The windows don't have good shades. It was bright in my room at night with the thin curtain. Otherwise good stay.

Great all around hotel. Perfect location, large clean rooms, great staff.

Although the staff struggled to find our reservations, they got it figured out and had us wait five hours until the 4pm check-in. That made our travel day feel quite long. Once we were in our rooms, we found them to be comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. This was our second visit, and we will be back. The area is safe with lots of shops, cafes, and nice restaurants. It’s very walkable, and the people are friendly.

We stayed for Christmas and they had a lot of really fun activities. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

Loved the water bottle and tea at each floor, that’s a really nice touch.
Hair dryer was top notch T3 and super comfy bed

The front desk person at check in didn't make me feel welcome and actually treated me like I was homeless or some sort of criminal.
Kind of upsetting when I'm paying $400+/night for a room.
The restaurant connected to the hotel is not part of the hotel so you can't use your food/drink credit there.
The neighborhood felt like being in an office park. Not a lot of character.
Room was nice.

Excellent location and so much variety of shops, dining for families. Also reasonably quiet. Would stay here again in heartbeat.

Amazing stay at the Halycon for a night of fun in Cherry Creek! Parking, of course, was over what we wanted to pay. Staff was nice enough, they did not mention our perk at Check In and I had to remind them to apply it at Check Out.
They had an amazing rooftop heated pool. However, the pool was warmer then the hot tubs.
We highly recommend having dinner at the Saltwater Social (at corner outside of hotel). Also, if you are looking for a nice place for a night cap with a great atmosphere head over to the Forget Me Not (about a block away).
We did order room service breakfast and it was awesome, you may even want to split something, it was very large portions. We definitely recommend the cinnamon roll that was the size of my head. Soooo YUMMY!
