parking lot however at the end of our round the starter did let us drive cart to car because my daughter had foot surgery and the hop was gonna be long. The Grapefruit and Lemon trees was Awesome!

The room are very spacious I was disappointed that the hot tub in our side of the resort was not working.

We stayed over labor day weekend for our wedding. We booked 8 rooms and the staff went out of their way to make this special time great for our whole party. The rooms were all remodeled and worth the value. The ladies at the frond desk are awesome and will make your stay memorable. Thank you for the great time.

A friend of my was staying here for a few night because of business. I met her at the bar for a chat. We did not order any food and just had a drink each. Wait staff were professional and bartender was quick getting our drinks. We had a good impression of the facility and will recommend to orhers to try.

This hotel is conveniently located near the 60 freeway with many options for eating and shopping close by. It has a secluded feel and is quiet. The breakfast is a nice, convenient bonus. Clean and convenient Recently remodeled. Public areas are clean and inviting. Our room was clean but needed some repairs and had others that were done poorly. The breakfast was average at best.

The place is being remodeled. It isn't a Howard Johnson anymore. It's a red roof inn. Google needs to update their search engine. All the rooms are being redone. Renivating all rooms, walls are paper thin, fixtures are not fastened right, keys hardly work, heaters don't, the only good things were 3... Office staff were super nice, rooms were very spacious, really quiet.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were nice and the room I had was quite good, especially when comparing the price of it to other hotels nearby, some which were nearly double. I am satisfied with my stay and would definitely stay again. There were a few times at night that it was noisy out in the hall, but it usually only lasted a couple seconds. The room smelled clean when I entered, the reception at the front desk was great, and it looks like new furniture was coming in. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no plug for the bathtub. Other than that, I got my money's worth, thank you so much!

AZ BikeWeek 2025 I enjoyed my time there, the only problem I had was room service never came in the 5 days I was there, so I went to the Desk and they said I have to request it, I told them I didn't really need Room Service, I just needed clean towels, so they told me to just put my towels out the door and they would leave new ones so I did but new ones never showed up, But all in all it was a great...

Stayed in a King size room. Can hear alot of activity outside the room. The TV only had 1 channel, remote didn't work. But it is cheap so I'm not surprised by how the room looks. I probably will not be coming back if I ever needed a room for a night. Only up side was that there were some good food places near by that is walking distance

Always clean, beds are comfy and the continental breakfast is good. Walking distance to a bunch of stuff and public transit. Its the only place I stay when I'm in Tempe and has been for years. It is the best inexpensive motel I've ever stayed at. Pool and hot tub area are always clean and well maintained and employees are knowledgeable about the area and very helpful and kind.

You get what you pay for. Gum found on A/C unit, Cockroaches in the bathroom, but otherwise a clean room for a decent price. A crazy woman who thought her long lost children were locked in my room was handled nicely by the staff (with hep from the police). Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal, but let's be honest, you probably wouldn't make yourself anything better if you had to...

Very good accommodations for a motel. Nothing to complain about other than that it was too pricey. It cost us almost $200CAD+ per night. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, metro and ASU. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The rooms are very spacious. They have a fridge and microwave which is very convenient. The only thing is make sure you don't walk barefoot on the carpet, their a little bad. They have small selection of breakfast which is not bad.

Maintenance issue with door closing, not locking unless deadbolt is thrown. Will bring to there attention in the morning at check out.

I like this place. Last minute booked a room, the king bedroom has so much floor space, I love it. Y'all need to throw a dancing pole in there between the bed and the table/chairs. . Great price, nice staff, clean rooms. No bugs.. Everything was cool, they held $30 deposit for a couple days, no biggie, way lower price than others around the area. Room was clean, shower head kinda ******. I'm about 6ft3 and I had to duck down to wash my hair and upper body... Nice hot water too. Nobody bothered me, or my friends. Can't smoke in the rooms but that's pretty much the norm for that...

This motel was perfectly fine. It was clean, just a bit dated. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to swim. Check in and out were easy and straightforward.
