Well it’s just time for a renovation at the Grand Wailea. All the little slides to connect each pool are closed. The Grotto spa is closed. The White Lotus Resort Welfare Bureau and the hotel are well maintained. There are different night ceremonies on the beach at sunset. When we were there, there was a torch show by the locals.

The room is well-equipped, large and comfortable. The room service is very good. The hotel's own beach is also very good, and the supporting catering is also very good. The scenery is good and the service is good.

The Four Seasons Hotel really lives up to its reputation. The overall service is very good, and the room layout is also great. The swimming pool in particular is very impressive. However, I feel that the service for foreign tourists can be more detailed.

As expected from a luxury hotel, the facilities and views were outstanding, especially the view from the lobby. And the most memorable part was that Sarah, a staff member, gifted us a basket of cookies. This was the hotel we chose for our first night in Hawaii, and I'm leaving with fond memories.💗

I love the vibe of the hotel. Very family friendly and every one was courteous. The room was definitely not 5star condition though and Ocean view room was just a partial ocean view with very small sofa. I also did not like $60 mandatory valet parking per each time you take out my rental car. Over priced breakfast buffet also was not up to par as well. Overall it was nice but not great.

This place is not for the average traveller. Plan on a large budget. The breakfast buffet for two with one mimosa each ran roughly $160 after tip. Dinner for two was a little over $400, after tip. Nice amount of space for family traveling together. Very relaxing vibe. Nice pool, hot tub, basketball court and toys for the kids. Breakfast was complimentary. Have a few food options and drinks available for purchase in the afternoons.

Service is great! Shuttle bus is convenient and mall is in walkable distance! I could hear people walking from my room so it could be better. Free breakfast is always a plus but it’s just a standard free hotel breakfast plus the cooked rice. Sparrows were loving the blueberry muffin on a table. So be careful!

The hotel was excellent, and the scenery far exceeded my expectations. Chris at the front desk was very nice and upgraded our room for free. I would consider staying here again.

We had a great stay in Wailea. We were close enough to the beaches without having the chaos of so many tourists. Room was clean, breakfast was a great bonus and staff was friendly.

Berlin and the rest of the staff were up to par on everything! Aside from housekeeping not showing up for one of the days, it was an incredible first time experience in Maui/Wailea.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The temperature of the pool was perfect. The holiday decorations created a very cozy atmosphere.

It was okay, but the property needs a makeover to look modern. There was no view from the balcony, but we barely spent any time inside, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall we were satisfied, but we've been into better places not too far from it.

The room/condo was clean and spacious, loved the big lanai. The pool and hot tub were great as well.

Peaceful, quiet resort. Very relaxing. Food is great, rooms are very spacious and clean! The staff is warm and welcoming, everyone is extremely accommodating from check-in to check out. I would book my reservations to the restaurants upon arrival, as they’re also open to the public and can get booked quickly.

It’s not a bad hotel. But it’s far from extraordinary and simply put: not worth the price. For USD 1300+ per night without anything I neither like roaches in the bathroom nor bird poo on me within minutes sitting in their lounge. After all I came to a hotel - not a zoo… And I dislike humid smell and limited fan-steering for the AC as well. So honestly said - I would not go again

2 207 is a quiet unit at one end of the building so there's windows on two sides of the unit making it nice and light indoors. It has a peekaboo view of the water if you use binoculars. It was right beside a stairway going down to where our car was parked. We never heard any neighbours unless we were on our lanai. We stayed in building 6-401. The condo was beautiful and very clean. We were a party of 6 and had plenty of room. The Murphy bed in the living area was very comfortable. The grounds around Kamaole sands were extremely well manicured. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We love The Palms. It’s spacious, quiet and private. It gives you an opportunity to cook/prepare food in your condo rather than going out to eat every day. BBQ’s are meticulously maintained and located throughout the property. It’s close to the beach and within walking distance of Kihei and the Shopps of Wailea.

Very nice and cozy place. It was very clean and our room had a very modern look. Only complaint was that it was a little hot even though it does have air conditioning. It just didn’t seem to cool the whole room effectively. It is more than tolerable though and fine during the evening. Also don’t expect any accommodations for a late checkout. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

I stayed here recently for 7 nights with my wife. Our condo was in building 49 which is a decent walk to the beach. Most days we drove down s kehei and parked rather than carry our stuff down the hill and that worked pretty good. This is a great spot with a place for everyone including families. We had a great stay here, beautiful property with amazing location. We enjoyed the pavilion but were disappointed that despite having 5 families renting, no one was willing to unlock the TV for us to watch a football game. Property managers were very rude to us over the phone, and also to our kids when they visited and asked if there was a volleyball they could borrow.

Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area.
