The parking spots are really narrow. The room was good for the price. It's an older property.

Room was tiny & dirty w/ super hard bed, no one’s swimming in that pool, staff was nice enough but on total lockdown, requiring $50 cash deposit for no reason except they keep it you lose your little paper stub they give you. It’s like the 1980s motel stule… 😂 not for that price!

Clean room. Not much space for luggage. Wall outlets are hidden behind large furniture (bed, wardrobe, refrigerator) and difficult to access. No outlet in the bathroom.
Nice lady at check in.
Along a busy road - noisy. Seemed like a safe area.
I would stay again.

The lady at the front was helpful and willing to assist with trying to get my situation fixed, this review has nothing to do with her.

I hate leaving bad reviews because I often dont let anything really bother me but this place refuses to give a refund for a stay that we never had.

The hotel rooms are well out of date and smell TERRIBLE. My wife and I got headaches within 15 minutes of being in the first room because of the smell, mentioned we were not comfortable staying there, we were provided a second room to try at a different location off at another property. The second room smelt like GAS. Even after going to to the second location, we came back again and mentioned we would simply prefer a refund after they offered a 3rd room, and the older man that I guess is the owner or manager, was insistent on not being able to provide the refund even if we didn't stay more than a total of 15 minutes on their property. Still fighting to get a refund through them and they refuse. Will be entering a complaint through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Terrible way to run a business. I highly recommend not staying here. Pay the extra money and stay at a nice hotel if you can.

Check in took nearly a half hour because of the management’s antiquated accounting system, paper-based and requiring a $50 cash deposit. It was a long wait because three or four customers were ahead of me.

Now for the room: this is an old motel, straight out of the 1950s. The owners have repainted the interior and the room was clean. However, when I first tried the shower, only a trickle of cold water dripped out. I used a ballpoint pen to poke the holes in the nozzle to clear out the lime deposits. Once I did this, I had plenty of warm water. A person less inventive would have a tough time of it.

Overall, adequate for a night’s sleep. But there are nicer, newer places not so far away.

First we got there 2 hours before check in. There was no lobby to wait or restroom to use. It was a run down hotel that looked like a pay by the hour hotel. The girl at the window was very rude and not helpful. We didn't stay. We made reservations at Holiday Inn in Miami.

Remote control tv did not work. Bathroom sink was flooded. I called front desk, answering machine only. I paid greater than the usual amount, $45.00 a day. I paid $85.00 a day. The premise is dirty and there is no housekeeping. I bagged the room trash, the garbage is picked up in front of the room door. I left early 10:00am, some males came to the door to talk to me & look at the room, they escorted me out. Green Seas motel is usually okay. Men said the room #4 was the only available room. I was not reimbursed for any inconveniences.

Someone try breaking in the room and we
didnt feel safe anymore so we check out December 20
We had the room to 2 nights
So stay for one night
We need our money back for the night which was on December 20
The price was 84 dollars

I loved my room. Just a little more humid and moldy than it should be, but other than that was great!

You need $50 cash deposit. If you don’t have cash, there is an ATM in the lobby. There are a whole block of hotels belonging to RICHARDS. The room furnishings are basic, but clean.
