Excellent price, centrally located, friendly front desk staff. Clean, comfortable room, strong wifi.

The room heater had a problem and they offered to move me to another room and I asked for a heater instead. I gave 5 stars because they were very helpful and they did not charge me extra even though because of my work I had to check out an hour late, so I was grateful for that. I will return again for my next trip.

I stayed there for a week and had no problems. There aren't many options in Santa Clara at this price, and I didn't encounter any bad things during my stay.

It was OK. My room smelled like someone has been smoking in it. Could've used more outlets near the bed. Guy at the front desk in the morning could've been nicer. Everything else was fine

In 2014 I lived here along with some football teammates from foothill college.we were packed in those rooms but looking back it was cool. I miss the west coast! Wish I could remember the names of the 2 ladies that took care of us. I’ll have to come visit again one day. Much love from Arkansas/Texas

This place has been around forever! If you're looking for the newest and shiniest this is not the place for you. If you want a funky slice of Americana then stay here. Vintagey feel with an attached restaurant. We had the breakfast buffet and enjoyed it, especially the bacon. Pool was cute and clean, staff was helpful and efficient. Lots of character.

Thought I'd clear some things up to explain the mixed reviews. The standard rooms are the old rooms that all the reviewers are complaining about. The deluxe rooms are the renovated ones and are pretty nice. Google's description is wrong though since the breakfast buffet (pretty good by the way) isn't included, and is actually $10 per person.

Parking can be pretty tight since the spaces are really small. If you aren't a heavy sleeper, bring earplugs because people starting their trucks and stuff right outside your window in the morning can be loud. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a pretty good deal for the area.

This place is definitely showing its age. We paid $120 for one night. The carpet had more stains on it then color the faucet in the sink leak so bad that we used all the towels to keep the water from going all over. The beds were so old that you sink in them. Upon leaving we found out that they were in the process of renovating one room at a time. Not sure if this is a 10-year project or 10 month project or 10 week project. I definitely recommend you don't stay in one of the non remodeled rooms at $120. Good luck if you stay hopefully you get a remodels room.

Asked for recently renovated room upon reservation, did not get one. Carpeting is old and musty, decor 30 years dated. Bathroom cracked floors. Overall cleanliness was okay for beds and furniture. The AC worked great! The stairs had overgrown ivy that partially blocked passage. We only ate at included breakfast brunch. They kept the food fresh and plentiful and were friendly.
