Went to Denver to see a playoff game, and this hotel was great! Great downtown location, felt safe, nice area, and had zero problems. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean and had no problems. We didn't use parking since we used Ubers but I believe there was a parking garage. Breakfast was not included, and it took a while to get served at the hotel restaurant...

Overall good experience but there wasn't any coffee anywhere! None in the rooms, none in the lobby, and the coffee shop was closed every day we stayed. And the man who checked us in seemed irked to be there and didn't give me the usual spiel/general information or inform me about the price of parking. I was prepared to pay for parking but the information would be neat to have up-front.

It was a surprise that the parking was not covered and we were told $25 would be charged when we checked in. But we were charged $42, we don't know for what

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was suppose to be included and it was not. The amenities showed a pool but there was not a pool.

The room was very clean. The lady at the front desk and her sister and niece were all so sweet I wish I could remember her name. We chatted for a few mins. The room was very nice and if I looked out the left of the window I could see almost all of the mountains. I'm staying again in two weeks and I'm glad I chose this place. Also in walking distance of the train station and the target.

It was our first time staying. We were going to the Parade of Lights. Check in was fast and it was easy to park our car. Great location to all the places we wanted to go. We would stay again.

Very helpful staff, great amenities, clean room, nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Conveniently located downtown. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, I was able to check in at 10am and check out late for free as a free Hyatt rewards member. Highly recommend. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean .. basic. Good for the price. Not noisy. Good location for our events. There is no complimentary breakfast. Please add that to your description. Breakfast is available for a fee.

the hotel is a bit run down but the rooms was nice and big, Pergo flooring which is way preferred over carpet, comfy king bed….other reviews are true, you get what you pay for…..but great hotel for the price when you factor in you’re 2 miles away from downtown Denver and all the attractions, at a price under $100.

I stayed in this property twice, both of which the price included breakfast. They fulfilled this first one (time) in September, but not the second one (time) in November of this year. On the second time, breakfast was for sale. Inconsistent with their aadvert.

The location of the hotel is quite good. Although it’s not in the city center, it’s very convenient to get around, and the price was reasonable during the exhibition period. Straight forward good level business hotel not far from the nice area of Cherry Creek. Their beds are very comfortable.

The room is quite big. The side facing the street has great autumn scenery. There are corners around and there are convenient places to eat and supermarket.

Comfy- GREAT SPOT - lots to do there and within walking distance- Train to ski resort walkable- mini- golf walkable- breakfast, lunch, dinner , bars- walkable. Choose your fun- great location and great spot to base it from.

Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was really quick! And didn't reel like a process checking in like it does in other hotels! I asked for a fan to be brought to the room and it came so quickly, excellent service. The only thing that I didn't like which probably can't be fixed is it was really dry in the room. Otherwise happy with our stay!

Room was ready early. Everything was great. Clean. Comfortable. Nice bar area with a complimentary beer or wine during happy hour. Lovely guitar player from 5:30-7:30. And the hotel is right across the street from Union Station. So convenient!

We can not say enough great things about Hotel Indigo-Union Station Denver. It was so clean, conveniently located to train station, so many dining options and extremely walkable to everything downtown. The staff went above and beyond-greeting us when each time we came in the door, texting us to see if we needed anything, assisted us in late check out and were gracious to us every day.

Clean room, cool vibe, great location and great food. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. No coffee in the room, you have to go down to the lobby but that’s just my personal preference.

I’ve stayed in this Hotel a few times, love the atmosphere, location and staff. However, this time, I didn’t choose the Mountain View rooms. My room had view on the back alley with direct bedroom view of another hotel. I had to keep my curtains closed. During the weekdays, the garbage pickup happens from. 5:30 to 6:30 am, too loud too sleep though it. Not sure I’ll stay there again

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. The shuttle requires 48 hour notice and was not explained before arrival. The parking garage is quite a distance from the hotel. A coffee pot in the room would be beneficial. Breakfast should be explained that it was not included.

Incredible staff, super clean rooms. It’s a very cute hotel. Very close to everything in walking distance in the RiNo neighborhood. It’s only a couple bucks from the 38th and Blake train station which is great if you’re coming from the airport. My two favorite things about this hotel is that the blackout curtain was true blackout. No light leaked in. The other thing was the super comfy bed. I was asleep...

The room was clean and the staff was very great. The rooms however are set up very weird. The TV was hanging on the wall on the side of the bed and they had one small chair in the corner so in order to watch TV you have to all sit on the side of the bed with one of you in the chair. There was an office space that was behind the bed that was a very long desk and wasted space unless someone needed to...

Everything was perfect but the low water pressure for the showers was a huge comfort loss. Especially in this time of the year where the room is cold. Staff was nice, snacks and beverages were good. No complaints otherwise.

