We really enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel. The food cleanliness and the staff are all Top Notch
Everything was amazing and the amenity in the room to celebrate my husbands birthday was above and beyond, ThankYou!
Second time here, remains a nice hotel, comfortable, good service and clean. Brkfst is good but wish we knew the renovations were taking place, wish that was somehow always posted in the ********** app. We will stay again in future.
The room was not made up when we arrived. The dirty linens were on the floor and the clean sheets were not on the bed.
Alyssa is the kind of professional who quietly sets the standard and makes everyone around her better. From the very first interaction, it was clear she approaches her role with intention, pride, and a deep understanding of what true hospitality looks like. Nothing felt rushed, transactional, or scripted. Every touchpoint was thoughtful, calm, and handled with care. What stood out most was her consistency...
We were in a newly remodeled room. It was cute, with comfortable beds and a nice Mountain View. Friendly staff and lots of good amenities. We parked nearby at SP+ Parking (15th and Tremont) for $7 instead of the $55 at the hotel.

The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. They gave me a 19th floor room. The crows outside this location were the most exquisite fabulous experience I think i've ever had at a hotel. I felt that you all should make use of the experience and build them some shelter and accommodate them more luxuriously , so they're a well taken care of part. The amount of bird s*** all over the ground doesn't...
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean.  There needs to be a lounge to relax and socialize, otherwise great stay
A bit of an embarrassment for the Hilton brand. Not sure if it's just this specific hotel, Denver, or all Hilton hotels in the US. - “Breakfast included" is misleading. It's a $25 coupon that does towards your restaurant bill. It’s expensive so no matter what you order, you'll be over $25 and you'll still be charged to your room. Food is average too. Not a buffet. Restaurant staff just automatically...

Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

Short stay. The bed is very comfy. The room is clean.
Room is quite clean and staff are friendly. Great location.
Excellent hotel, well situated for all the sights. Buy parking separately nearby!
The room was big and nice, but the shower curtain smelled and the drilling noise was heard at 6:30 in the morning and again at 9:30 at night. It didn't seem to be construction at the hotel, but nearby construction.
Facilities: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Delivery is fast and service attitude is good
The hotel is located in downtown Denver, with a good location and large rooms. There are no obvious disadvantages. Except for the parking fee of $50, which is a bit expensive, everything else is good.

The room felt new, extremely clean and spacious. Front desk staff was genuinely nice and relaxed but the whole feel felt luxurious.
Good except very loud early alarm next door and breakfast took 40 min to get food both mornings.
Didn’t have my room ready until 4:30 pm and room was next to fitness center shock had a noisy door.
From arrival to check out the staff were incredible. The room was perfect, comfortable beds and bedding. The property is located in the heart of all the best areas downtown. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping and sightseeing areas.
Stay was great. Had no hot water to take a shower on last day due to maintenance on the floor.
I have been pre-checked in 2 hour before actual check in time and waited for more than 3 hours due to unexpected large group. Staffs were nice but unprofessional

This was a PERFECT place to stay for our symphony experience. We were able to just walk over. Bonus amenities included - or charged with the $25 location fee. $45 overnight parking feels steep but again- whatever. We loved how easy it was to get around and all the staff we interacted with were great. Issue: I went to request early checkout and instead she checked us out. Was annoyed at that. Messed...
The room and hotel were lovely. However, the morning of check out around 8 a.m. I heard a knock at the door. I was asleep and didn't answer. 30 seconds later house keeping came right into my room. I was very angry. The hotel staff comped my breakfast, but did not take any money off my stay. My privacy was invaded and I felt really uncomfortable. Check out time was 11 a.m., housekeeping should not have...
Always a fun stay at the Curtis, can't beat the location if you have tickets to the DCPA.
Our entire stay was wonderful. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. It was quiet and felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The Curtis is across the street from the Denver Center of the Performing Arts which made our travel to the theater so easy!
Overall our stay was good - staff was friendly and helpful, location was perfect. For some reason we never had our room cleaned in three nights. Overnight I put the tag on the door so we wouldn’t be woken up so early for room cleaning, but then we were never in our room during the day and nobody ever came to do it. And then, unfortunately, the elevator situation was terrible. I have never waited 2...
Staff was very helpful in resolving any issue or sharing information. We used our breakfast credit at the Starbucks, which was very convenient. We primarily came for an event at the Colorado Convention Center, so the walk being ~5 mins was super convenient. It is also very close to lots of shops and food options. The only issue is that it isn’t the cleanest. One of our pillows was dirty, and honestly...

I love this hotel I'm from Colorado and I started staying there 15 years ago and every time I go back home I try to stay here at least once or twice before leaving again. It's a great hotel staff is great the location is great and the rooms are very comfy.
Cute building, clean, friendly staff, easy check in, and conveniently located for downtown activities. I’ll definitely stay again.
The vibe and staff of the hotel and connected restaurant were great. However, for the price and star rating, I expected more. In the king room I had, the living room curtain was coming out of the wall, the bedroom was missing a curtain, no base boards in the kitchenette (could only see white glue) and the bathroom sink was very scratched. Bummer.
Nice, comfortable beds. Service was above par at front desk. I loved the restaurant and bar with great drinks and wine . Small and boutique-like with friendly bar tender. Food was good. Great wine list.
Check-in staff are always so kind and helpful. We always appreciate their time when needing help with rides or places to eat!

