Clean, spacious room, the staff were kind and attentive, the location on the beach was great, and the included breakfast had a great variety.

Amazing resort! The view from our room was gorgeous inside and out. The entire resort was very clean from the room to the pools to the dining

This is a great hotel. It has everything you need including very nice people working there. It was my first time to Ft. Myers Beach. I really had a great stay there.

All the staff were great except for 1 the manager Denise was a little difficult to deal with after having some charging issues but after a while and time missed on the beach the issue was resolved

Room was nice beach was beautiful breakfast was good. The bar bongos food was not very tasty and very expensive

Amazing!! The whole staff was so excellent and helpful. Ranger Rob made the nature walk so fun for the kids! Gary at the front desk was super accommodating and helpful. We will be back!

Very nice rooms , great views. Beach chairs and umbrella included was a Nice touch. Did not eat in restaurant, but looked nice. The beach bar was fun and liked the entertainment. Did not use pool , looked crowded

We came primarily for the beach and boy did it deliver! The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and there was plenty to do. It was a great vacation!

Room only cleaned day before we left. Over on end of bed was dirty when we arrived and tv did not work. Fixed one and then bedroom tv quit working. We were not impressed with restaurant meal

Being unfamiliar with Ft Myers’s Beach, I researched a 2 night stay carefully. The rates at Lani Kai were favorable, even though it is family owned, we took a chance

It is an older hotel, but has been updated since hurricane Ian. The glider swings on beach and rooftop levels were very nice to sit and enjoy a beverage. The beach is pristine and directly behind the hotel

Other than 2 days of torrential downpours, typical Florida Spring weather, we enjoyed our stay. 4 stars for facility because the tunnel to the beach is quite dark and the elevators could also be updated

We enjoyed an anniversary dinner at the sundeck restaurant Island View, and it was an amazing meal. We don’t travel much, this was a quick getaway and enjoyed it

Great place. Our room was nice and very clean. So much to do there and it is close to everything. We will definitely go back there.

Our suite was great, very clean and fresh, they provided a crib and high chair and sand toys and a life jacket for my 22 month old grandson. The suite was perfect for the 6 of us

Highly recommend a stay here and if you can get room 404 on the beach it is just amazing!

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I stayed here 10 years ago and liked it. After Hurricane Ian destroyed FMB in 2022, I wanted to come back after it reopened

This place is in a fantastic location in fort Myers Beach just far enough away from the center but still close enough to the action! The pool/spa is very relaxing surrounded by lush palms and other vegetation…overall the landscaping is beautiful 😍

We stayed in room 404 and the amazing views are just endless! Sitting on the beachfront balcony having coffee in the morning or enjoying the sunset is just priceless

No fault to property but we were disappointed with the bugs Labor Day Weekend. Unfortunately we got eaten alive by swarms of mosquitos on the way to and back from the beach the first time

Beautiful, large, spacious 3 bedroom suite. Great bike use, free coffee&tea all day. Super beach and pool! Fun area and restaurants

Wonderful resort on the most expansive beach in the area. The units are large and spacious. The location at the south end of the island makes getting around easy

There is a trolly stop in front of the building and there are free bikes to rent which allows you to bypass the backed up traffic heading north. 5 miles to the north and Lovers Key state park is just to the south

I can’t say enough on how much I love these hotel. It’s huge, clean, beautiful, beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Will be returning. There is construction going on. It’s not loud or anything.

Everything was clean and spacious. During our 2 night stay, they had no propane, so the pool and hot tub were not heated, and we could not use the barbecue grills

Pool very small for amount of units in the building. Need to gets transportation to the tourist areas

Our last night we heard lots of noise for most of the night. Parking became an issue the last days. Several cars in the lot without tags left us searching for a spot

Get place to get away to. Plenty of sun and sand. The ocean view and sun sets are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and practical. Grocery store is only half a mile away for your needs. Perfect location.

Live local. Met up with some friends. Love Fort Myers Beach. This place was a perfect spot to relax and unwind for the week end. Will definitely be coming back for another relaxing weekend or maybe a bit longer.

The beach itself was wonderful, wasn't overly crowded, the sand was beautiful white, and soft! Also a perfect place for sunset watching! The staff was very friendly too! Very kind and knowledgeable about what's to offer on the island! Only recommendation I have is for parking

It's far enough away from all the night life on the upper end of Fort Myers Beach, but close enough that you could easily get a bike or scooter and be there quickly if you'd want to be

The rooms had plenty of space and wonderful views. The adult only pool was perfect for those of us without kids! Great way to get away

The location is central to Fort Meyers Beach and Bonita Beach. Parking is limited in the area and spots are taken up by Flippers restaurant. Pool is on the shaded side of the building so not great

The pool area was spacious, relaxing, and perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. One of the most magical parts of our stay? Watching dolphins swim by in the morning. And the sunsets and sunrises? Picture-perfect

Also there were pool heaters right outside the bedroom window. Room was not ready so we hung out at Flippers

We love lovers key it’s one of our favorite places to go. It’s absolutely beautiful everyone there is so nice

We arrived early for check in as we heard parking can be a problem due in part to construction equipment in the parking lot and Flippers. It was packed as the afternoon progressed. Would I stay there again, probably not

The fact that there is a fully furnished kitchen, all we needed to bring was food pool was very nice, screened in view of beach was perfect!

Was recommended this apartment/hotel and it was one of my favorite little spots ever. The location is amazing and the rooms are actually big with everything equipped. The staff in the front desk were super friendly

This was our first time here, and we loved it! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the kitchen fully stocked. We especially loved the huge screened-in porch that had a great partial view of the ocean

Trolleys run outside, quiet, never more than 5 people at a time on beach, sunset walks to get ice cream, walking distance to community pool, the public, a nature preserve, the public, and a boating company

We rocked our toddlers on the quiet beach before bed then carried them into bed steps away. Family run by Selena (who always answers the phone) and her husband

We feel so bad for all the great people we met in the restaurants, shops and especially the great couple who manged and lived on the property. Prayers for all the people of Fort Myers Beach

It's the kind of place where you can leave our inflatable alligator under the building with the other sand toys, knowing it'd still be there perfectly maintained when you come back a year later

This place is nothing short of magical, a hidden gem. Beautiful white sand with shells and miles to walk on. Chairs provided and palm trees with tiki umbrellas for shade all provided

The second time we visited Selena called us a few days beforehand to let us know a hurricane was coming but that you never really know the path until closer to time

Unbeatable value for the money. They are recovering from Ian very nicely. The rooms are simple, comfortable and well-appointed. The pool and environs are beautiful. Fort Myers Beach is slowly recovering

Keeps it nice and quiet to use the very nice pool or just sit on your porch balcony looking at the water. We are from Miami and never get to see people this nice everywhere you walk to felt safe and friendly

Close to everything!! Love the kitchenette in room! We also use the grill to cook out on! Beach chairs and towels to use! Housekeeping is on point! We love going here and will continue staying there!! I had a friend come visit from Fort Myers

The best location!! The place was clean and in a perfect spot. Uber from the airport and you will never need a car for your stay. Many, many restaurants within two blocks. The beach is right across the street

easily able to walk back for lunch. We stayed in one of the two bedroom cottages. It was not up to date, but for the location, it was a win for us! There were beach towels for each of us at the cottage to use

Best place to stay on the island very friendly clean and no car needed right on the square the beach and pier as well. All the restaurants and stores are outside but the private entrance
