Stay here ONLY if you have no other option. Choice Hotel member and very disappointing. This place is deceiving as the lobby is inviting and looks well kept, but it's NOT. Elevator had food on the floor and the buttons were sticky. Gross! Room keys inconsistently work as the door(s) scanners are cracked and beat up. The carpets on the stairs/hallways are gross and dirty and need to be replaced. Our room had two full size beds and I asked to have queens, but front desk stated "ONLY full size beds or king, and no roll-aways". I guess I missed the fine print. I asked for an extra blanket and when it was brought up the staffer tossed it to me with a snarky comment, spun on her heels, and walked away. We had a maintenance issue and I repeatedly called the desk, but no one answered. This went on for an hour. Finally resolved at nine p.m. I stay at Choice Hotels pretty often, but nothing ever like this place. Won't be back.

This place is horrible!!! I found yellow stains on my "clean" sheets. The towels were so rough. The breakfast was cold and stale, few options. The pool was super tiny and dirty I refused to go in. The hallways were so dark and dim poor lighting which made for a sad looking hotel. It's in the middle of no where. Upon checking in my first half hour the the smoke alarm went off in my room and a few other rooms when we called the front desk to come up they took a while before they came to attempt to turn it off. And then they left leaving me with no answers and a annoying alarm going off. Eventually my boyfriend was able to fan it off smh. They never came back to check on the status or asked us anything. The next day we left and I forgot my sweater upon going back my key did not work they cleaning lady laughed and said it was broken and has been for a while. After much back and forth of exchanging keys they realized we were locked out and moved us to a different room while we were gone. When we got back we noticed they moved our belongings for us which was weird because I felt like they snooped through our stuff. The last day they hit us with a 750 bill claiming we smoked every night in the hotel room which was a bogus lie. First they claimed they had pictures of lighters in our room which made me feel so horrible because one it was a lie and two they went around our room taking pics of our stuff what kind of invasion of privacy is that???? I had moments were I thought I placed t Hi vs one place and it wasn't I thought I was going nuts but apparently they were going through my stuff big problem!!! Then they say the manager saw me in my room smoking....does that even make sense like what???? So many different lies and stories they gave me as to why they charged me that. They claim they took the charges off yet it's almost three weeks later and they are still present. When I spoke to general manager Marilyn Rojas she was so rude and dismissive even hung up on me and ignored my calls after I told her "do you think I would blandly smoke right in front of the manager in my room does that even make sense?" So I'm still fighting this....They also tried to charge my friend in the next room however that was settled. Don't trust these people very sneaky. The pictures are close to what it may look like but upon closer look it's poor quality hotel. Good for a weekend stay at most!!! But no safes which thinking of it now they should have to wondering they snoop apparently. Smh!!!! This is a bad reputation for a hotel to have not trustworthy at all!!!

Horrible. They double charged my wife and I for a four night stay. There was no excuse as to why they did that but ensured us that we need to call back at another time or tomorrow when the manager gets in. Front desk was extremely rude even after we put the bank on the phone to inform them that those double charges reflected on the account. We called corporate but they informed us they can't do anything about it. Wow!!! My wife is an active duty soldier and myself a 100% disabled veteran and I will say first hand this place is horrible. They really need a upgrade in customer service asap

We are here a couple weeks ago and we have a family emergency. We tried to get our room refunded for the second night and they wont. There is no manager on duty. The hot tub jets don't work and the water was cloudy. The pool area was steamy and hot no ventilation. The pool area light was a construction lamp. The daytime front desk lady was not helpful at all. On the good side the rooms were great and clean. Hallways were kept clean and smelled fresh. Definitely will not stay here again.
