The place was tidy all the time and quiet as well. Danielle at the reception was helpful during our stay and addresses out concerns promptly.

I stayed for 5 nights and really liked this suite!
The actual room matched the hotel's pictures perfectly; everything was great! The first night I stayed on the side closest to the highway, and the car noise was quite loud at night. The second night, I moved to the inner side closer to the pool, and it was much better.
Unfortunately, there was no microwave in the room; I had to go to the small supermarket on the first floor to use the communal one, which wasn't very convenient. All the hotels I stayed at during this trip to the US had microwaves, except for this one.

The room and the cleanliness are OK. The front desk said that the deposit will be returned in 3-5 days, but now 11 days have passed and the deposit of 350 USD has not been returned!!!

The hotel is in a good location, not far from Levis Stadium, within a 30-minute drive from San Jose's main business district and high-tech enterprise park, and far from downtown San Francisco. The hotel facilities are good, the suite room is a little small, and the service is good.

Did the drive thru but forgot to order at the box. Held up the line for a few extra minutes but they were all very cool about it. Same coffee flavor as all the other Starbucks out there...

If you want early onset of diabetes this is your place. Has the typical starbucks selection. Staff are nice and lots of trendy liberals to make conversation with. Don't forget to bring you apple products to show the others how trendy you are. If you like coffee this place will do the job.

Service is always pleasant though not always speedy, it's a busy store. While it is generally crowded you can almost always find a seat. If you can't, if you ask nice, folks are willing to share ?

My only complaint is their hours. In a plaza where nothing but the optometrist closes before 9, they close at 8.

Ordered the Satay Chicken wrap this evening and it was amazing! Massive improvement over the original menu. Healthy and generally much more satisfying than other options in the area.

I liked their Argentinian steak bowl, the meat was lightly seasond, but the Verde sauce they used kinda over powered the dish.
The Thai chicken on the other was good, but the sauce had a strong peanut butter aroma to it which I enjoyed, but might be too strong for some people.
