Yes the room was not what it was supposed to be. The furniture was not as it was supposed to be at all. The room was old with double doors going to the outside from each room. When we checked in we were greeted by the most obnoxious man that we have ever encountered in a room setting having to put down a 100.00 deposit AFTER the room was already charged to our credit card. The walls were paper thin and we felt so anxious stating there that we left two days early only staying one night. We stay at Wyndham hotels on a regular basis but we are considering finding another group to stay in. One thing is for sure, I will sleep in my car before staying at a Baymont hotel again! I know that this will never get any further than me typing it down, but somebody needs to change things at Baymont!

Dirty and nasty smell so bad old furniture and damaged floors on top of that the bed was terrible and they didn’t clean the room properly hair everywhere

The place had roaches, I was moved and still there where roaches. Not a good place to stay.

Front desk lady was rude and seemed like we were interrupting her day. Overall abysmal stay.

Over chargered even though room was payed for through ******* they charged 71 to my card on top of 100 deposit. Room smelled bad and there was a lot of mold bugs

We stayed here because it was the closest we could find to where my MIL was being kept in a nursing home/ rehab. Made a quick visit from Northeast Georgia. We didn’t report anything to the front desk but noticed crumbs on the floors from previous guest. There were ants on the sheets on one bed. The couches and chairs are obviously very used and need replacing. Not just covered up. The staff were appropriate and the breakfast was on time and hot. More time needs to be spent on upkeep of the furnishings and cleaning.

It was clean, check in was easy. There is a 100 dollar deposit as an addition to your stay cost. The microwave kept flipping the switch in the room. I also was shocked when I tried to plug in my computer into the wall. My charger didn’t work after that. I was on the side close to the highway so it was very loud if my ac wasn’t running.

we got to our reserved room and the bathroom was disgusted and it was late so we went to put our kids down to sleep and we start seeing roaches so i immediately called the front desk and i told them i either need a refund or a different room and he let us see another room and that room ALSO had roaches and i was like i have kids and i will not subject my family to this place and i demanded a refund.

If your room is by the freeway expect to be woke up every morning by motorcycles gunning it to get on the freeway. The room was ok I bought an air spray to get the old smoke/mildew smell out of the room. My room was non smoking but the carpet is very old so if that was replaced I'm sure that would help. The front staff was very kind and let me check in 30 mins early.

The rug was very dirty, and had to fight roaches more than once. Excellent location with shopping and food very nearby, seems ok during the day but night hits and there's no lighting and lots of sketchy looking people hanging around near the entrance and around the hotel area. Didn't feel safe being out past a certain time.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. It's thanksgiving and i understand having to work on a holiday. It sucks. I had to work that night but its no excuse on how rude this server is. we walk in had s party of 4 and there was another family of 4 that was also waiting. We were there for 10-15 mins and nobody greeted or even acknowledged us. One server passed by looking at us 3 times and didn't bother to say anything. I tell my mom it would be nice to at least be greeted and told what was going on. The server heard and she walked over and explained there were only 2 servers but was very rude and loud about it. I told her I work in food and understand but I do not understand having 8 people waiting up front and not even being greeted or told what was happening. Having a servers walk pass them and ignored. All we needed to know was it was short staffed but she obviously has no manners or customer service experience and restaurant experience since she had 3 tables. Needless to say my family and the other family left after the server snapped on us. I've never wrote a review but I've never been yelled at by a server like this. She needs to learn manners

We've been coming here since arriving in Jacksonville on 8/24. Service and food have been good but it's Saturday morning and the kitchen couldn't keep up... Service poor today. Waitress was great.

Went for lunch, was at the end of the lunch rush. Our server Kimberly was awesome, coffee cup stayed full! Kitchen, not so much...I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and say they were just really busy. Took a while to get our food, but it was good until I found a piece of glass in our cheddar tots (looked like a chip off a plate). I showed our server, she took them off the bill and we got a discount on our total. She was very apologetic, made sure management was aware. Will definitely go back, hopefully can sit in Kimberly's section again.

Very disappointed with the food and service tonight. Previously I have never had bad service and the food had always been good. Unfortunately, tonight I am unable to say that.

Good food and okay service. Our waiter seemed to be a bit distracted and forgot our items leaving us to ask him multiple times for drinks and food. Additionally, I asked for no olives on my salad and received olives and the wrong drink order. Overall, I will always be a huge fan of carrabba’s but this experience left much to be desired

Food was good as in most carrabbas. However, it seemed like the wait staff was spread too thin. We sat for 15 minutes before we meet our server and then sat for 20 minutes with empty plates wait to ask for the check. Our server was nice and always seemed to be on the move.

Hostess messed up the reservation. It was a large party of 30. When we arrived, the head manager kept trying to pass the blame to us. He kept saying that we messed up the reservation. We didn't agree with him. Took almost an hour to correct the problem. When they did the drink order they had to get it twice from us. Not sure why.

Our reservation was running late so I went to the bar to find out not only were the drinks absurdly over priced but they were out of half the beers on tap on a Saturday night.
45 minutes after our reservation time, we are told that they have two booths available next to each other instead of sitting our party together at a large enough table and that it's the best that can be done.
At this point in time, me and my party were too invested time wise to go elsewhere.
As we are seated we are told the special(s) and then informed they are out of them.
How this place is open and busy is beyond me...
Our waitress Laura was fantastic even though she was thrown to a group of hungry, angry wolves.
I will not return.