The hotel is in a very good location near Cherry Creek with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Amenities like the pool and gym are decent. A reasonable option for short stays if priced well, but not ideal for a luxury experience.
Room is decent, 2 x Queen Beds, reasonably spacious & clean, bathroom basics are provided. Staff at front desk was helpful with queries. Location is good, Target, Starbucks across the road. Near to restaurants and eateries. The small park across the junction is great for morning runs/ walks. Though i have no issues parking my 4WD, I have to agree that the lots in the parking garage are strangely smaller...
Good value for money, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's clean and tidy, nothing fancy but gets the job done.

Very kind staff. Though rooms are nice, there is no privacy for the bathroom in the two bedroom we booked. Only the toilet had a door but the shower and sink were open and only slightly covered from the beds. Keep in mind when sharing a room
Decent room, check in was way earlier than stated so very happy about that. Friendly staff!
Amazing service, great customer service and excellent breakfast. The room was great, comfortable and cleaned every single day besides the view was wonderful. I’m definitely recommend this hotel if you want know Denver downtown, the location is perfect, you can walk and see the Main Street and the principal attractions. My only issue is the parking, I think is expensive.
Hotel was good but unpleasantly surprised to be actually charged for early check in for the first time in my life… obviously there were many rooms available and it would have been a nice customer service to not charge for early check in,
We were there for new years celebration. We were obviously the oldest ! People there. it was great to see so many young people. The dinner at Corinne’s was awesome The room was spare. The towels were disappointing-small and worn. No make up mirror. Not exactly a stay that was particularly special. Not sure the value was there but it wasn’t a disaster. Mediocre but ok. The hotel is very clean, the staff are super polite and the rooms are generously sized. You get free water, soft drinks and coffee at all times of the day by visiting the mezzanine on floor two, which saved some money on buying more water for the room (you get two bottles put in your room each day also) The location is fantastic, with most downtown venues only a short walk away. Great location, excellent service, free water in the room, comfortable bed and pillows, great shower, and a coffee shop inside.

I personally have a very good impression of Renaissance, and I feel that Renaissance is one of the best hotels of the same level. This Renaissance Hotel was converted from the Bank of Colorado, and it is very classical and magnificent. Many classical hotels have more or less some problems, such as old rooms, damaged equipment, chaotic management, etc., but this Renaissance has no such problems at...
It is a normal business style hotel. Friendly staff. If you drive, expect to pay for parking, and the valet staff are possibly the friendliest I've ever seen. They will take care of you and your car.

We love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.
Beautiful historic building in the heart of Denver. We enjoyed the interior design, and the property tour which highlighted the history. Breakfast at the hotel was good as was the service. Fabulous western historic museum is across the street and a great Mexican food restaurant
I have always heard about The Brown Palace and what a special historical hotel that it is. We attended a tea party for my Aunt and stayed the night. I would rate our overall experience marginal. Service was slow, room was in need of an update, many items were worn. There are some really special historic architectural aspects of the hotel. But for the price and ratings I was under impressed and hope...
Shower fawcet was hanging from wall and not able to showere, so they swap us from original room and it was Xmas Eve and my wife accepted but it was very inconvenient on that night. We only stayed one night. Eventhough I would recommend for the beaty and histroy of hotel.. their dealing with this inconveninece was terrible and they fitted us in a smaller room and no bathtub
The Brown Palace is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. It has so much rich history and character
Room hot, no way to adjust the temp. Bathroom had an awkward big step up into it with an accordion door. That step is an accident waiting to happen. We had to keep the light on so we wouldn't trip in the middle of the night. Sink handles did not shut off normally. Had to find the right position (both hot and cold handles) to get the water off. Tub stopper had to be opened manually. Bed not very comfy...

Staff was very friendly. Hotel located in a great location with many options for dining. Free bottles of water at the desk helped out tremendously. The restaurant in the hotel was nice. Really enjoyed my time.
We stayed at the Warwick in Denver for 4 nights in a king suite room. Our room was an affordable upgrade and was a perfect fit for us. We loved the extra space and the large balcony. Clean room, friendly staff, great location. The property is a bit “old looking” but for the price I paid it is an excellent value.
There were some issues while we were here. Mainly the elevator was out so you have to walk through a maintenance area to service elevator. It was inconvenient and an ugly area as it is for staff. We also were not told about fee for parking. It probably would have been cheaper to use valet than self park.
We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the wonderful extras — from tennis balls and treats for the dogs to a wine and amaro tasting for me and my partner. This hotel is awesome.
This was my very first time here at Kimpton Monaco and in Denver ,CO!! The staff was great and they had top tier service. Their wine and chat event was amazing including the wine choices. My favorite part was being able to walk anywhere and everywhere I needed too!!

If we were staying in a VIP Access Hotel, we didn’t know it or receive any benefits. I would have thought for the price we paid we would have had at least some VIP benefit! The bed was too soft and the pillows were way to hard which lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep.
Beautiful and chic hotel with funky modern touches. Such a fun place to stay with everything right inside, great food court, coffee shop, and unique shopping. Extremely friendly staff and excellent service.
