The room was perfect. Chris at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again

Room was clean. A great view of the ocean. Quiet. The only one thing.not great was the water wasn’t warm enough for the bath. The bathtub was the only reason I got that specific room.

The hotel offers multiple unique options and advantages- location, the option for great apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, ocean view really stood out, not available with many other hotels. Great breakfast. Nice and helpful staff, including the staff for rooms cleaning and restocking the amenities. Prompt and thoughtful help with solving any unexpected technical room issue, thanks to engineering department.
Not cheap, but definitely a great experience.
Hot tube on the 16th floor, a very relaxing of moment of day or evening, no matter cold or warm weather. Could be bigger or adding more hot tubes though, as it is very popular! Great Spa experience.

The staff in restauarant for breakfast were exceptional! The beach view wonderful!
The resort charges we had to pay when checking in were outrages. We ended up paying an addition 600 dollars more.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean. Amenities were great. Only complaints would be the scent machines on my floor that bothered my sinuses. Even worse on second floor for beach exit. Had to hold my breath but came through under my door and bothered me at night. Also, not enough counter space in bathroom due to layout.

Everything was amazing! The room was spotless, the staff was so kind and helpful, and the amenities were excellent.

Our room was bigger than expected. Staff was very friendly. Some of the decor was outdated. Pool was very cold. Overall enjoyed our stay!

I loved this hotel. First of all it smells like vacation. Easy check in, room was clean I like the free water left in the room. Whether you want pool time or beach it's all right there. I ate at the Tropico a few times and the food was excellent. I was always able to find a chair by the pool. All the staff seemed friendly. I don't have kids but it was a very family friendly hotel. I would love to come back if the price is right.
