Perfect location to stay ! Less than 3 min walk to the beach and 5 minutes from general stores/restaurants . Renee was really nice and helpful, she made my fiancé and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. She even went to check our room and asked for cleaning corrections before we checked in to be sure everything was up to standards. My only complaint was our toilet kept running after you flush it . But other than that the bed was very comfortable, room clean . I would definitely stay here again!
Was recently quoted a king eff room over the phone,booked with deposit, confirmation email stated queen bed.
After emailing, phone voice mails,and several calls later,their response was...you were quoted a king room...with a queen bed..really? Cancelled, will never consider this place again

Renee our office manager was very efficient , informative , pleasant and made our stay feel like a vacation in paradise. She made sure our room always had more towels and bathroom amenities. She even left our room key in a lock box after Our plane didnt arrive til after midnight.
Renee did our laundry and went above and beyond giving us vacation ideas , best restaurants , shopping vouchers at Saw Grass Mall and sea voyage adventures...
We already booked our next vacation with Renee and consider her a great new friend as well.

These reviews have to be fake…I was debating between this place and Sea Lord and chose CBTS based on the reviews stating it was relaxing and the owners were friendly. It is neither of these things. The owner acted annoyed when she had to check me in and I never saw her again until I checked out a week later and was snapped at to just push the keys under the office door when I tried to talk to her.
Let’s talk about the noise. It is constant. Nonstop traffic and trashy families screaming/fighting by the pool.
The bed was comfortable. That’s it.
As far as value, extremely disappointing to say the least. I went to Paris three months later and stayed in a four star hotel with a view of the Eiffel Tower that cost less than this place.
Perhaps I just don’t understand Florida…

Had a wonderful time here! It was my first vacation, first time at the beach and my birthday/mother's day! Met incredible people while staying there. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. Already planning a big family vacation there again soon!
We stayed a week there. March 17 to 24th. Mark and terry are very accomodating and friendly. Shawn and Stephanie rounded out the team. First thing they always said was what cab they do for you. Already booked for next year. Very clean but the bathroom needs an update. Brian And Ann.

One of the best places and my go to place every time I come here. Amazing and they do a great job here. Very clean place in a beautiful pool. Close to the beach.
Clean comfortable room. Older motor court location. Nice pool. Will definitely stay here again. Not a Hilton but clean and affordable!!
What a wonderful motel and staff. Terry and Mark are the best. The cleaning girls are so friendly and helpful. The motel is very clean and the pool area is great. The motel is in walking distance to a great night life and the beach is a 2min. Walk.
Recommended to everyone you will love this place and the people.
