The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff and amenities. Convenient since it is closed to the airport and had a shuttle that takes you to it. Nice location and many places close to see and have fun.

Check in staff was friendly - helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and was nice to have available at 6am.
* A bit surprised - disappointed with paid ($13.00/day) parking requirement for ALL guests - no exceptions. Did not know when booked on ******* and is a deal breaker for future visits.

Room didn’t look clean (bathroom mirror has writing on it) & I pretty sure there was an eyelash on the floor. Breakfast was a mess & limited.

Staff friendly got us checked in early after a long day of travel. Rooms clean and cozy. Kids had fun in the pool. Places to eat near by made it super nice and parking well lit

Adam, the 3-11pm shift, was fantastic! We got in late, and he was able to get us in quickly and efficiently. The room was lovely and our stay was peaceful.

Clean room but it wasn’t food at the breakfast area and the personal They didn't fill it with anything else, everything was completely empty.

The gal who worked my table was very sweet and took good care of me. Ordered the pad see ew and it was very good. Had hot delicious food in front of me in less than 5 minutes from stepping through the door.

Love this place. Large portions. Servers are genuine and kind. I love all the quirks here in that they're not trying too hard to impress. It's just good people giving you good food, and who could ask for more? Can't wait to go back again and again

Great people and great food. The waitress/waiter accent seems to be an issue among other reviewers but this can easily be resolved; as long as you are as patient with them, they are incredibly accommodating and go out of their way to serve you. As for the food, it was very enlightening to the taste buds and the next time I'm in town, I'll be back for more.

Pretty much exactly what you expect from a Jimmy John's food wise. Heavy on the mayo though. These people were really nice hence the rating. Andres grabbed me a high chair even though he was busy which was so helpful as I had a 2.5 and 1 year olds with me and the store was pretty full. Thank you sooo much!!!

I placed an order over the phone for pick up today. I arrived 15 minutes later just for my order not to be ready to pick up. I waited an additional 5 minutes. There were three people making my sandwich and it still took a little over twenty minutes. This location will no longer receive any of my service. Jimmy John's is supposedly the fastest at making sandwiches but not so much at this location. If you have time to kill, eat at this location. If not, go some place else.
