If you aak for your room to be cleaned expect only new towels and the trash to ve taken out. Beds don’t get made and the room doesn’t get cleaned.

Front desk folks were gone for a while but helpful when they showed up. Towels were stained but clean, so were linens. Maintenance showed up and tried to get in the room while I had it locked, and then fixed the apparently broken shower head. Basically you get what you pay for, good enough for a pre flight stay!

The whole experience was awful. Cops were there. No clean towels or sheets ran out of toilet paper first day and no one to get more from. Employees out back smoking taking care of kids

I will write this review in two parts. First I will say you get what you pay for. The cost of the room was $68 and I would say we got that for the 4 hours we spent in the room.

I booked the room solely on the pictures on the website. But those pictures must be many years old. For example the front desk picture. Nice right? Now there is safety glass, worn carpet, security camera/monitors, and pay by the week/month rates. The room pictures are the same. The room we were given might have been nice once but was not kept up. If our plane had landed at 10 and we had our rental car I would have walked away from the hotel. I wouldn’t have cared if I got my money back or not. Due to tiredness/lack of sleep I do not have pictures to support my review. Just know I would normally not give any sort of review. Just pretend it never happened. I could not do this here.

Just okay, tv does not work, noisy to the extreme. Kids screaming, parents loud, no one gives a darn.

Not the best, people yelling and laughing banging doors all evening, walking hallways and yelling.
No phone in room, no tv working properly, smelt very dirty and no toilet roll holder in the bathroom,
Very dirty floor and overall not. Good experience . Not sure if it’s a low income housing or a hotel?

I think the state of Idaho is renting rooms to provide for the homeless. There were people milling about in the parking lot during the day. People working on cars. Makes me wonder who slept on the mattress the day before me?

Worst steak ever in my life

Disappointed. Had high hopes for a good steak, especially at those prices. Atmosphere is poor, place was dead, location to blame I'm sure. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Special was 12 Oz Kobe Strip, ordered medium well. Everything looked great, cooked perfect. Took a bite and spit it out. It Tasted like it was spoiled. It smelled weird too. My husband said same for his. Reminded me of meat that sat in fridge too long and turned brown, that rancid smell. Told waitress, she talked to chef, came back and said that it's grass fed and that's why it tastes different. I'm sorry, but but living in Texas and Oklahoma my entire life and eating different types of meat, farm raised and all, I've never tasted anything like that. They didn't charge us but we gave them something for the other food that was good and for the trouble.

There sign says they are open until 10pm. I called for room service starting at 9pm with no answer or call back after 10 attempts. I walked down to the restaurant at 9:20pm... I waited for someone to appear for about 5 minutes and only 3 tables had customers. The woman looked very upset and said actually we are closed!!. I said well your sign says 10pm, she then said well it's very busy, are you staying in the hotel??? I said yes and she then said are you from room 145?, I answered no.. she then said oh good because they have been calling and i didn't answer so I thought maybe you were them. How ridiculous to have her tell me she is closed, she is avoiding other customers... she said I could order if I wanted butni would need to wait until she had time to take my order.. I left. I would not recommend this hotel or restaurant to anyone ever. Worst customer service experience at hotel wanna be restaurant ever... very very dirty also.

Very nice steak. Best I have had in a while. Don't be deterred by location, or some recent bad reviews. If ambiance is not important but 5 star food and service are, then give this place a try.

I am very disappointed with the experience my boyfriend and I had tonight at this Applebee's. We came there to have some dinner and watch some football, the waitress we had was fine, but the food was overly salted and my salad was drenched in dressing.

When we arrived it was into the second quarter of the game. Once we were finish eating, we paid and left a tip. The game was now into the third quarter and we noticed, Steve, the manager kept peeking around the corner of the bar and staring over at us. At first we thought he might be watching the game on a tv behind us, but there was no tv.

He continued to stare at us and looked away when we would look back. At this point we started to be more aware and he finally looked right at us and would not look away. The third quarter had not even ended. We felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave. He followed us with his eyes until we walked out the door.

As paying customers we feel that this was ridiculous behavior and very rude. This establishment has lost me and my friends as customers. I am appalled and will be letting everyone know how poorly we were treated.

So..... went there to watch the nfl pro bowl. The food was ok Service was ok. BUT STEVE THE MANAGER made my girlfriend and i SOOOO incredibly uncomfortable, we had to leave. He literally wouldn't stop staring at us, for prolonged periods of time, he wouldn't break eye contact. At first I thought no, there's a tv behind me...but there wasnt. He would peek around the corner and look at us like "are they still here." At first it wasn't for very long, he'd look away when we both realized he was staring. By the end he literally was looking at us for increments of a minute or so. We decided it was too much, so we left. He continued to give us a very unwelcoming look ALL THE WAY OUT THE DOOR!! Steve is the all grey haired gentleman. Needless to say you've lost my friends and I as customers.....freaking weirdo !!!

Also my girlfriends salad had so much dressing, it wasn't edible. I tried it, thinking, "no, come on can't be that bad," it was that bad.

Its Applebee's folks. Service at this location is vey good. The menu is Applebee's. I personally enjoy the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp. Steaks here are basic. The siracha shrimp app is pretty tasty as well. Keep in mind if you've been to Applebee's service is really the only difference youll find. The chain does a good job of maintaining consistency across stores.
