We absolutely loved this hotel, we booked last minute the staff was ready and helpful the moment we got there very thorough and friendly the room was beautiful, clean and spacious the bathroom as well and the balcony overlooking the town, not to mention the jacuzzi! The place is great 10 out of 10 i absolutely recommend.

The hotel is nice, but it needs some updating its getting worn out. One of the hot tubs were not working when we were there. The restaurant only had 1 thing on the menu for vegetarians. We had a nice balcony we could go out and sit on. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were amazing. Walking distance to downtown.

The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom fan/heater was a great added touch. The thermostat was easy to control. I would recommend staying here! We did not use the fitness facilities but it had everything you might want.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful room, incredible views, friendly staff. The only issue we had was there was no restaurant and the snack bars food and coffee were sib par. Other then that, we had a fabulous time.

My overall experience was very good. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious, and the views are spectacular.

Valet parking only. It created a problem, as cars are parked too tight. Later found out there is a self park lot nearby. Which no one tells you about.

Not worth the price The staff is not very helpful, knowledgeable or kind. Did not feel welcome or that they appreciated my business. The room is nice, good sized, clean and comfortable. Location good for mountain village, nice views.

Love this place I didn’t want to leave The Peaks. It was great from beginning to end. The pools and hot tub were key. The views are unbeatable. And it was set apart enough to be conveniently located to everything without being right in the activity.

Great accommodations. Awesome restaurant. Excellent staff. BUT don't expect housekeeping to loofa your back. They won't and get really annoyed when you repeatedly ask. So everything was amazing except I wasn't exfoliated for a week.

Chef Jason is phenomenal. He took care of our daughter and her allergies in such a kind and thoughtful way… and the food was awesome!

We had the best five day staying at Lumiere. The service was impeccable. The room and the Residences are wonderful. The staff were so helpful the boys from black-tie could bend over backwards to do anything for you in the Ski VALET. The breakfast service was fantastic and the selection was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

For us, this was a rare foray into high-end luxury stays. Sometimes that can be intimidating for newcomers to the sphere. We've definitely felt that discomfort elsewhere, even here in Telluride. We were so pleased with the Hotel Columbia. The location could not be better, with all of Telluride walkable from the hotel, the main drag two short blocks away, and the wonderful, free gondola just across the street, as is the river path. Just spent the weekend in Telluride, and was very happy with the Hotel Columbia experience. The room was larger than I had expected, and the location was central to everything we wanted to experience. The bonus was a small balcony that helped us perfectly celebrate our engagement. Very happy with our hotel selection.

Office staff were upbeat and friendly. I requested an iron and board and they got it to me right away. Parking was a little tricky to get to, but they explained it perfectly and had a convenient map of telluride to help. This might be the best value in town. The location was great. Essentially ski in/ ski out as it's right across a parking lot from lift 7 and just a 7-minute walk to the gondola. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this is the same place I stayed with my late husband in 2017. Very convenient to town and the bus stop. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was supposed to be included but for some reason, parking spaces were overbooked so that was frustrating.
