Gulfview Manor Resort in Fort Myers Beach

I have been to this location the past 3 years. I happy to report we have never had an issue. the staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate. not that we need much accommodating. Guests are responsible for their own rental such as dishes and taking out the garbage. We have never had a problem cleaning up after ourselves. The beach is beautiful!!! Wish they had a bar located closer but a short walk up the beach you can find one. The pool is a nice option for the kids. The trolley stops right out front the property which is such a convenience. This year will make trip #4

Accommodations are amazing. We had a direct gulf view and loved sitting out on the patio! Pet friendly and quiet. Cute movie theater across the street. A couple tiki bars within walking distance with good views and great food! Very helpful and friendly staff.

Very relaxing!! The beach, which is private, is basically your front yard. Staff is friendly. They provide a beach towel for each guest. 2 gas grills on site. Trolley stops right out front from the hotel, so vacationing without a car is very possible. My favorite place in Florida to stay, been a few times already, and will definitely be returning!!

Very quaint and quiet, beautiful white sand beach front property, which is probably the widest in the area, that stretches for miles. You could walk, it seemed forever, and we enjoyed looking for shells along the way. Convenient trolley system that will take you south to Lovers Key and north to Time Square all for only .75 cents right out front from the Manor....you really don't need to rent a car here ( saves $ ) Do some grocery shopping and Cook your own meals or use their 2 gas grills on site, Awesome! The staff here is extremely nice and they let you really enjoy your stay.....I highly recommend Gulf View Manor....it's also kid and pet friendly

Typically when I travel, I am a bit of a hotel snob. I like to pick fancy resorts because I want to feel pampered when I'm away from home. I picked this hotel as a deal and was extremely reluctant about the accommodations and what we would be walking into. Our family of 6 and another family of 4 traveled together and we were both extremely pleased with the hotel and our rooms. Everything was very clean and the layout was large and open enough for our kids to feel comfortable. Our 2 bedroom space had a huge wrap around patio that the kids loved playing on and eating their lunches. The hotel is steps from the beach and just immaculately kept. I can't say enough how pleasently surprised we were about this hidden gem. We will be back again next year with more families this time and our stay will certainly be longer than just a weekend. Do not let the pictures fool you on this one!

What an excellent weekend! Check in was easy, room was excellent, view was magnificent. The fact that there is a fully furnished kitchen, all we needed to bring was food pool was very nice, screened in view of beach was perfect!

This was our first time staying here! I loved that it was further down the beach away from the rowdier area of fort myers beach! Our condo was very clean, and comfortable! Wendy at the front desk is such a kind lady, she made us feel even more at home because she was so friendly! The only thing I would recommend, is that they add pizza cutters to the utensil drawers in the condo kitchens! 🍕🙂 We will be back!
