2 207 is a quiet unit at one end of the building so there's windows on two sides of the unit making it nice and light indoors. It has a peekaboo view of the water if you use binoculars. It was right beside a stairway going down to where our car was parked. We never heard any neighbours unless we were on our lanai. We did hear lots of roosters early in the morning so take earplugs if you want to sleep in. It has a very large lanai which was lovely! The AC in the livingroom worked well, but it did blow hot air onto the lanai so we didn't use it a lot. We were glad they provided beach chairs and spent lots of time on Kamaole 3 beach which is just a short walk across the street. Snorkeling between Kam 2 & 3 was great, but not as clear as we would have liked since December is usually wavy. There was always lots of room on the beach for everyone. We didn't talk to any staff except the person at the front desk - it's manned 24 hours but all they do is collect $40 when you arrive and give you a parking pass. There's lot of room to park. It's a huge resort with lots of BBQs and grass. It is well maintained and never crowded. There is always staff gardening or cleaning the BBQ's which are right below the lanai. We rented directly through Sunny Maui Vacations and they were great. Everyone else charged a lot more, so we felt we got very good value for what we paid. We'd stay there again and recommend it.

Amazing location, all the amenities you need, even a gym and a weekly Local style Paina down by the pool. Great for families, couples, or anyone really. Beautiful sunsets, beaches right across the street, and the Host I had (Frank) was always aloha.

Highly recommend staying at Kamaole Sands, unit #6-401.This condo had absolutely everything on our list, very spacious fully stocked kitchen, easy walk to great beaches,shops and restaurants. Lovely swimming pool and hot tubs. The condo was exceptionally clean. The BQ stations are super clean,great place to gather friends for dinner.I would definitely stay here again, I guarantee if you chose this Lovely condo you will not be disappointed.

Lots of variety of rooms to suit different needs. Location is great, right across the road from Kamaole Beach 3. Central grass/garden area is well maintained, our kids loved running around looking for lizards and birds. A very safe welcoming complex. Lots of strict rules but staff and security are very reasonable and use discretion when enforcing anything, makes for a relaxing environment. Pool is a lot of fun, free hula lessons and show on Wednesday.

My best friend and I had a week stay at a condo here at the Kamaole Sands. The condo was located close to the pool in the back of the community, which was nice and quiet. The living room and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. The bedroom was a little on the small side, but we didn’t mind because the room had AC and the connected bathroom was a good size and had a wonderful shower. The washer and dryer in the condo were so convenient!
The bedroom closet and patio closet had everything we could want for a day at the beach- chairs, an ice chest, an umbrella, blankets, sand toys, etc. Nice, big towels were available too.

The only issue we had was with the concierge desk. We received a text from Anna about a 2 for 1 deal on a couple of tours. We went to the desk by the pool to make a reservation and nobody was there so we called a number provided. I spoke with Anna and told her the tour we wanted and the date, and she said she would call back to confirm. I never heard from her so the following day I called again, only to be told that the deal was no longer available. I ended up just making my own reservations.

Other than that snafu, everything about our stay was great. I will definitely stay here next time I travel to Maui!

This is a five star property. There's a Beautiful swimming pool and hot jacuzz.
The condos are large. And of course, much larger than a hotel room. They have a full kitchen. Large living room. And the bedroom or bedrooms seem to be separated from the living room for privacy and a more spacious feel.

Great location across from the beach. We are staying in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with a full kitchen. A little outdated but everything is clean and tidy. We are enjoying our stay here.

The rooms are very close to the beach and the beach is very accessible from the rooms. The pool is quite nice too. The staff are always willing to help and they have a good concierge too
