The staff greeted us, our room was clean and spacious. We loved how close it was the the airport. We love staying at the Marriott hotels. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was responsive, courteous & friendly; room was spacious & clean; shuttle runs every 30 minutes to airport which is very convenient; Easy walking to various restaurants. Over all great experience

Just a quick overnight. Airport shuttle was great to get early a.m. flight. Only issue was a/c was noisy.

I arrived really late and without one piece of luggage due to airline issues. When I finally arrived the gentleman working the front desk was so helpful and kind, giving me many basic supplies as there was no way to buy anything at that time. I wish I could remember his name - he was awesome.

The room was clean. Thanks to house keeping I slept in a clean bed. The pillows were hard and my neck hurts. There were no trash bags in any of the cans and I'm not sure why. Is the hotel saving money by not using trash bags/liners ? I didn't throw any of my trash in the can but left it on the desk as I'm wanting to be considerate of house keeping.
There was a pen and paper for notes though, but would prefer trash liners.
I think it's time for some deep cleaning too. The grout in the bathroom floor looks dark and dirty.
The shower was truly an amazing experience I am certain it stripped a years worth of dirt off me. I had a hard time wanting to get out. One thing is certain that anybody walking out this hotel had a very good shower.
There wasn't enough light in the room.
I think this hotel needs to do a bit of maintenance and upkeep. I normally stay at the Hilton Garden but they were out of rooms and Aloft had a good deal. There is potential for me to return. Guest service was good.

The dish I ordered was supposed to be very cheesy, but it was not. I asked for a side of queso blanco. What they brought was maybe a half serving. I mentioned to the waitress at that time that the dish was not cheesy and the side had barely helped. She convinced me to get more of the original sauce that came with the dish instead of more queso blanco. While the serving she brought me this time was not small, it still just didn't really have that creamy texture I had imagined.
The waitress was nice and asked if that made it better. Since we were pretty much finished and putting the food into boxes, I just let it go.
If I order that dish again, I will make sure to be more specific about how I want it

Surprisingly, they don't have much to offer vegetarians. So...I ordered some things off the kids menu. Their grilled cheeses are great! The meat dishes looked good too - just aren't my thing.

Had a lovely time here as a lone diner - walked down from the Econo Lodge and couldn't have been happier with the speedy and attentive service from Anna and the delicious food. Nick was kind enough to stop and explain to this clueless Brit how to deal with the check! Great experience overall.

Came for late night happy hour. Chicken tacos off the late night menu we're REALLY good. Good service, fast, great prices. I would definitely return. Did I mention half price apps and drinks after 9?

I just had to leave having breakfast with my kids to go back to ask for the staff at your location to give me the rancher sandwich and jalapeño bagel I had paid for. I was asked by the girl that was at the register if I had a receipt which I did not because I threw it away when I was getting my coffee. She then asked me for my name so she could look up the order. She got me what I ordered but didn’t received but as she handed it to me she just “next time we are going to need a receipt to do that”. I looked at her for a second and choose to walk away. I was pretty furious because first, there was no apology for the lack of service. Second, there shouldn’t be a next time! This was not my error, this was your staffs error! Ugh I’m pretty disappointed and am now happy to go out of my way to a further location to pick up my bagels every Saturday morning.

I go here about twice to four times a week. Everyone here is super friendly and loves to joke around after getting to know me. Near a lot of hotels so you get a mix of people coming in and out. Want to just escape and have a coffee this is a cool place

This place is clean and have very good bagels. They carry Caribou Coffee which is a very good coffee also. The employees at the different stores I've gone to have all been very friendly.

I've been coming here for years with family and friends, but no more. But let's put aside the slow service, crappy coffee, the overpriced, cold food, the untrained staff and their constant mistakes with orders. Let's put aside the fact that they won't accept Caribou coupons because they're Einstein's, but won't accept Einstein's coupons because they're Caribou. (So, which is it?) Instead, let's talk about the upper management. The short blond woman (Barbara?) is a grumpy, manipulative bully to her team members and the customers. She has no business working in customer service. I would come back if this woman was fired, which is exactly what she deserves.

First time in a newly remodeled combined Carabou Coffee/Einstein Bagels. The bagel side of the business has not changed much, except for condensing the area. The coffee offerings have expanded, but for a simple drip coffee drinker like me, I preferred the self serve coffee dispensers, rather than having to break into line to ask for a refill.
