Came here on New Year’s. I was not expecting to be able to get a room. I was pleasantly surprised and so well taken care of. We were given an upgrade for free, which was absolutely amazing. We had one of the suites on the fourth floor. Thanks to the generous girl at the front desk. She made our stay even more amazing thank you so much and we will be back. The area is well known for its beauty and definitely walkable anywhere, although they did offer a shuttle service.

We absolutely loved this hotel, we booked last minute the staff was ready and helpful the moment we got there very thorough and friendly the room was beautiful, clean and spacious the bathroom as well and the balcony overlooking the town, not to mention the jacuzzi! The place is great 10 out of 10 i absolutely recommend.

Gorgeous cozy hotel next to the slopes!! Fast and easy check-in process. Friendly and helpful staff. Very welcoming of pets!

The hotel is nice, but it needs some updating its getting worn out. One of the hot tubs were not working when we were there. The restaurant only had 1 thing on the menu for vegetarians. We had a nice balcony we could go out and sit on. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were amazing. Walking distance to downtown.

The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom fan/heater was a great added touch. The thermostat was easy to control. I would recommend staying here!

Great hotel. Room recently upgraded, very clean and nice. Great location. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was nice and helpful.

The common areas and the restaurant aregreat but the rooms are aged and dingy. It was off season so very few choices in Telluride. People there are nice.

Everything was great, friendly staff and spotless room. The cookies at checkin were great and the bed linens were so comfortable.

Everything is delicious. The drinks are spectacular with martini glasses filled to the rim. Favorite dish: Kobe Beef salad.

Great service! Unique atmosphere! The cocktails were great and we really enjoyed their small bites. Not a big place but worth the wait or call ahead.

If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. Came here 4 or 5 years ago and had a terrible experience--the owner boasted his bad ass New York/east coast experience, served us a martini and less than 10 minutes later shut down the bar and demanded everyone leave. Who slams an martini?
Decided enough time had gone by, wanted to give it another try as the place has good reviews otherwise, even by locals. Disappointed again!!!
We stood at the bar for over 5 minutes attempting to order a drink and were never addressed, no staff member (bartender or server) even acknowledged our presence that we were finally so fed up, we ended up walking out.
