We were in a newly remodeled room. It was cute, with comfortable beds and a nice Mountain View. Friendly staff and lots of good amenities. We parked nearby at SP+ Parking (15th and Tremont) for $7 instead of the $55 at the hotel.

Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

The room was big and nice, but the shower curtain smelled and the drilling noise was heard at 6:30 in the morning and again at 9:30 at night. It didn't seem to be construction at the hotel, but nearby construction.

The hotel is located in downtown Denver, with a good location and large rooms. There are no obvious disadvantages. Except for the parking fee of $50, which is a bit expensive, everything else is good.

The room felt new, extremely clean and spacious. Front desk staff was genuinely nice and relaxed but the whole feel felt luxurious.

Our entire stay was wonderful. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained. It was quiet and felt very safe. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the calm atmosphere. The Curtis is across the street from the Denver Center of the Performing Arts which made our travel to the theater so easy!

I love this hotel I'm from Colorado and I started staying there 15 years ago and every time I go back home I try to stay here at least once or twice before leaving again. It's a great hotel staff is great the location is great and the rooms are very comfy.

The vibe and staff of the hotel and connected restaurant were great. However, for the price and star rating, I expected more. In the king room I had, the living room curtain was coming out of the wall, the bedroom was missing a curtain, no base boards in the kitchenette (could only see white glue) and the bathroom sink was very scratched. Bummer.

Very nice hotel in downtown Denver with a nice outdoor pool, although high buildings mean that the pool is in shade for some of the day. Good but very expensive breakfasts. Likewise, very nice bar and restaurant (the dry aged tuna steak was amazing!)

The hotel is in a very good location near Cherry Creek with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Amenities like the pool and gym are decent. A reasonable option for short stays if priced well, but not ideal for a luxury experience.

Room is decent, 2 x Queen Beds, reasonably spacious & clean, bathroom basics are provided. Staff at front desk was helpful with queries. Location is good, Target, Starbucks across the road. Near to restaurants and eateries. The small park across the junction is great for morning runs/ walks. Though i have no issues parking my 4WD, I have to agree that the lots in the parking garage are strangely smaller...

Amazing service, great customer service and excellent breakfast. The room was great, comfortable and cleaned every single day besides the view was wonderful. I’m definitely recommend this hotel if you want know Denver downtown, the location is perfect, you can walk and see the Main Street and the principal attractions. My only issue is the parking, I think is expensive.

Overall it is a good place. The parking without valet was also convenient, and it is easy to access most of the places downtown. However they would be more through during room service, and be a little more responsive to the gym maintenance

It is a normal business style hotel. Friendly staff. If you drive, expect to pay for parking, and the valet staff are possibly the friendliest I've ever seen. They will take care of you and your car.

Went to Denver to see a playoff game, and this hotel was great! Great downtown location, felt safe, nice area, and had zero problems. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were very friendly. Overall good experience but there wasn't any coffee anywhere! None in the rooms, none in the lobby, and the coffee shop was closed every day we stayed. And the man who checked us in seemed irked to be there and didn't give me the usual spiel/general information or inform me about the price of parking. I was prepared to pay for parking but the information would be neat to have up-front.

The room was very clean. The lady at the front desk and her sister and niece were all so sweet I wish I could remember her name. We chatted for a few mins. The room was very nice and if I looked out the left of the window I could see almost all of the mountains. I'm staying again in two weeks and I'm glad I chose this place. Also in walking distance of the train station and the target.

We love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.

Shower fawcet was hanging from wall and not able to showere, so they swap us from original room and it was Xmas Eve and my wife accepted but it was very inconvenient on that night. We only stayed one night. Eventhough I would recommend for the beaty and histroy of hotel.. their dealing with this inconveninece was terrible and they fitted us in a smaller room and no bathtub

Room hot, no way to adjust the temp. Bathroom had an awkward big step up into it with an accordion door. That step is an accident waiting to happen. We had to keep the light on so we wouldn't trip in the middle of the night. Sink handles did not shut off normally. Had to find the right position (both hot and cold handles) to get the water off. Tub stopper had to be opened manually. Bed not very comfy...

Very helpful staff, great amenities, clean room, nice toiletries. Bed was comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Conveniently located downtown. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, I was able to check in at 10am and check out late for free as a free Hyatt rewards member. Highly recommend. Good breakfast and bar too, they even have a basic Starbucks drink menu.

Staff was courteous however, the restaurant and bar closed early. The pillows were to small and the mattress to firm. Other Ritz properties have different bedding.

We broke up our family vacation on the way to the mountains in order to stay at our favorite Ritz Carlton! Just a dab of luxury in the midst of down-home family time puts a skip in our step and eases tensions and stress.

Room was not ready on time. They did upgrade us but the room’s bathroom was so dark we could not see. They then brought in a floor lamp for the bathroom. Someone signed for our Amazon package delivered to front desk but they couldn’t find it and never offered to reimburse us.

Service was very kind and nice There was mold in the bathroom shower, large tear in the rug and the furniture needs updating. Room service was average but everyone from front desk, valet and bell person was very good.

We had a great 4 night stay over Thanksgiving. The hotel looks brand new and everything is nice and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is excellent, in the heart of cherry creek with plenty of dining and shopping right outside the door. You’re only a 15 minute ride away from downtown as well.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at The Jacquard. Our experience has been excellent each time. The location of the property can't be beat and the hotel and it's staff is first class.

Clean room, friendly staff, great location. The property is a bit “old looking” but for the price I paid it is an excellent value.

There were some issues while we were here. Mainly the elevator was out so you have to walk through a maintenance area to service elevator. It was inconvenient and an ugly area as it is for staff. We also were not told about fee for parking. It probably would have been cheaper to use valet than self park.

We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the wonderful extras — from tennis balls and treats for the dogs to a wine and amaro tasting for me and my partner. This hotel is awesome.

This was my very first time here at Kimpton Monaco and in Denver ,CO!! The staff was great and they had top tier service. Their wine and chat event was amazing including the wine choices. My favorite part was being able to walk anywhere and everywhere I needed too!!

If we were staying in a VIP Access Hotel, we didn’t know it or receive any benefits. I would have thought for the price we paid we would have had at least some VIP benefit! The bed was too soft and the pillows were way to hard which lead to an uncomfortable nights sleep.
