This place was very pricey for what you don't get. The pool is small and always green. Out of our 6 days stay there the ice machine was busted for 4 days. Visitors are only allowed until 8 p.m.. when anyone comes after that time the management bangs on your door and searches your room. There were a lot of drugs and prostitution.

Well the first room we got the key didn't work so they gave us a new room we had a bit of trouble but got the door open. It was hot as hell in the room. The air was not on. This is l Arizona in August. We put air on two hours later at least still hot as as ever in room. .Went to front to talk to lady that rented to us. There was a couple sitting outside they reserved a room when they got here no one was there to check them in and a sign was in window that said no more rooms . Now it's midnight and that does not mean it's cooler outside in Arizona but it was cooler outside then in our room and nobody to talk to about it. We where in a motel 6 that was better. And that had hookers and drug people and cops there every night but had bigger room two beds paid the same but the room was cool . Can't sleep when it's hot as hell.

When I first arrived the employees ignored me for about a good 10 minutes talking bad about a guess that were stay there before asking me if they could help me then I get to the room the AC barely works there's no phone no mini fridge and none of the channels work except for one when I called the front office from my pesonal cell phone to complain nothing was done no compensation no apology no consideration. There was drugies outside in the parking lot as well the cops I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!

This place is filthy. I was very uncomfortable - really didn't want to touch ANYTHING - and would have refused the room except it was late and I had booked through trip advisor - not the hotel. Figured it would be a hassle to get my money back. Feces splattered in toilet bowl from a previous guest. Broken furniture, duct taped A/C unit, holes in the wall. Dead bug shells clinging to the ceiling - UGH. Additionally - no pool as advertised. Absolutely HORRIBLE.

This does not look anything like the pictures on website. Room was so dirty we didn't want to touch anything. Black mold in bathroom. Curtain ripped. Only 1 electric outlet worked - but even that sparked. Shower head only dribbled. No hot water. Door to room had previously been pried open with something.

It is located on Main Street near Country Club Dr. The rooms were clean but it's an older place. I had no complaints.

Soooooo very disappointed in this place. Please keep moving. I was charged 150 for one night. I thought I could handle it I was such a weary traveler. I ended up leaving after taking a nap. I wish I could get my money back. The room was deplorable it was half empty of furniture. The shower was patched up and had not hot water. The worst of it was the cars with slashed tires outside and the late night partiers that seemed like they lived there. I was on my own and scared of the other clientele so I left.

Room smelled. Bathroom had a mold ring around the tub. Floors were dirty. Comforters were either dirty or stained. This was the worst place I've ever stayed. Actually had to go buy sheets for the beds. Called the company and spoke with someone and still haven't heard back from them. Rates were outrageous. I would have given this place negative stars if possible. I've stayed at Knight's Inns before in Albuquerque and had quite a different experience. The one in Mesa is horrible and needs a good cleaning.

I am so displeased with the false advertising and horrid representation of customer service by the front office rep. The pictures online are misleading, theirs prostitutes and drug transactions taking place outside at night, as well as barely warm water running in the outdated shower/sink. I will never make this mistake again but luckily I drove to Scottsdale (20 min) and experienced some good Arizona hospitality. It wasn't a complete loss.

2 stars only because it was clean. The pillows are terrible, zero amenities in the room, no fridge or microwave and it's smaller then any super 8 or similar style motel. There is literally no hot water left after 7 am. We had cold showers the 1st two days we were checked in until we figured out early mornings are the only time the water is warm. Crackheads and vagrants roam the parking lots and there is literally a ghetto directly behind the parking lot.
