The property was just okay. The shutters were very dust and the the master bedroom bed had a sheet that was 1 size too small and just kept coming off. The whole master bedroom all the way to the bathroom was carpeted, which made it musty on top of the typical Hawaii humidity.

The ocean view, however, was beautiful. The lawns and outside surrounding property was well kept.

I liked the area a lot but the property was a little run down. My party rented a few rooms at the Palms and every property was slightly different quality. The front desk was very kind and accommodating but I cannot recommend the property as there is a lot that can be improved. Everything was functioning and clean but it was clearly aged and run down. The living spaces have no AC, which would be difficult to survive in summer. The lotion provided was used. During our stay there was an open house above us and pest control came to spray the complex. It was just odd to experience all this during a vacation.
