Wonderful hotel. Great service.

The only downside is that it's far from outlets, markets, etc. You'll need a car to get around the city.

Toilet was too low and there was no microwave in the room. Icemaker and microwave for use was down the hall, and neither was working until after I called the front desk. Great customer service at the front desk.

Location was great! The view was Amazing! And the Food was Immpecable! My wings were cooked to perfection! Especially after enjoying a few delicious drinks made by Heather at the bar!

It was my first time staying at Hyatt. I thought it was a famous hotel and should be good, but I was actually quite disappointed with this hotel. The room facilities were not like a four-star hotel and the food in the hotel restaurant was even worse. Don't eat in the hotel restaurant.

Guys You Will Love It! Is a nice place to have relax, business, romance in JAX, take time to explore and miss your self in this Amazing city!

Loved it! One night stay, but arrival to departure we were wowed. Easy to park and great signage, lovely front desk staff, so kind and welcoming, beautiful lobby/ atrium area and we had a clean, comfortable room with an incredible view of the city and the river! Truly though the staff are the diamonds of this property… Wonderful service at the lobby bar, lots of smiling faces and sincere and genuine interactions with everyone there and at the Market specifically. We were just spending a stop over there this trip, but are already planning a return visit specifically to spend time in Jacksonville, Florida and will 100% stay again!!!

Food wasn't all that great. 44.00 for two people for something I didn't even really eat.. that's ridiculous. Golden Carrol isn't that much and their Buffett is ten times bigger.

You can't go wrong with this one if you're in the area. I've also held a quick business meeting here during crunch time. I would highly suggest visiting this fine establishment.

Was not seated by a host or greeted by staff, so I went to the bar. Had to ask for a menu after a couple minutes. Was not invited to sit down. Had to ask for a server five minutes later and placed an order. All was good until the bill when my discount wasn't applied. Waited for him to seat another table before returning with my corrected bill. The server said he would make sure everything was processed correctly-- I have my doubts. Not a great experience. Food was good, but two small fish tacos and a cup of fries... I should have walked to McDonald's. And I almost forgot! I didn't even get a napkin or utensils but I didn't bother asking since I was really not in the mood after all that. Which was not fun with fish tacos lemme tell ya.

Nice atmosphere, great food. I got the fish tacos, which were delicious. My friends went crazy for the fries. They smelled amazing and I totally plan to try them in the future. Fast service for weekday lunch crowd.

Wonderful quick brunch before the keynote of our conference. Second time here and I am kicking myself for not coming back sooner. It's usually busy during traditional dining times.
