Homewood Suites by Hilton Boise in Boise

After reading great reviews on this hotel we decided to book with them. Well we reserved two room's first room had medication on the floor and sheets were still dirty! Second room was never cleaned and the bathtub did not drain so they moved us to another room where the smoke detector beep every 30 seconds. So they moved us once again to the third room. The first night the dog above us ran the room all night after three calls to the office and them making contact with the people above us they moved us once again! On top of all this we went to go sit in the hot tub well its NOT hot at all maybe 100° it also had sand in it. The pool was dirty there were zero towels in the pool room.The front desk said they knew and they can't do anything about it. Breakfast was okay very limited. Nice people and great location pool table was nice, but will never stay again!

Hotel was not what we expected … for having the suite for one night it felt we got put on a motel for the night. The bathroom had a leak in the shower that we had to put a towel on the shower floor so the noise would let us sleep. Rug was old and ripped by the kitchen entrance. No toiletries in the room, doors were old and dirty.
The receptionist in the morning was a lot nicer than the one at checking time 10pm …she was playing her puzzle I waited for her to attend me as the phone rang, she preferred to pick up the phone instead of helping me or making eye contact. previous guest requested towels at the pool and by the time we went to the pool no towels were there either. No having the closest elevator working and being on the 3 floor it took a scavenger hunt to find the other elevator and that works . I’m very disappointed to had stay there .
