The ac didn’t work (or was just set at a hot temp!) - they did fix it. The living room tv didn’t work, but the bedroom tv did. It was all a little dated in our condo, but certainly adequate and very spacious. Location was good, in walking distance of a beach and shops and restaurants. Birds were super loud, even at night, but that added some authenticity to the area. Check in staff were friendly and helpful.

06.01.2026 Gina

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The temperature of the pool was perfect. The holiday decorations created a very cozy atmosphere.

02.01.2026 SMRITIKA

We spotted a lizard in the kitchen and baby cockroaches in the master bathroom, which was extremely unpleasant. Additionally, the main door lock was jammed, and despite reporting the issue, no one came to check or fix it. Overall, the experience was terrible. The rooms clearly need better cleaning and renovation - very old models kitchen appliances furnitures. We will not be staying here again.

31.12.2025 Vimal

it was sold as ocean view and barely true. The room was disgusting bed had stains and bugs all over. The GM was nice he cane and took care but had to sleep one night in such horrible condition. Paid for ocean view and it was anything but ocean view

28.12.2025 Kirill

It was okay, but the property needs a makeover to look modern.
There was no view from the balcony, but we barely spent any time inside, so it wasn't a big deal.

Overall we were satisfied, but we've been into better places not too far from it.

15.12.2025 Nathan

The room/condo was clean and spacious, loved the big lanai. The pool and hot tub were great as well.

12.11.2025 Fred

Beautiful area. Beautiful room with lots of space. Can’t think of anything that could have been better! Kudos!!

04.11.2025 Joy

Great staff-very friendly and helpful.Loved having such a spacious room which was cleaned on a daily basis.Enjoyed the weekly Mai Tai get together. Connie was very helpful when it came to renting a vehicle as well as informing me of all the different activities I could attend during my stay.I would definitely stay there again!

19.10.2025 Brenda

Clean room, ocean view scene with sunset view availability, quiet with working air conditioning and safe area with easy parking. Pool is clean and inviting.

19.10.2025 David

The accommodations were comfortable, very roomy, nice view from the balcony, and staff was helpful and friendly.
