Hotels on first line in Fort Myers Beach

This is a great hotel. It has everything you need including very nice people working there. It was my first time to Ft. Myers Beach. I really had a great stay there.

Clean, spacious room, the staff were kind and attentive, the location on the beach was great, and the included breakfast had a great variety.

All the staff were great except for 1 the manager Denise was a little difficult to deal with after having some charging issues but after a while and time missed on the beach the issue was resolved

The cleanliness, quality of food, amenities were perfect but most of all, the staff is phenomenal! I didn’t meet one single staff member who didn’t want to assist in any way possible

The amenities, like the wall-mounted clothes hooks, were very practical, and the kitchen, complete with pots and pans, was perfectly suitable for a longer stay

The child's gift was a pair of children's sunglasses and a net bag for shells—so practical! The room was even newer and more spacious than in the photos

Michael was very helpful upon check in and gave VIP treatment. Great customer service! Beautiful beach access! There is a small pool area for those that wish to venture there in lieu of beach

Beautiful beach getaway, nice amenities with pool and live music every day aka night!:) On site restaurants are convenient and delicious too!

Beautiful property safe family and couples were staying at diamond head Easy accessible to restaurants great having 2 on site, Costa wonderful food and beach sunset view! Beach great with chairs and umbrellas provided which is a great plus! Have stayed before and will be back!

The beach chairs and umbrella was a definite plus. Close enough to walk to Times Square area (but golf cart taxi service is also available at a reasonable rate). Note: some unit’s have a little stove top ours did not

It was our first time visiting Fort Myers Beach. DiamondHead resort provided a great place to stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, great shower, overall a very nice place

Although the pool was cold, it was clean and offered poolside service from bar and grill. A great perk! Would stay again

Location location location, this hotel is on the softest sand beach I've been too in Florida. The water quality however is murky and greenish brownish

Great place. Our room was nice and very clean. So much to do there and it is close to everything. We will definitely go back there.

However many people seem to enjoy this beach, I for one enjoyed the sand. Also, it's a great place to visit low tide for seashells and tide pools! Hotel itself is okay, my room was decent and staff was friendly

Depending on season, Lani Kai can be packed with people on their private beach and in the 'open on the beach' bar

There is two bars with live music and restaurant at the top of the hotel with a stunning beach view (inside and outside seats). Music is also played at the beach till 5pm with beach games

The views were OUTSTANDING! Beach within walking distance and a quiet, clean pool area. Even has a hot tub, which was awesome! The check in was quick and easy and the man working at the desk was friendly

They have a great pool and deck with jacuzzi. And they keep their Weber propane grills in top shape, too. Not overly expensive, but then never been here in high season

Clean. Nice staff. Warm but refreshing pool mid Feb ( nice). Wonderful beach. Restaurants nearby/ walking distance ( 0.5 mi)

Away from all of the obnoxious party scene (I am in my early 20s and I myself cannot stand it, the noise near Lani Kai is ridiculous). Lots of Ubers and Lyfts around if you need a ride up the beach

Been going to Pointe Estero for 15 years. The building is a unique high-rise with beach views from every condo. They are always updating their condos, although not as quickly as you might like

Great location - on the beach, away from the craziness of times square, near a handful of resteraunts to walk to, and near a trolley stop

Friendly service. Spacious rooms. Quiet at night. Beach is close, however considerable distance to the water. Pool was not overcrowded, but not very large.

Beach is a 2-3 minute walk down beautiful buttery soft sand to the ocean. Overall we never wanted to leave

This was our third stay at this property and it did not disappoint! Last visit was six years ago and the property looked better than ever. This was our first vacation in two years and it was exactly what we needed

Kitchen was stocked w dishes and pans. Pool was not too crowded when we went (though we did hear a crowd in the late afternoon, it didn’t bother us)

Pool very small for amount of units in the building. Need to gets transportation to the tourist areas

Stayed with friends on 8th floor this wknd. We had an issues with a broken kitchen item and the maintenance person. Jim was very friendly and fixed what we needed done quickly. Love this place, love service

Our last night we heard lots of noise for most of the night. Parking became an issue the last days. Several cars in the lot without tags left us searching for a spot

Get place to get away to. Plenty of sun and sand. The ocean view and sun sets are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and practical. Grocery store is only half a mile away for your needs. Perfect location.

Live local. Met up with some friends. Love Fort Myers Beach. This place was a perfect spot to relax and unwind for the week end. Will definitely be coming back for another relaxing weekend or maybe a bit longer.

The beach itself was wonderful, wasn't overly crowded, the sand was beautiful white, and soft! Also a perfect place for sunset watching! The staff was very friendly too! Very kind and knowledgeable about what's to offer on the island! Only recommendation I have is for parking

It's far enough away from all the night life on the upper end of Fort Myers Beach, but close enough that you could easily get a bike or scooter and be there quickly if you'd want to be

The rooms had plenty of space and wonderful views. The adult only pool was perfect for those of us without kids! Great way to get away

The fact that there is a fully furnished kitchen, all we needed to bring was food pool was very nice, screened in view of beach was perfect!

The island and the beach is quiet, calm just perfect to relax

Was recommended this apartment/hotel and it was one of my favorite little spots ever. The location is amazing and the rooms are actually big with everything equipped. The staff in the front desk were super friendly

This was our first time here, and we loved it! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the kitchen fully stocked. We especially loved the huge screened-in porch that had a great partial view of the ocean

Can't say enough about this place! Coming back every year until I can no longer drive (autonomous cars will hopefully be taking us after that!). Spending Easter 2018/spring break at Gulfview Manor

Trolleys run outside, quiet, never more than 5 people at a time on beach, sunset walks to get ice cream, walking distance to community pool, the public, a nature preserve, the public, and a boating company

We couldn't hear the sound of the ocean from our room because we were high up, far from the beach, and it was drowned out by the obnoxious pool DJ. I am writing this review post Hurricane Ian

One time, we couldn't get a reservation at Tiki so we stayed at Pink Shell instead (3x the price). Loud music, long elevator rides, no shade on the beach, long walk to get to the beach, all one big pain

We rocked our toddlers on the quiet beach before bed then carried them into bed steps away. Family run by Selena (who always answers the phone) and her husband

We feel so bad for all the great people we met in the restaurants, shops and especially the great couple who manged and lived on the property. Prayers for all the people of Fort Myers Beach

Our flight ended up getting cancelled day of and without question she readily volunteered to refund 100% of our reservation (even though the resort was 100% open and fully functioning) but we insisted on rescheduling instead

Unbeatable value for the money. They are recovering from Ian very nicely. The rooms are simple, comfortable and well-appointed. The pool and environs are beautiful. Fort Myers Beach is slowly recovering

This is a clean, festively decorated inn with a full kitchen, a great location (walk across the street to the beach and Times Square, Ft. Myers Beach), and run by a wonderful family. Highly recommended!

An older motel with a perfect, quiet location at Times Square and the on site owners treat their customers first class. This is our 21st January here and we will be coming back as long as we are able

Great place, clean spacious rooms. Beds were comfy, sheets were soft and kitchen had everthing to cook and serve a meal on. Our suite looked over the inlet and we could watch the fish jumping
