This is a fantastic location for all of your immediate needs. There are a lot of eateries within a few minutes. The motel is close to shopping centers such as Target as well.

Our check-in process with Juan was excellent. You can't get mad at him for the condition of the establishment.

There is an onsite breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am every day. The breakfast includes sausages (undercooked), eggs (gross looking), a waffle maker, hashbrowns (very undercooked to raw), yogurt, cereal, and coffee. It is not the greatest but they try and the attendant in the room works hard and shares smiles with everyone. She is always willing to give you hot water if you ask.
The chairs in the breakfast area are dirty and look like someone has soiled on them.

The rooms should be condemned. The carpet is so dirty that your feet will turn black. We went into two rooms, and they were all the same or even worse. You will find holes in the walls, patchwork throughout the rooms, non-working small refrigerators, and window coverings falling apart with many holes in them.

If you should be so unfortunate as to get a room on the first floor, you can forget getting a good rest, as the noise above you is unbearable.

The front doors do not have proper seals; you can see the light from outside, and if anyone smokes near your door, you will get all the smoke, including the marijuana smoke.

There is a prostitution element here as well. We witnessed one room that had many visits from lots of men throughout the night, and had to hear their sexual acts being carried out.

On our last night, we got no sleep until after 2 am as room 206 was unruly for several hours in their room and on the balcony from 8 pm until after 2 am, and no one at the front desk did anything about the noise. They smoked on the balcony and threw their cigarettes onto the cars below, including ours, and caused burn damage. We also got the surprise notice of water shut off from 11 am-7 pm on the day of our departure.

The property is in a remodel phase. The construction workers are very rude and play music very loudly all day.

If you have a few extra bucks, stay somewhere else.

Parking is hit and miss. Some people park in two spots to prevent others from parking next to their cars.

If the management/owner reads this, please replace Helena or Helen. She is not the face of customer service. She is useless, rude, and lazy.
