I requested pick up at the airport from the free shuttle via ******* messaging and directly with the hotel messaging . No answer received and no shuttle. I had to take an Uber taxi.
last but not least the remote for the TV wasn't working properly,
Called the front desk 3 times no answer.
So I skipped my shower that evening and my husband tried then next morning it was the same.
