Room ok, but elevator outdated. Charged resort fee, but nothing special to deserve the fee. Staff is friendly.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. At check-in, Rosemarie was so sweet and extremely professional, and each time we passed the front desk area we noticed she was just as kind to each and every person she encountered. The dining room staff were equally professional

Clinton was very helpful. I wasn’t feeling well. I asked for a glass of milk and he got it. The scent in the hotel is too strong. Several of our attendees have allergies which were worse. The air vents in our meeting room and hanging lights are filthy. Absolutely filthy.

The room was overseeing the ocean, absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately the tin had a very slow drain which was not addressed even though it was reported.

The hotel grounds and pool area were kept exceptionally clean. The majority of the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We had drinks and dinner at the onsite restaurant twice and food was tasty. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean and very clean when we arrived (we choose not to have daily cleaning service) and had all the amenities. The hotel really needs a handicapped ramp down to the beach instead of the stairs. We watched a family struggle to get a wheelchair down the stairs. It was an ok stay

We had a pleasant stay in Daytona. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The views from our balcony were amazing! Parking on saturday at night got a bit crazy had to park across the street, but on sunday night, was plenty of parking. Staff was very helpful. They provided us with a complimentary voucher for 2 drinks as well. My family and I had a lovely Easter.

The room was clean. One request about the bathroom. The toilet was really low. I am 6 feet tall. I felt like it was super low to the ground to use.

The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, though it was supposed to be a smoke free floor. The bath tub did not drain properly and filled up with water while showering. The room door did not properly close and latch, making it a huge security risk, not to mention a fire risk.

The hotel is well soundproofed, with a great view of the Daytona track. Good location, free parking. Old rooms, but clean. Very large rooms, to the point of exaggeration.

It was a nice enough place to stay. Rooms were pretty clean despite being woefully understaffed. It's located just off of I4 and there's a restaurant right in front of the hotel which I didn't go to but it's nice to have that option so close. The were only 3 things that kept this from being 5 stars for me. The first was that there's no microwave! There's a mini fridge but nothing to heat food up....

This is a very nice place to get away for a weekend! Clean and comfy rooms, nice pool and hot tub, pet friendly and the kids have a blast! Don't pass up the complimentary breakfast in the mornings the waffles are yummy!

Large, clean rooms. Very reasonable prices for being so close to the beach. They always have a rewards program. Fridge and microwave rooms by request, not all rooms have them. Staff was amazing.

Room had broken curtain holder so if you didn't pay attention your door would get caught and will remain open and unlocked

It's a good location. About 15 minutes away from the beach, and 5 minutes from the Daytona International Speedway. My room was clean at check in however, housekeeping failed to maintain the room during my stay. The Daytime front desk agent, (I forgot her name , yet love her accent,) was fantastic. She assisted with my accommodation requests and made my guest experience wonderful! Kudos to her....

It's small, but there is a pool. There's a race track nearby, so it's perfect for sightseeing. The rooms are clean, but the showers are hard to get.

The cards wouldn't work. I had to be transferred to another room and the cards didn't work for that one either. There was hair in the bathtub and the mattress was torn. The breakfast was ok, but it could've been better.

Very clean property. The cafe had great food at really reasonable prices. Wren the bartender at the Tiki Bar was fantastic. She was fast and very friendly and cocktails were spot on. The only negative, they said you would only have 1 cleaning day. However, we stayed from Friday to Monday and had no cleaning day.

Very impressed with the remodeling from last year and all the amenities!! Bed was so comfortable everything was so clean and Cheryl at the tiki bar was so nice and we enjoyed our stay can’t wait to come back

Nice location. It appears they were rehabbing rooms. Our room was an Oceanview, over the pool, and was very comfortable. It had the usual weird places for light switches and such, but pretty new looking.

Very nice. The pictures they show do this place no justice. We thought we were on the side with a partial beach view. In reality, we had a fabulous view. It's small but cozy. 2 pools and you are on the beach in 2 minutes. Easy walk to the Pier and Bandshell amphitheater. We will be back.

This was a pretty great stay. The pull down shade didn’t work in the bedroom and the water in the rooms doesn’t get very hot for showers but otherwise this was a good place to stay. Our stay was wonderful. We had fun and it was kid friendly. Our kids were able to just be kids. The water slide as well as the kid’s area was well kept and easily accessible. The elevators were all in working order. The beach was clean and easy to get to. Don’t recommend the beach chair rental but everything at the resort itself was worth the money. There is even a few places for photo ops.

I really enjoyed my stay here this was a gift from my daughter and her fiance and it was more than I imagined. The view from our Windows of the beach was so beautiful I really enjoyed staying here everything including the restaurants and the balls were really nice the only problem that I had was with one of the security when we were arriving didn't want us to stop so that we could unload our luggage...

