Loud guests in the room below us, another guest dimitri and his gang hogged the tables and area , he was a pompus ass. The front desk girl was as rude as can be choosing when she could and couldn't understand english. Nice beach and pool but that is it.

Nice experience. Pool and beach were well maintained. Room was clean. Room 120 did have a “sewer” smell from time to time which we could not identify the source of. A/c was ice cold. Staff was kind and accommodating. Be warned that in the sun room, you can hear every peep made in the room directly above. We would stay here again!

Great little humble motel. Breakfast was awesome (breakfast sandwiches, bottled juices and milks, great room coffee surprisingly), location is nice with beach access, nice views, lounging chairs, and a beach-facing pool. TV with cable, table with chairs inside the room. Cleanliness was mostly good but could use a little improvement (sweeping/mopping). Hotel owners friendly and they seem like they care. Would come again!

It’s on the beach!!!!! Nice pool. The rooms are small. The building is old, but clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. No WiFi, hair dryer, or iron, but we didn’t miss them. Did I say it’s on the beach!!! Great price for the location.

Beautiful beach horrible mgmt. Don't try to sign in 15 minutes early the front desk girl won't allow it. They only gave us one key for our room, didn't know where the other one is, great someone has acess to our stuff. Security lock was torn off our door like a murder scene. Very few English speaking guests and seemed like some rooms might have 10 or more in them. We forfeited a day and left early. Shame it is a nice location but definitely won't be back.

This place is a hidden little gem. There is a great pool, right on the ocean, and a cabana to sit under. The rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable. I am happy we found this place last minute and it was a perfect stay for 2 days.

My family and I visited Key colony beach motel, unfortunately our visit was short but that didn’t make it any less enjoyable. Very laid back atmosphere, very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Very good location! Beach and pool were nice as well. Was also pleased to find out there was a restaurant/bar next door. Our first trip to the Keys, and we found our idea place to stay on the first try! The staff here is so friendly! The rooms are simple but spotless! The beds are comfortable! It has its own little beach which is uncrowded, and they even have a free breakfast! Definitely our go-to place next time we visit the Keys!

Room was dated but clean. Pool was heated to about 90. Great seating options right on the ocean. Reasonably priced.

Nothing to complain about. Beach area small but nice. Nice chairs and tiki hut shade. Palms. Freshwater pool on the ocean. Basic clean room. Newly finished. Comp Breakfast was available. Only no milk for the coffee or cereal. Checked in around 3 no problem. The place is for sale. Typical old style two story motel. We even had a real metal key for our room. Blast from past.
