Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. Phone in the room didn’t work and keys stopped working on the first day for the door. With that said it’s still a nice place and can still have plenty of fun. The White Lotus Resort Welfare Bureau and the hotel are well maintained. There are different night ceremonies on the beach at sunset. When we were there, there was a torch show by the locals.

The room is well-equipped, large and comfortable. The room service is very good. The hotel's own beach is also very good, and the supporting catering is also very good. The scenery is good and the service is good.

The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

During my honeymoon trip with my wife, I stayed on the Club floor, with exclusive check-in on the 8th floor. The service was excellent, and the restaurant downstairs also had a stunning view. It was really a perfect experience.

As expected from a luxury hotel, the facilities and views were outstanding, especially the view from the lobby. And the most memorable part was that Sarah, a staff member, gifted us a basket of cookies. This was the hotel we chose for our first night in Hawaii, and I'm leaving with fond memories.💗

This place is not for the average traveller. Plan on a large budget. The breakfast buffet for two with one mimosa each ran roughly $160 after tip. Dinner for two was a little over $400, after tip. We had a wonderful honeymoon. The view from the accommodation was beautiful, and the pool was open 24 hours, which was great. The information staff were also very friendly. I'd love to go back again if I get the chance.

My stay at the Andaz Maui was overall very pleasant. Check in was smooth and welcoming, with the ladies receiving fresh flowers and the men brown beads, which made for a warm first impression. The staff also offered special lemonade at check in, and it was honestly one of the most delicious drinks I had on the trip. It’s not a bad hotel. But it’s far from extraordinary and simply put: not worth the price. For USD 1300+ per night without anything I neither like roaches in the bathroom nor bird poo on me within minutes sitting in their lounge. After all I came to a hotel - not a zoo… And I dislike humid smell and limited fan-steering for the AC as well. So honestly said - I would not go again

2 207 is a quiet unit at one end of the building so there's windows on two sides of the unit making it nice and light indoors. It has a peekaboo view of the water if you use binoculars. It was right beside a stairway going down to where our car was parked. We never heard any neighbours unless we were on our lanai. We did hear lots of roosters early in the morning so take earplugs if you want to sleep...

Our original room had a problem with the back lanai door not locking, so they “upgraded” us. The one we stayed at was hot when we got in the room. The portable air conditioner in our bedroom was very loud and our bed was a Double— no way was that a Queen like we paid for. No one explained where to park our rental car. Would not stay there again if ever back in the area.

Highly recommend staying at Kamaole Sands, unit #6-401.This condo had absolutely everything on our list, very spacious fully stocked kitchen, easy walk to great beaches,shops and restaurants. Lots of variety of rooms to suit different needs. Location is great, right across the road from Kamaole Beach 3. Mili at the front desk was awesome! She went above and beyond to rectify what I thought was a terrible situation. We had a room booked in Building 10 and with construction work going on we had to park and drag our luggage and groceries a long ways to our room. Mili found us a room with closer parking and it made our stay so much better. I may have misspelled her name so I apologize for that.

Makena Surf is a wonderful location. This is our third time staying here. The units vary in terms of size and condition, but the last two we stayed in were impeccable (most recently, E-206. This was a fantastic property that was quiet and not crowded. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. Very nice and secluded. The “touristy” area is just a 5 min drive away (you do need a car to get to any restaurants or shops).

This location is the ultimate in privacy and beauty. The property very comfortably slept six and had a view that was incredible -- awesome get away. We love The Palms. It’s spacious, quiet and private. It gives you an opportunity to cook/prepare food in your condo rather than going out to eat every day. BBQ’s are meticulously maintained and located throughout the property. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of Kihei and the Shopps of Wailea.

Very nice and cozy place. It was very clean and our room had a very modern look. Only complaint was that it was a little hot even though it does have air conditioning. It just didn’t seem to cool the whole room effectively. It is more than tolerable though and fine during the evening. Also don’t expect any accommodations for a late checkout. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Just okay The property was just okay. The shutters were very dust and the the master bedroom bed had a sheet that was 1 size too small and just kept coming off. The whole master bedroom all the way to the bathroom was carpeted, which made it musty on top of the typical Hawaii humidity. The ocean view, however, was beautiful. The lawns and outside surrounding property was well kept.

It was great. Came back after 16 years and property is still in great shape.

We had a great stay in Wailea. We were close enough to the beaches without having the chaos of so many tourists. Room was clean, breakfast was a great bonus and staff was friendly.

Berlin and the rest of the staff were up to par on everything! Aside from housekeeping not showing up for one of the days, it was an incredible first time experience in Maui/Wailea.

Although it encountered the largest wildfire in Maui, Hawaii and was very close to the hotel, the hotel management was still very orderly and professional, and the surrounding environment was also very good.

Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area.