Too expensive for what you get, I get you're in the Rino district but you are a best western as well. All rooms should have at bare minimum a refrigerator and microwave, also ridiculous to charge for what is generally given as a courtesy for early check in late check out and no breakfast. Doubt I would stay here again, only if there were no other options.

Paying for daily parking when you’re in the middle of nowhere seems like just a cash grab.

Lovely big clean rooms to accommodate up to 6ppl. Area was nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok. I’m use to the pancake or waffle maker machine being available at continental breakfast but it’s ok. The nice rooms make up for that. The only thing I didn’t like is the parking fee of $15 per day.

This hotel us awesome, it's modern, very quiet, I think it has something to do with the unusual layout. I'll be back. The breakfast was great too. The bed us a fluffy cloud of ahhhhhh.... I laid down to nap for an hour at 7pm, woke up with my alarm at 6am! Get here as fast as you can! And Danielle at the front desk is very very helpful and sweeter than pie! Plus.... there's a ton of truck/bus parking...

The view from the room was lack luster, an empty pool, with equipment laying about. But the room was amazing, very comfortable bed, wonderful shower. Breakfast was good. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to visit.

The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate any reasonable needs. The property and interior of the hotel was very clean and modern looking. I had a 2 queen bed room, and was happy to see it had a pretty large refrigerator and microwave in the room. I prefer soft beds over firm, and these were extremely soft. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Beds are comfortable, I'd bring my own blanket next time... People are definitely accommodating and friendly. 420 friendly. Biggest plus is; they shuttle you to and from downtown! Breakfast is good. Would stay again.

Rooms are clean and well taken care of. TV is nice and easy to operate and has hdmi if you watch movies or play video games. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Linens are fresh and rooms are quiet. This hotel is a hidden gem located just north of downtown and it is very inexpensive. Lawrence was the best! He helped me get my room changed and found me the best deal possible. Highly recommended

We love the Rally. Great location near Union Station. Easy walk to a wide variety of restaurants and venues. Friendly staff who sincerely want you to enjoy stay.

The room and some of the items was dusty, not to mentation the coffee maker had mold in it.However we did receive a new one right away.

Everything from the lobby, the view from our room, to the hotel bar was fantastic. I will definitely be returning to the Rally at McGregor. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. It met the needs of the eight members of our family trip. We all loved everything about it.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Hotel location is not ideal due to homeless shelter next door with a large amount of transient people walking all over. Hotel had security, and I never felt unsafe, however it is not ideal.

The location was not the best. Nothing walking distance plus you wouldn’t want to go walking as there are numerous unhomed around the area.

This hotel is much like a US Embassy in a third-world country but instead of armed Marine you have an unarmed security guard in a yellow shirt. The guard does patrol and there were no meth-heads on the property. No issues with security. Car was fine. $150 less than downtown hotels. Overall: great, but you have to get over the Escape from New York vibe as you drive in.

Great location, at a walking distance from various food options. The heater wasn’t working and we were given another room. Giving it 4 stars since there was hair in the shower. Also we weren’t warned that it was paid parking so I had a ticket on my windshield in the morning. Overall it was a good experience.

It's a bit outdated but all I needed was a clean room, comfortable bed and location. This place has great staff they will accommodate your needs the best they can. Was in town to catch a Nuggets game. This hotel was perfectly situated, right next to 16th Street Mall. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Gianni at the front desk was exceptionally warm and made us feel really welcome.

It was indeed a great place to stay when in Denver. Easy to navigate and locate. With nearby public parking and vallet. Not that new but since we are always out, its a great place to sleep. Our room was very nice and large. We only stayed one night but the kitchen would have been helpful if we stayed longer. Breakfast was quite disappointing but it seems that most hotels are struggling in this area. The staff were very friendly and this hotel was much nicer than others we've stayed in on Tower Road.

The room was spotless, and the staff were always available and willing to assist. On our first night, Enrique and Christopher went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of protein, bread, and fresh fruit, more than I expected. Makala and Ana did an extraordinary job receiving us and making sure we were ok.

Breakfast food was okay but an absolute nightmare every morning. Took for ever to refill food and it was incredibly crowded. Otherwise the rooms are good size and comfortable for the price. Great gym, pool and spa but it’s shared with the hotel connected.

We stayed here on two separate occasions for local events (wedding / charity event). It offers great value with reasonable rates and nice rooms / staff. The Denver Tech location was convenient and safe for us for both events.

Our stay was awesome!! Our room was clean and even smelled good. The bed was nice and firm. We did not wake up with aches or pains. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Loved the breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly. We did not use the pool, but the pool area appeared clean. I will happily stay here again. I payed to use the parking garage and will do that the next time as well, it was a $45 fee

The views of downtown Denver, Elitches and the holiday drone show were unmatched. Even the breakfast room and lobby had lovely views. So convenient to downtown and the Highlands neighborhood for dining and drinks. Will definitely choose this location again.
