It has its own beach, which is fantastic. There's an outdoor pool between the rooms and the beach, creating a relaxing resort atmosphere. You can relax in the pool in flip-flops and a swimsuit, or stroll along the beach. The water is so clear and the sand is so white.

Room is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Premium rooms are more updated. We got the 6th floor facing the ocean and the view is spectacular. There was insufficient lighting entering theback door fom the parking lot. I would have been uncomfortable entering alone at night.

Great staff, all very friendly. The only complaint I had really was that I was charged $10 to park my car in their parking lot. I don’t think motels should be charging to park in the parking lot when there’s no valet or garage.

Yes, I love the hotel that I picked out. It was on the beach. The employees from the lady from the front desk to the bar was just absolutely magnificent. I did not get her their names, but there was three ladies that took care of me and they were wonderful. They answered all my questions they knew where everything was. That's a plus for me. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was polite and help. We dined in the restaurant that evening and the wings and shrimp was delicious.

I booked an oceanview room, thinking it was oceanfront. The front desk staff upgraded us to an oceanfront room, which we enjoyed immensely. The property was clean and well managed. We will stay here again in the future.

Great room, beds, ocean view. Clean all over. Loved fire pits. Was not happy, however, with $18/day parking fee of which I was unaware. I found that ridiculous.

Kitchen had everything we needed for the week. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very friendly. Only complaint was there wasn't a balcony or way to open a window ocean front to listen to the waves.

Didn’t use food services. Room was VERY clean. Looked new. The problem with being locked in, just means if you don’t have your purple room armband, you have to walk all the way around the facility and come in on the street side to the pool, your room etc. the pool is beautiful outside view is awesome, no balcony but floor to ceiling glass.

I loved staying here. I have a 1 bedroom suite. It was amazing…. A full kitchen u was able to cook the rest of my Thanksgiving dinner here. They had the basics of cooking utensils which was great for me. I loved the fact that they had an indoor & outdoor hot tub & pool. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing is I didn’t like that they didn’t clean my room even when I requested it.

My room was spotless, and the bed and different sizes of pillows made for a comfortable sleeping position.

The junior suite was perfect. it had room for us to sit on a couch and a desk chair vs trying to sit in bed. lots of space. the one bed was a little too close to get out from as it was so close to the wall near the couch. the bed was high so anyone like me will need help getting up on the bed. More ADA beds are needed as we are in Florida and there are a lot of older people with disabilities traveling...

The room was clean. One request about the bathroom. The toilet was really low. I am 6 feet tall. I felt like it was super low to the ground to use.

Room had broken curtain holder so if you didn't pay attention your door would get caught and will remain open and unlocked

It's a good location. About 15 minutes away from the beach, and 5 minutes from the Daytona International Speedway. My room was clean at check in however, housekeeping failed to maintain the room during my stay. The Daytime front desk agent, (I forgot her name , yet love her accent,) was fantastic. She assisted with my accommodation requests and made my guest experience wonderful! Kudos to her....

It's small, but there is a pool. There's a race track nearby, so it's perfect for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, but the showers are hard to get.

The cards wouldn't work. I had to be transferred to another room and the cards didn't work for that one either. There was hair in the bathtub and the mattress was torn. The breakfast was ok, but it could've been better.

It was a nice enough place to stay. Rooms were pretty clean despite being woefully understaffed. It's located just off of I4 and there's a restaurant right in front of the hotel which I didn't go to but it's nice to have that option so close. The were only 3 things that kept this from being 5 stars for me. The first was that there's no microwave! There's a mini fridge but nothing to heat food up....

The best part about our stay at DBR was the comfortable/spacious room, great view of the ocean from the balcony and the price was on point! The condo itself was great! All the amenities were as described in the ad. The views were breath taking and truly panoramic. However the front desk staff working was horrible to deal with and confronted guests with terrible attitudes. Very beautiful beach view. Of course the waves are noisy but that's nature. No designated smoking area. Located in front of a mall with great stores and groceries. The only think was our neighbor upstairs would keep his music on the balcony all night and the screaming people from the pools below. Everything else was clean and fine no bugs in site.