Always a great time. Separate park lot for bikes during Biketoberfest/ bike week, very secure. Tiki bar is awesome, Kelly is bartender in evenings and is the best!

The room was very damp feeling, the sheets felt wet, our clothes felt damp(we even left our clothes in the suitcase never fully unpacked) , the ceiling in the room above the ac unit has water damage and mold. The door leading out to the balcony was very difficult to open and close

Bed was comfy, room was homey, front desk workers were polite and friendly. Our favorite part was the tiki bar and our fav bartender was KELLY! The pool was nice and the beach is right there and easy to get to. they also had karaoke and live music on the tiki deck! Definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. We even decided an extra night. The staff was wonderful especially the supervisor Matthew who accommodated our request for an extra night with extra guests. We loved the location and the tiki restaurantbar was nice to have on site We often travel to Daytona and this will be out go to for now on! We can't wait to go back!

Loved the area! Great venue, food and tiki bar. Nice pool! Great restaurants within walking distance. So much to do! An elevator went down so leaving was an issue, my room floor stayed wet with standing water on the tile flooring so moisture was an issue. My clothes were all damp. Due the other amazing reasons to stay those things were tolerable.

Went down here for a race weekend! Well the rooms are nice but the rest of the place should be condemned. No pool or restaurant or anything extra to speak of. The elevators are use at your own risk. They told me beach access was through a wooden door which is actually a glass door with wood where it is broken. We are here for our 28th Wedding Anniversary. I gave it a three just because the room we stayed in is gorgeous! Several things were very right about this resort: price; location, near bars, restaurants, attractions, and shopping; and the floor plan, which made this one-bedroom condo very convenient to accommodate three people. The best part about our stay at DBR was the comfortable/spacious room, great view of the ocean from the balcony and the price was on point! The condo itself was great! All the amenities were as described in the ad. The views were breath taking and truly panoramic. However the front desk staff working was horrible to deal with and confronted guests with terrible attitudes. I don’t get it, if you hate your job that bad then quit and save the disappointment you present when speaking to all your guests. We were able to get a $75 coupon back...

Very beautiful beach view. Of course the waves are noisy but that's nature. No designated smoking area. Located in front of a mall with great stores and groceries. The only think was our neighbor upstairs would keep his music on the balcony all night and the screaming people from the pools below. Everything else was clean and fine no bugs in site.

Very worn property. No kleenex. No ice machine. Limited drink sales. No hand towel. Small rooms. Expensive - but that may be location based. I paid over $110 for a room worth no more than $65 anywhere else. This is NOT an America's Best hotel although they try to pass themselves off as one.

Very nice place. Lady was sweet as pie. However if you bug her too many times like leaving your key in your room, she threatens to not give you your security back. Otherwise the bed was comfortable the room is very very clean no bugs.

Wonderful view from the balcony, we enjoyed watching a Space X launch (Nov 5th) from our balcony, which was spectacular! The room was very well equipped, very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

We chose this property as it had ocean front rooms available at a reasonable price. We also like the fact that breakfast was available which is one of the features we always look for.

Everything was great. Plan on returning again for vacation. A little problem with parking but it was quickly resolved . Was great experience, Can’t beat the location ! Hotel was very nice and updated, Room was very clean and nicely set up ,Shower was excellent with provided shower chair. Shampoo was excellent also, Great bed and love the square pillows . awesome location as we walked to Ocean deck next door and Joe’s crab shack less than 5 minutes. Parking was easy. Staff and views were amazing. Cleanliness was just ok. It was very noisy at night. Parking is also terrible and very limited. I heard the front desk lady say they had 80-ish parking pots with 120-ish rooms so they already don’t have enough parking to accommodate a full house. Keep that in mind.

Needs a noise ordinance! Other guests can stay in center patio area until 3am drinking, talking and playing music without any recourse. Office closes at 10pm so they don’t have to deal with it…reopens at 10am.

It was ok not horrible but not amazing. Their outlets were not convenient and the plugs didn’t stay in the outlet or the outlets didn’t work and the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The water pressure was great but when show wasn’t on the showerhead leaked really bad but only when water was on. Bed was comfortable.

Property Manger was so sweet and accomodating. Clean room with a king bed and pull out sofa. 2 adults 1 preteen and 2 toddlers slept comfortably. Cant beat the price at what they had to offer! The place was probably built in the 60's. I did see they were trying to update it. Court yards needed cutting and pruning, the pool was out of order, and the website is totally deceiving. I had asked for 2 king rooms, but I got 1 room with a king bed and the other with a queen. If you are into nostalgic things, you may enjoy it. I'm not saying it was bad, but the website makes you think its a nicer...

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The outside is still damaged from the hurricanes so the pool is not in service. Other than that, everything was great.
