For Key West, this was a great priced, very nice hotel. The room was super clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The pool was FANTASTIC. We appreciated not worrying about having a parking spot for our car. We parked it and walked everywhere for 5 days. Would stay here again!

Our family loved staying at this hotel during our 2 nights in Key West. The location is perfect! It was easy to walk down Duvall Street, but we still had privacy and easy parking. The facility is beautiful and amazingly clean. It really feels like an oasis!

We absolutely loved staying in the BW Hibiscus for our night in Key West. This was on the quieter end of KW which we enjoyed with a family. We wouldn't want to stay with kids near the rowdier side of Duval street. This motel was very comfortable and spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. It was very clean and felt high-quality. We enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and appreciated the ample parking for hotel guests. We just left our car in the lot and walked around or got a pedicab. It was about a 20-30 minute walk from the motel to Mallory square (with our slow children!). The free breakfast looked good with eggs, sausage, waffles, and more, but we decided to eat breakfast at Moon Dog instead. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is truly a hidden gem in Key West. We will definitely be back when we come back to KW next year and will stay for two nights next time.

We loved the location of this hotel! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, but it’s also not too noisy. The rooms were very clean, and staff was so friendly and helpful! Pool was wonderful—hot tub could have been hotter. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus. My only complaint is the pillows were not the greatest—not soft enough for my taste. Overall a great place to stay in the Keys—we would definitely come back!

Our 14 day stay at the Best Western Hibiscus was very pleasant. The staff was friendly, courteous and always professional. Our room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of towels, for the bath as well as the pool. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The extra seating that was set-up every morning by the pool so you could eat outside was very nice. The pool itself was large and crystal clear with plenty of room around it to sit in the sun or shade. The location of the Hibiscus is within walking distance to many fabulous restaurants, fun bars and major Key West attractions. There is also a free bus, The Duval Loop, which has two stops very close to the hotel. We already have our Hibiscus reservation for next year and have added on another week.

Excellent motel in a great location. We prefer smaller hotels with a cozy feel and the Best Western Hibiscus Motel fit the bill. Speaking of bill, it was affordable. Situated just a few blocks from the water, near a wonderful deli, it was an ideal walk to all the attractions. The staff were all very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable, the building was well cared for and looked great after enduring hurricane Irma. They offered a hot breakfast and in the afternoon, a refreshing citrus water. We told our friends about the Hibiscus and hope they will stay. Your experience may be different from ours, but this was truly a wonderful stay at the time we visited. Very pleased.

This is the BEST hotel in Key West! The staff are so kind..very efficient..respectable! They really made us feel like home! The manager Jessica was so caring..goof listener..very down to earth person! And the receptionist..Melissa..was so polite..very good listener and attentive to our needs. The whole staff is something you don't find anymore in hotels. They are all so nice..clean..hard workers. This is the only hotel we will be staying at from now on in Key West..and recommending it to all our friends. The breakfast id like no other that i have seen at a hotel..very good!

We were so pleased with our visit to the BW Hibiscus. It was amazingly clean. The staff was friendly, and we loved the location. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Key West. And we will be back!

This was a very clean and perfectly located hotel. We loved the 2QB Suite, 1st floor, close to the lobby, hot tub, pool area and parking. The Best Western Hibiscus Hotel is close to DuVal Street, the Southern Most Point and Mile Marker "0" which every tourist probably has on their bucket list. Everything was close by and we found several places to walk to every day. The hotel is a little dated, but honestly, the room was large, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen area, bathroom and sitting area was more than enough room for the 2 of us. Breakfast in the morning was hot and plentiful and the "free parking" was an added bonus. Loved our stay and would stay here again.

What an affordable gem to find in Key West (with a nice breakfast included!). The hotel itself is a classic style 2 story motel that is clean, clean, clean. But the best spot to be is the pool courtyard. Surrounded by palm trees and plentiful deck chairs and huge lounges it's an oasis where you can take a break from the busier parts of town or to spend an afternoon reading and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet. Off street parking is a definite bonus. At the front desk talk to Will. He's a font of information and friendly. Within a short walk is the Butterfly House (Go; it's amazing.), the Southernmost Point buoy, Hemingway House & Museum, beach, shops, food, and a bus stop.
