After a six hour drive I was looking forward to the jacuzzi. Both days I was staying there the jacuzzi was the same temp as the pool. Cold. The breakfast was comparable to a free continental breakfast at a lesser property. The room was nice.

Hot tub closed after being broken for over a month. Pool too cold to swim. We are finding another hotel after staying with you for over ten years.

Bartender Carly at restaurant was very helpful and ensured proper and quality of our order. The room was spotless! Much appreciated! Again 5* all around!

$$100 more than quoted. Hot tub and pool were repaired, but inaccessible due to to "being re-filled" (for 3 days??). Very clean rooms and lobby. Front desk was rude.
