Very nice rooms , great views . Will return. Beach chairs and umbrella included was a Nice touch . Did not eat in restaurant, but looked nice. The beach bar was fun and liked the entertainment . Did not use pool , looked crowded. No big deal. Loved the beach

Pool and beach area was nice. Room only cleaned day before we left. Over on end of bed was dirty when we arrived and tv did not work. Fixed one and then bedroom tv quit working. We were not impressed with restaurant meal. Steak was tough and not cooked as requested.

This hotel is a gem. Very spacious and clean suits. Big balcony. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included. Staff is very polite. Close proximity to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay there again.

Service was very slow. My grouper was a bit tough. The shrimp topping had shell in it. Zero ambiance. Felt like a generic hotel room with some tables and chairs thrown in.

Somewhat disappointed with this years 2017 Christmas buffet.
Been to several Thanksgiving buffets here and was pleased. This was our first Christmas buffet. We were there about 3:30pm.
Facility is nice and staff was very nice and good. Some of the food was not worth the price this time. Prime Rib was all VERY rare, no options for those who prefer more done cuts. It must have been being rushed out of the oven. Turkey was very dry. Stuffing appeared like the out of the box type and very dry. Didn’t have the selection of bread rolls, hard rolls, etc., just soft plain ordinary off the shelf rolls. Desserts were limited to an assortment of small candy like pieces and a warm apple crisp which was ok but nothing special. Would expect a small assortment of above average pie and cakes.
You need to step up your game with the main food items. Expecting a better food experience for the money than your run of the mill buffet restaurants.
Alittle leary to return for another Holiday Buffet if this is going to be the food experience for the money.

Okay, for starters: if it were possible for me to give 0 stars, I definitely would. The food was horrendous; the cheese was something you can buy at a supermarket for less than 3 dollars, the stuffing almost had my kidneys screaming, and the desserts tasted as if they had chilled out in a fridge for a week. Now, it wasn’t all that bad, the salad was only a bit wilted and most of the apple cobbler was cooked. I then asked myself, “why is this so expensive for such bad food” and then I remembered: the view! I looked out the window to see a nice parking lot, with a bit of beach in the background. To tie up this fantastic ensemble was the atrocious cost: 34 dollars per person. All in all, this was the most outrageously priced and awful food I have ever had, and I regret wholeheartedly having ever stepped foot in this building.

Horrible place for visitors from out of state, white trash type of people. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Please be careful of this type of environment. They actually do not sell any liquor just nasty beer. I was asked to leave because I was not a local. There are other places on this island that you can have a good time. White America is still a huge problem. Please be careful not a good place to have a good time.

Bread was the best bartender when I was there, definitely a locals place - refreshing to get away from the tourism vibe.. Bread was very entertaining and made you feel welcome.

This place rocks!. Good tunes, cool people, and the bartender Lisa is awesome! This place is really fun (as it always was) but what a difference since the resent remodeling.

Subway moved out of this location, CHEPE a new sandwich shop has opened at the same location......its top shelf and they only carry boars head meats. Attention to customers was great, food was very good.
