The resort was very clean and well kept. The spa was EXCELLENT! The staff should take some cultural awareness classes and be more knowledgeable of the Term Cultural Diversity. My husband and I waited to get a laitte and was greeted by Kelly who put her fingers in my husband’s cup. I made her aware of it and she threw the cup away and proceeded to do twice more. We decided to leave. Another issue we encountered was to be seated in the back for the breakfast buffet. We ask if we could get closer seat and was told it was reserved but there were no reserved signs on the closer tables. We asked if we could check out early and get reimburse but we were told we couldn’t get our money back, The next day we get a call from Tammy stated she got a note that we were checking out. I told her since we were unable to get a refund we decided to stay. She asked me to confirm my confirmation number and I told her that if I paid and gave that information during my check in, why would I need to do it again. She then told me I didn’t need to. If the owner is reading this, please see to it that your staff gets training in customer service and take some tips from Marriott. My husband and I experienced a great deal of racial discrimination and should be refunded for having to endure blatant discrimination from the staff at the Wyndham Clearwater Beach Resort in Florida.

We were invited to a party weekend being Wyndham owners. Overall, tge experience was great. Clean rooms and we tried the food and it eas good. I should have given one star only because of the time share presentation. When you say no or what is it going to cost, they turn on the press. We just did a review in August and once they brought in the manager, it was pressure time. Every time we do one of these it’s always tje last people did your contract wrong . Give us more money and we can fix this for you! Finally just had to walk out because no wasn’t an answer!

I can't say enough about this place. Great service inside and out. The poolside bar had great drinks and even better coconut shrimp. I couldn't get enough. Rooms had a great view of the beach and Pier 60. Beyond clean. Shout out to our poolside server, Monica. She was a trooper and on point! Our family loved her SO much (honestly deserves a raise) and she went above and beyond the whole day we were there. I felt bad for her because of the in-water rated X show she had to work around, haha. We are already planning our next stay in a couple of months!

Amazing hotel perfect service and good atmosphere with a location perfect with a great view of the beach. All very nice and very near. The room is perfect, the lobby has a good look and the personnel are very attentive and nice. I recommend this place, perfect to relax and pass a vacation to who you need. Near the bar and grill, service to boat for take ride for the beach, night bar with music live, restaurants and mini bars, with very much movement until night. Also fast food and many places with light food near the Beach. streets from go to walking all times with beautiful views, locals store for buying merchandise and one mega store with all you find there.

We really like the resort. We wanted to come over long time ago but it was hard to find a good room. Looked like was very popular years ago. We just got told that 1 building is owners only. I like the idea cause I think it will be easier for us to book rooms that way. One thing I don't like is that is only one pool. Kids can't enjoy that much cause is a lot of adults enjoy themselves too. And is understanding. It will be better if they have something just for kids too.

Location is truly perfect. Walking distance to beach, resort has salinated pool, 5 minute walk to pier 60 and park. We stayed in the time share on the Club Wyndham side. Previously stayed at hotel which is nice but smaller than the 1-2 bedrooms in the time share resident side. Gave service a 4 star do to high pressured sales to buy more points or time share deed on top of what we own. I do not recommend to buy first offer they provide you if you're interested in purchasing. Definitely start with the intro Discovery package that is about 5k and let's you enjoy resorts for 2 years. Then look into a time share real estate site to buy from another owner who wants to sell. In the long run it is more affordable than traditional booked vacations. You can totally get more affordable options than the first package they give you, especially if you buy through a realtor from a prior owner who's wanting to get out of ownership. Beautiful resort overall.

Let me start by saying we have stayed at the Club Wyndham Clearwater Beach several times and enjoyed every stay. But this visit has been very disappointing. After we checked into a two bedroom unit, I noticed the living room carpet was drenched. Not damp, literally soaking wet. So I contacted the front desk and they sent engineering up right away. He checked the AC unit but couldn't find the source of the water. He decided to send someone up the next day with an air blower. But in the meantime, housekeeping dropped off extra towels so we could try and absorb most of the water. I explained we were six guests and one couple would be sleeping on the pull out sofa in the living room. Not knowing where the water was coming from, I was concerned water would continue to flood the unit. And there was definitely a mildew or moldy smell in the unit. So after he left I went down to the front desk and asked if they could move us to another unit. I was told no because engineering was taking care of it. Well, let me tell you after a long day of traveling, stomping on bath towels to dry out a water logged carpet is not my idea of a vacation. The engineer did call me back to let me know that he had found a maintenance report that stated our unit (#576) had been accidentally flooded by a repairman working on the AC unit three days prior. So let's recap. WYNDHAM knew the carpet was not just wet but flooded. They knew because they took the unit out of inventory for three days. No one thought to check if the carpet was dry before checking us in. It took 8 hours the next day to dry out the carpet with the blower. And Wyndham offered no compensation for the inconvenience. Tomorrow we check out. So what prompted me to write this review now. I called this morning and got a late check out for 11am instead of 10am. But after dinner, I stopped by the front desk after realizing tomorrow we set our clocks ahead and wanted to ask if we could check out at noon. The front desk person (didn't get his name) said he was rescinding all late check-outs. I was shocked and totally confused since I had called earlier. But he claimed he was in charge and had instructed his staff to decline all late check-out requests. Okay, I argued but someone did tell me I could check out at 11am. He said 10:30am, take it or leave it. You'd think management would take this opportunity to make things right with this simple request but obviously they really do not care about guest satisfaction.

Our second time at this location (it's hard to get a reservation in the timeshare owner side because it's so popular)....We absolutely LOVE the location. It's right in the middle of one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. We enjoyed the warm October weather (only 1 really hot day) - and had a beach-facing 2 bedroom unit with spectacular views. The beach was not crowded during the week - but filled up on Friday afternoon. The condo is huge - with the 2 bedrooms offset from each other for plenty of privacy, each with bathrooms. The kitchen is as well stocked with utensils and serving/cooking items as any home. Full sized fridge and oven/cooktop, microwave and coffee maker - all in great working order. The balcony had seating for 4 - and we enjoyed sitting outside at times. (Unfortunately, someone above us was smoking on their balcony - which is prohibited on this non-smoking campus/beach - but management did their best to intervene - just be aware -no smoking here ...who smokes in resorts any more anyway??) Also note: Clearwater Beach itself is a non-smoking beach as well. We did notice the furniture in the living room was showing it's wear and should be replaced soon! The resort is only 5 years old - but the couch and chair were really worn. (although the pull out couch did have a reasonably comfy mattress on it). The only other issue we had of note was that previous tenants had cooked fish and the unit smelled of old fish. Housekeeping did a super job trying to mitigate that - but the smell lingered faintly throughout our stay. I don't know how you fix that problem, though. I will say, staff were extremely kind and tried to help us with any issues we reported. We will be back - it's simply worth it for the location alone.

Great location. Friendly staff. The usual parking cost and resort fees apply. Nice pool. The only very minor complaint is the air conditioning doesn’t get the room as cold as we would have liked. The beach is beautiful!