Very worn property. No kleenex. No ice machine. Limited drink sales. No hand towel. Small rooms. Expensive - but that may be location based. I paid over $110 for a room worth no more than $65 anywhere else. This is NOT an America's Best hotel although they try to pass themselves off as one.

Very nice place. Lady was sweet as pie. However if you bug her too many times like leaving your key in your room, she threatens to not give you your security back. Otherwise the bed was comfortable the room is very very clean no bugs.

The room was very damp feeling, the sheets felt wet, our clothes felt damp(we even left our clothes in the suitcase never fully unpacked) , the ceiling in the room above the ac unit has water damage and mold. The door leading out to the balcony was very difficult to open and close

Bed was comfy, room was homey, front desk workers were polite and friendly. Our favorite part was the tiki bar and our fav bartender was KELLY! The pool was nice and the beach is right there and easy to get to. they also had karaoke and live music on the tiki deck! Definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. We even decided an extra night. The staff was wonderful especially the supervisor Matthew who accommodated our request for an extra night with extra guests. We loved the location and the tiki restaurantbar was nice to have on site We often travel to Daytona and this will be out go to for now on! We can't wait to go back!

Loved the area! Great venue, food and tiki bar. Nice pool! Great restaurants within walking distance. So much to do! An elevator went down so leaving was an issue, my room floor stayed wet with standing water on the tile flooring so moisture was an issue. My clothes were all damp. Pool not heated like they said! Pool was also dirty. Our door would jam to open and close it. Has to pay $16 for general parking. Phone in room had no dial tone and tv couldn’t get it to work so watched my own Netflix. Not good.

Anything in Daytona Beach has to be met with large perimeters.....this Comfort Suite isn't what we are used to in other Comfort Suites, but it was good enough......oh well.

The orange juice was horrible. It was watered down. No bagels w/cream cheese or peanut butter. Only fresh fruit was oranges. No bananas or apples. No cranberry juice. Nothing healthy except oranges. Greek yogurt would be a great option!!! Eggs are healthy but tasted bad!!!! Everything else was processed food! I also did not like to pay for parking!!!!!

Needs a noise ordinance! Other guests can stay in center patio area until 3am drinking, talking and playing music without any recourse. Office closes at 10pm so they don’t have to deal with it…reopens at 10am.

It was ok not horrible but not amazing. Their outlets were not convenient and the plugs didn’t stay in the outlet or the outlets didn’t work and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The water pressure was great but when show wasn’t on the showerhead leaked really bad but only when water was on. Bed was comfortable.

This is a no-frills motel in a convenient location at a reasonable price. Rooms are clean and functional. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Most amenities are within easy walking distance.

My man n I decided to take a last minute minute weekend trip to daytona. Booked the room fri night about 4pm. Checked in by 10. Friendly staff, great prices, perfect location, walked across to the beach, quaint n quiet. Already going back in 2 weeks :)

The room is absolutely adorable. Now the bottom hinge on the door was completely broken and I could not get the door shut.

Frig died on 2nd day of 5 day stay - we had to mop up water - texts went unanswered - frig issue resolved end of day 3 - parking was SO tight you couldn't open doors to get in and out - had to squeeze in and back out so everyone could get in. no trash pick up through out the week - no instructions as to what to do with it - so we left it - once you are in they give you a key and vanish

The room was ok. It had all the amenities you’ll need. But the pool has been closed for long time and it didn’t say anything about it in the property description. Besides that I never met the receptionist. Nobody assisted me with the check out.

Property Manger was so sweet and accomodating. Clean room with a king bed and pull out sofa. 2 adults 1 preteen and 2 toddlers slept comfortably. Cant beat the price at what they had to offer! Woke up to the sunrise pouring in the window. Gorgeous ocean view. Pool is closed, but it didnt bother us, because its beachfront!

The place was probably built in the 60's. I did see they were trying to update it. Court yards needed cutting and pruning, the pool was out of order, and the website is totally deceiving. I had asked for 2 king rooms, but I got 1 room with a king bed and the other with a queen. If you are into nostalgic things, you may enjoy it. I'm not saying it was bad, but the website makes you think its a nicer...

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The outside is still damaged from the hurricanes so the pool is not in service. Other than that, everything was great.
