From the front desk to the complimentary breakfast buffet the next morning our stay was wonderful

From check in to check out - our stay surpassed all other stays im the best, most positive way. Spencer, the manager and the staff were exceptional. Riverside Hotel is a 10/10 in all areas.

Room was nothing like the photos we booked online. Spa bathroom wasn’t the same. TV remote barely worked. Worst part was the loud rattling noise from the bathroom that kept us up most of the night. Rattling noise came from what looked like a door into the attic. every time we flushed toilet or turned water on it wouldn’t stop. Spent alot of money on this room and was extremely disappointed.

The staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and spacious.

Only complaint was the noise/parking on Friday night. Our room happened to be close to an event space so there was a ton of noise Friday evening. The event attendees took up all the parking so we had to park all the way at Timbuktu and trek back to the hotel.

We've stayed at the hotel many times. Our only complaint is the TV pixilates and is difficult to watch. We're not in the room much, but in the evening when we come back it's nice to turn on the TV and watch some news or sports event. It's annoying that it pixilates constantly.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and big. Love the facility amenities and location. Staff are always amazing! The pool and splash pad are our favorite!

Beautiful location on Boise river! Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, especially enjoyed omelette bar! So many hotels today only serve a minimal continental breakfast included in price of stay. The breakfast variety and service here made all difference! We will be back!!!

This property is gorgeous. The walking/bike paths, outdoor sitting areas, fire pits, it’s good for your soul. The rooms are immaculate and clean. Very spacious. On our trips to Boise, this is where we stay.

I was impressed the moment I walked into the lobby and was greeted at the front desk. The welcome was warm and enthusiastic and the live music was wonderful. Location of the hotel was perfect, loved having convenient access to the greenbelt. The room was clean with ample space, staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from. Don't want to forget to mention the amenities of having a pool, sauna, fitness center, etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is at this hotel. This hotel will definitely be my top choice when staying in Boise.

Even though there was the typical Saturday evening wait of 30 minutes, the staff were very positive and it was a great experience.

The food is good for what you pay. It's not supposed to compete with fancy metropolitan seafood fair. Two people can come in and spend 60-70s buck get some good food and drink and have a great time. How can you hate on that?

Good Food, Good Service, Good prices, GREAT atmosphere! Over all experience was excellent. We'll be back. Husband is from Maine, so he tends to make it difficult to find a good seafood house. And I quote: 'Best Lobster I've had in Idaho." He has lived here 29 years.
